The company’s website domain (“diamondbanners.com”) was registered on the 16th September 2012 and provides a virtual office address, based out of Arizona in the US.

The “administrative” and “technical” contact for the domain is listed as a “Mark Moebius”, operating out of Missouri.

Diamond Banners appears to be a division of Miljoinair (“300900.com”), which Moebius (photo right) describes as a “marketing, advertising and software development” on his LinkedIn profile, along with crediting himself as the owner of the company.

Update 6th November 2012 – Mark Moebius has been in contact and advises that Diamond Banners

is owned by Cliff Porter. I did help him set up the LLC, which and deliver the service of my company, MILJONAIR.

Apart from something called “Too Easy Two by Two”, which appears to be a $300 recruitment driven matrix opportunity, I was unable to find a MLM history for Porter. /end update

There is no information on the Leaf International website indicating who owns or runs the business.

The company’s (prelaunch?) domain (“preleaf.com”) was registered on the 7th September 2012 and names a “Magnar Kongestol” with an address provided in Norway.

On Leaf International’s “Get Satisfaction” support page, Kongestol is listed as an employee of the company,

however his exact position within Leaf International is not provided.

MLM history wise, the only information I was able to find on Kongestol was that he was “Chairman of the Board” for the company “Goodle Adz”:

Goodle Adz launched in mid 2010 and under the guise of affiliate’s purchasing advertising, paid out ROIs from the money invested by other affiliates. The company also paid recruitment commissions upon the acquisition of new affiliates who invested.

When they launched in 2010, Goodle Adz claimed to be

only one concept, (although being the core one) in a big puzzle counting a total of approx 10 media and advertising concepts, which in the next 12 – 18 months will form a complete picture, unlike anything else you have seen online or offline!

Once the new investments dried up a few months after launch however, Goodle Adz collapsed.

Claiming to be “the UKs fastest growing network marketing company”, LegalCare is based in East Sussex and is headed up by CEO and founder Paul Careless (actual name).

Careless (photo bottom right) is billed as one of “the UK’s best known entrepreneurs” on the LegalCare website, with his company bio stating that he’s ‘rapidly built and sold several successful businesses over the last few years’ and ‘excels at creating and executing disruptive business models’.

Examples of Careless’ past business ventures include:

• HenHeaven and The Stag Company (2001 – 2006, CEO and founder)
• MoneyExpert.com (2006-2010, Marketing Director)
• Aska (2011-2012, CEO and Founder)

Aska is short for “Aska Professional Limited” and uses the trading name “Right Solicitor” (rightsolicitor.co.uk).

Right Solicitor is an “ask-a-solicitor” Q&A website which claims to ‘generate over 10,000 enquiries every month and continue to grow, month on month’.

On the LegalCare website, Right Solicitor is credited with  being ‘the inspiration for the LegalCare model‘ and as far as I can tell, is Careless’ first venture into MLM.

There is no information on the AdsClassico website indicating who owns or runs the business.

The company’s website domain (“adsclassico.com”) was registered on the 13th November 2012, however the domain registration is set to private.

A marketing video appears on the AdsClassico website, uploaded by the YouTube account “Natella Cruz”. This account was created on the 15th November, just two days after the AdsClassico domain was registered. The Natella Cruz Youtube profile states the account holder is based in the Philippines.

A Google+ profile for Natella Cruz also exists, with these two profiles being the only online reference to the name.

There is no information on the Supreme Wealth Alliance website indicating who owns or runs the business.

The company does however state that it is based in “the sovereign nation of Belize, Central America”. Belize is of course  widely recognised as a tax-haven for offshore business activity.

Despite the Supreme Wealth Alliance website containing no information on who is running things, the company’s domain (“supremewealthalliance.com”) is using the DNS servers of the domain “millionairex1.com”.

Millionaire X1 is one of three schemes (Millionaire X2 and Millionaire X7 are the other two), run by James Lee Valentine under the Millionaire X brand (which in turn appears to be part of Valentine’s Empowered Millionaire” parent scheme).

