Wild Matrix Review: $15 a month Ponzi scheme
The matrix + useless advertising MLM business model has been around for a while now, so I’m at a bit of a loss as to why Wild Matrix refer to themselves as ‘classic (but) also innovation’.
As far as I can see there’s nothing innovative about Wild Matrix at all. Read on for a full review. [Continue reading…]
70% of active US ZR members don’t have 2 PCs
Arriving hot on the heels of Zeek Rewards’ announcement that they were making some major adjustments to the passive investment side of their business opportunity, today the company dropped its 2011 Income Disclosure Statement.
Spanning late January 2011 when Zeek Rewards launched till December 31st, the 2011 Zeek Rewards Income Disclosure Statement is certainly eyebrow raising.
The most significant bombshell dropped?
That 89.2% of Zeek Rewards’ US based members are either ‘inactive’ or have failed to recruit at least two preferred customers. [Continue reading…]
Zeek Rewards admit business model is illegal
Despite all the talk about compliance and reassurances that Zeek Rewards is not an investment scheme, at the end of the day members could purchase VIP bids, give these bids back to the company (effectively serving as an investment) and receive a 90 day return on their points (the investment).
This happened regardless of whether or not the company gave bids away or not and despite the company claiming otherwise, functioned as an investment with Zeek Rewards paying a daily return.
The problem was that with members re-investing their returns back into their point balances, it was completely unrealistic to imagine that Zeek Rewards would continue to experience infinite customer growth to give the daily bids being handed back to it to real customers.
Indeed it is common knowledge that this did not happen in real-time, with the company drowning in excess points it could not give away, a point queue was formed with Zeek Rewards giving away points as it acquired customers.
Despite member’s points having not been given away however, the company continued to pay members a return. With points not given away, this fuelled speculation that the Zeek Rewards daily returns were infact generated by the money being invested by members, rather than via customers using bids in the Zeekler auctions.
If your points haven’t even been given away, how do they generate revenue to share around?
The above has consistently been one of my major criticisms of Zeek Rewards and changing the business model so that bids are actually given away to real customers before returns are paid out was suggested on BehindMLM roughly a month ago now.
A month later Zeek Rewards appear to have taken that suggestion on board and yesterday the company put out a press release acknowledging their business model was illegal. [Continue reading…]
EOW reveal Seven Rings and Speak Asia 40/60 deal
Having lost their money and closely following the court action Speak Asia has been involved with in India, it’s easy for the company’s panelists to get caught up in a localised bubble.
Observers of the Speak Asia scam have known for a while now though that Speak Asia was merely one piece of a larger puzzle – that puzzle being the web of MLM scams operated by Seven Rings International for what appears now to be the better part of a decade.
Speak Asia is primarily linked to Seven Rings International through its Indian CEO, Manoj Kumar Sharma. Sharma serves on the management team over at Seven Rings International and was forced into the public eye mere weeks before the public crackdown on the company.
Through Seven Rings International, Sharma has also been linked to the AdMatrix scam (a ponzi scheme which Seven Rings launched in India in 2011) and Mister Colibri. Mister Colibri being a similar Ponzi scheme to the AdMatrix which is currently operating in Brazil. Sharma has been named co-founder of Mister Colibri by a company member.
Prior to Mister Colibri, Speak Asia and the AdMatrix, Seven Rings International and Sharma operated various other MLM scams in India too – although none of which enjoyed the same degree of success as their latest ventures.
With the link between Seven Rings International and Speak Asia being kept hush-hush by management and at times outright denied by Speak Asia’s senior members, the specific details of the relationship between the two companies has remained elusive.
We knew that Sharma served as management in both companies and that Seven Rings International, operating out of Dubai, is currently where Sharma is hiding as a fugitive coordinating Speak Asia’s legal activities in India – but specifics regarding the financial relationship between the two companies and the extent of Seven Rings involvement in Speak Asia remained a mystery.
Today the EOW revealed the specifics between the business arrangement between Speak Asia and Seven Rings International. [Continue reading…]
Max Market Pro Review: Investing and recruitment
The usual deal with the MLM investment opportunities that have been popping up all over the place of late is that marketing is left up to company members.
Seeking to combine the required marketing aspect of a MLM investment scheme (no new members investments = no ROIs), Max Market Pro combines replicated capture pages and hosting with a bonus point investment scheme.

Bidify Prelaunch: Zeek Rewards clone or new idea?
Penny auctions have been around since 2005 but it was only last year that Zeek Rewards burst onto the scene combing the auction model with a MLM compensation plan.
Operating largely as an investment scheme, the company allows members to invest money via the “purchase” of VIP bids, give the bids back to the company and then earn a daily return on their investment.
Additionally Zeek Rewards remains tight-lipped about how much of its investment returns are paid out using money invested by members and how much comes from Zeekler, the company’s penny auction front.
Zeek Rewards CEO Paul Burks cites the reason for this secrecy being that such information is “proprietary”.
Looking to give Zeek Rewards a run for their money in the penny auction MLM niche comes Bidify.
So, how proprietary is Zeek Rewards’ business model and the obvious question? How does Bidify compare?

My Travel & Cash: $381 2×3 matrix entry
My biggest criticism of the travel niche when it comes to MLM business opportunities is that 99.9% of the time membership to the company is being marketed rather than any actual travel.
Commissions are typically paid out when someone joins the company with only the company itself making any commission if travel is booked once a member joins.
With 100% of the commissions payable coming from membership fees, this casts a big question on the legality of most travel niche MLMs.
Attempting to deliver a true retail product in the MLM travel niche comes My Travel and Cash. Read on for a full review. [Continue reading…]
UniVideo2U Review – Indian scammers rip off Varolo
One would think when deciding whether or not to join a company, specifically if said company is a business opportunity, that those considering would be out there digesting every last bit of information they can find.
That way when the time comes they know that they’re making as informed decision as possible.
Yet it still amazes me at the amount of people who join MLM opportunities without appearing to put even the slightest hint of research into their decision.
Especially when the company in question is so blatantly fraudulent.
