There is no information on the AdsClassico website indicating who owns or runs the business.

The company’s website domain (“adsclassico.com”) was registered on the 13th November 2012, however the domain registration is set to private.

A marketing video appears on the AdsClassico website, uploaded by the YouTube account “Natella Cruz”. This account was created on the 15th November, just two days after the AdsClassico domain was registered. The Natella Cruz Youtube profile states the account holder is based in the Philippines.

A Google+ profile for Natella Cruz also exists, with these two profiles being the only online reference to the name.

As always, if an MLM company is not openly upfront about who is running or owns it, think long and hard about joining and/or handing over any money.

The AdsClassico Product Line

AdsClassico has no retailable products or services. Instead, members join the company and are then able to purchase an “ad unit package”.

Each ad unit package comes with 1000 banner and text “advertising credits”, which are able to be used to display advertising on the AdsClassico website.

The AdsClassico Compensation Plan

Each ad unit package members are able to purchase costs $10, with AdsClassico guaranteeing a 240% ROI for each $10 spent by members.

Referral commissions are also paid out on the investments made by recruited members. 5% is paid out on the investment amounts of any members an AdsClassico member personally recruits.

Joining AdsClassico

Membership to AdsClassico is free, however members must invest a minimum of $10 if they wish to earn any money.

This includes free members earning referral commissions from the investments made by members they’ve recruited.

Conclusion

As a business opportunity AdsClassico has no revenue source other than money being pumped into the company by its members. Given that this money pays out a guaranteed 240% ROI, quite clearly these are investments (payments made to the company with the expectation of a fixed ROI).

AdsClassico do claim that members are purchasing “ad unit packages”, however the company’s refund policy gives the game away:

Q: Do you have Refund Policy?

A: No. All sales are final. The products we sell are advertising credits and is automatically added to your account upon purchase so we do not offer any refunds.

If AdsClassico members were indeed purchasing advertising credits, surely any unused credits would entitle the member to the refund. The reality however is that AdsClassico simply take new investments and use them to pay out return liability owed to existing members.

Or in other words, AdsClassico fits the definition of a Ponzi scheme. Despite the 240% ROI guarantee, once new investment stops those who invested last won’t ever see their return and ROI payments (including those only partially paid out) will stall.