Additionally, both the Supreme Wealth Alliance and Millionaire X7 websites both share the same favicon (with Supreme Wealth Alliance’s source code requesting an image from the Millionaire X7 domain):

On his personal website, Valentine (photo right) refers to himself as “the man of power” and an “empowering author extraordinaire”. Valentine also claims that participation in his Millionaire X scheme will allow members to “learn the wealth mastery secrets of millionaires… and earn 700% ROI“.

Looking a bit further into Valentine’s training technique, I came across this… “interesting” marketing video on Youtube.

Uploaded by Valentine himself, it’s essentially four minutes of Valentine shouting at the viewer (highlights include weird 80s cult indoctrination style aesthetics and the “wise old man” fable!).

Moving on…

Despite Valentine’s obvious connection to Supreme Wealth Alliance, the company’s domain is currently registered to a “Franco Chaves”, who provides an address in the Philippines.

Chaves seems to have primarily targeted the Philippines in the past with various schemes and owns and runs “Chavesnet Enterprises”.

Having worked with Valentine on past ventures, it appears Chaves has some sort of executive management role within Super Wealth Alliance, however for reasons unknown the specifics of this are not divulged on the company’s website.

Savings Highway was launched in late 2006 and despite the company’s “terms and conditions” referring to it as “a Delaware corporation“, lists virtual office space in the US state of Georgia as its official address.

Management wise Savings Highway was founded by Steve and Maria Gresham, who are married and serve as the company’s CEO and Chief Financial Officer (CFO).

In his Savings Highway company bio, Steve Gresham (photo right) is credited with having

over 22 years of successful experience in home-based business operations, both as a representative and owner.

Prior to launching Savings Highway in 2006, Gresham founded “Movie Club Plus” and served as the President of “Better Universe”.

Both companies are now defunct with Movie Club First coming first and then being relaunched as Better Universe. Both companies it seemed focused on entertainment technology.

Better Universe wrapped up in 2007, with Robert Bowen putting out an email to the company’s affiliates, writing specifically about Steve Gresham:

Our previous president (Gresham) wanted to control everything else in its entirety, including commissions, cash flow, our programmers, and paying our vendors. He said he needed to do this to keep everything in control.

This was how things were operating until late in January 2007 when I emailed our previous president to express my continuing frustration with the way he was running the corporation and several days’ later he sent me a certified letter announcing to me that he “resigned” without any warning or notice of any kind.

Our previous president, who always told us “Winners never quit and Quitters never win”, had quit each and every one of us without any notice or warning of any kind.

But after researching what has happened over the past months, he really left us many months ago.

Our previous president then sent me another certified letter the day after he quit stating that he needed me to pay all our commissions on time and pay our vendors on time or let him know as he is still a shareholder of our parent company MovieClubPlus.com, Inc.

Then I find out, the day he quit, he did some very large withdrawals from our corporate bank accounts. Basically removing most of the cash from the corporation, he also had our merchant account company inform me on February 1st that our merchant account was closed.

After calling to talk to them, they had been trying to work with our previous president for the last several months, but they saw no improvement in our chargeback ratio’s (which were always under 1% when I used to managed them), but had slid up to 7% in January while our previous president looked on, so our corporation’s merchant account company was forced to close our four year old merchant account.

February 1st was the first day that I heard that there was a problem with the corporate merchant account.

I have worked diligently over the past two weeks to get a new merchant account, but with the high chargeback’s ratios, and very little cash in the bank, no merchant company will approve us.

A merchant account is the lifeblood of a company such as BetterUniverse.com. Without a merchant account, very little cash comes into the corporation.

Then I started hearing from our vendors, who stated that they have not been paid in the last five months and were demanding payment. Again, this was our previous president’s responsibility up until the day he “resigned” without any warning or notice of any kind.

After our previous president’s resignation I find that the corporation is in debt many ten’s of thousand of dollars, many of these debts, our previous president told me were paid, many others, our previous president never even informed me that the debts existed.

At the same time many members have called our new phone number, complaining that their support tickets have not been handled, or they have not been paid commissions.

After researching this I find that our previous president’s wife (Maria Gresham), who was paid a salary to handle support for our corporation, hasn’t handled any support tickets in many months. And the fact that December commission checks that our previous president committed to me were paid, were not.

I also find out that our previous president, and our corporate programming staff spent much of their time since September working on a separate site under a different company name, and tied it to BetterUniverse.com back office, all without any benefit to the corporation or our members, all while being paid a salary by BetterUniverse.com.

Our previous president also used many of our corporate assets to create his new company without permission or compensation to the corporation. All this while ignoring your support requests, phone calls, commissions, our vendors, and our merchant account.

I have written our previous president a series of letters to try to save the company, and I even gave our previous president one last chance to return the money by 5pm today, I told him without it BetterUniverse.com would be forced to close, from this letter, I received a response from an Lawyer, that our previous president hired with corporate funds, that he does not owe the corporation any funds.

So it is due to these actions by our previous president, and with a very heavy heart that I must announce the closure of BetterUniverse.com.

I am sorry for telling you this via email, but I thought it was the right thing to let you know what had happened.

No one was charged for their benefits in February. Even if you received a credit card receipt, the merchant company assures me that you were not charged. I thank you in advance for your understanding in this matter.

There is no information on the Xerveo website indicating who owns the business, nor are there any contact details indicating which country Xerveo are based out of.

Xerveo’s “about” page on their website simply states:

Our core leadership includes some of the most successful entrepreneurs in America and because of that, we are one of the most well funded companies in the industry.

Meanwhile the company’s website domain would appear to only have been recently acquired, with the domain WHOIS information still showing that of the domain registrar (last updated 26th December, 2011).

KB Gold (which stands for “Karat Bars Gold”) is purportedly a German company and as such I had a bit of a difficult time conducting research into the company.

The company’s official website appears to solely exist in German and contains no information about the company itself.

From what little I was able to glen from affiliate owned sites however (I always take information on affiliate owned websites with a grain of salt), it appears KB Gold is a division of “KB Kapital & Business GMBH”, who

are a 16-year old company that has its own gold mines, production, refinery and storage facilities.

In their first 14 years, their main products were wealth management, insurance and pension plans.

In May 2008 KB launched the gold purchase plan into their portfolio. This quickly became a huge success and since some 30.000+ customers in Germany, Austria and Switzerland have made gold purchase plans with KB.

Again with this all being sourced from German sources, I haven’t been able to independently verify the information.

Management wise I’ve read that a “Mike Koschine” is running things, with no other executive position holders publicly named.

Koschine himself appears to be a real person, but once again I wasn’t able to verify any past history in MLM (he apparently launched KB’s operations back in 1994.

United Paycheck appear to be operating out of Quebec in Canada and name “Kent Williams” as their CEO and founder on their website.

United Paycheck claim Williams

entered the advertising business in 1997, joining Worldwide Advertising Inc. as an executive vice president.

He was responsible for growing this division into the largest operating group, comprised of companies in a wide array of disciplines ranging from advertising, public relations to branding.

He has championed the company’s investment in the recruitment and development of talent through several key programs. He was the major growth catalyst for the company during his tenure as vice president.

As far as MLM goes however, I was unable to find any information indicating a a history within the industry.

The United Paycheck website domain (“unitedpaycheck.com”) was registered on July 21st 2012 and curiously lists a Kaianne Campbell as the “admin” and “technical” contact for the company.

Who Campbell is and what their relationship to United Paycheck is isn’t clear as the name does not appear anywhere on the United Paycheck website.

The MyRichesse website was registered on the 30th July 2012, however the domain registration information is set to private.

On the MyRichesse website, the company claims to be based out of Queensland, Australia and names “Les Richardson” as company founder and Director.

On his MyRichesse executive bio, the company claims that Richardson (photo right) started out in construction and then

began building and hosting local and international websites for many different companies all over the world, which is where he became interested in the Network Marketing Industry.

He has gained a wealth of knowledge and experience over the last 15 years and has been very successful in all of his ventures.

MLM history wise, a Google search ties Richardson with the MLM company “Avenues to Wealth”.

Avenues to Wealth appears to be an MLM income opportunity operating in the travel niche, which pays members commissions for selling $300-$330 membership packages to the company itself. Avenues to Wealth appears to have primarily targeted the African MLM market.
