Big Mulah Review: Recruitment driven advertising

There is no information on the Big Mulah website indicating who runs or owns the business.

The domain ‘bigmulah.com’ however was registered on the 13th March 2012 and lists a ‘Cruz Ramirez’ as the owner operating out of Texas in the US.

Ramirez, who refers to himself as the ‘Mexican Marketer’, appears to have been involved in and run quite a few dodgy looking schemes over the years.

Back in 2010 he launched a recruitment based social network site ‘The Dollartribe’, which didn’t last too long.

I’ve also seen Ramirez promoting Ricochet Riches (a defunct Ponzi scheme) under his now (also defunct) MRUVME Marketing brand:

Wazzub (dubious search portal that has missed launch and payment deadlines):

These are just some more recent examples but I’ve seen Ramirez promoting a fair few recruitment based opportunities dating back even further than 2010 (3900 Income from 2008 is just one example).

Of his internet marketing career thus far Ramirez writes:

My name is Cruz Ramirez I am from Texas and I have been online since 2001.

My main goal from day one was to use my PC to make money and my journey has taken me around the internet world like a ball in a pinball machine, I bounced from program to program and buisness to business spending money and never making money.

Presumably sick of bouncing from program to program, Ramirez launched Big Mulah in April 2012 and appears to have redirected every domain under his control to the Big Mulah website.

Royalty Texts Review: Late entry into Daily Deals?

Daily Deals MLM companies were popping up all over the place in 2011 but with the market relatively saturated (both MLM and non-MLM), today I don’t think there’s one I’d count as having taken off with any real traction.

2012 has been a bit quieter on the Daily Deal front however there still appears to be some interest in the niche. Today we take a look at new Daily Deals MLM upstart Royalty Texts, read on for a full review. [Continue reading…]

Get Cash Connected Review: Cash gifting relaunch

Get Cash Connected was launched in May 2012 and is run by CEO and founder Ron Walsh. Operating out of Canada, Get Cash Connected promises a 100% cash payout claiming that ‘the money is all in the pay plan’.

Other than that very little else is provided about the Get Cash Connected opportunity unless prospective members surrender their contact details.

Walsh (photo right) is probably best known for a prior opportunity he launched called ‘EZ Wealth Solution’. EZ Wealth Solution launched in 2007 and promises to make its members ‘become very wealth, by selling other people’s products‘.

Once again information wise nothing much else is divulged save that these product sales are priced at $47, $97, $247, $497 and $997.

Typically when it comes to these types of 100% commissions the company requires a monthly membership fee and via a compensation structure, then has members gift money between themselves (usually via a 1-up or 2-up compensation structure).

Is Get Cash Connected any different? Read on for a full review. [Continue reading…]

Keionics 9x Review: Recruit 4 people, earn money

There is no information on the Keionics 9x website indicating who runs or owns the business, other than the following vague marketing spiel:

Keionics, is a group of professionals – from one of the world’s largest industry, touching the 8 trillion dollar mark by the end of this year, and is expected, to double by the year 2014, namely, The Travel Industry clubbed up with professional group of Alternative Career Industry Experts.

From what I can gather, ‘Keonics 9x’ is a MLM business opportunity attached to parent company ‘Keonics’. Keonics themselves don’t seem to offer anything different so for the purpose of this review I’m just going to refer to Keonics 9x as ‘Keionics’.

The domain ‘keionics.com’ (Keionics 9x merely runs off the subdomain ‘9x.keionics.com’) lists a Thailand office address under its WHOIS registration info:

Domain name: KEIONICS.COM

Delta Infotech
ITF Silom Palace Building
160/142 12th Floor Silom Road
Bangrak, Bangkok 10500 TH

‘Delta Infotech’ however appear to be an Indian firm run by a one Mr. Arun Mehrotraa. Back in 2011, the Keionics domain registration listed Mehrotraa by name along with an Indian based address:

Domain name: KEIONICS.COM

Registrant: Delta Infotech
C/O Arun Mehrotraa
15-248-B Civil Lines
Kanpur, UP 208001
IN

Additionally on his Facebook page, Arun Mehrotraa lists himself as a ‘Coordinator’ at Keionics:

The same appears on his LinkedIn profile page too:

Putting two and two together Mehrotraa appears to be the person behind Keionics. Why Keionics supposedly has a Thailand based business address when he himself is based out of Uttar Pradesh in India though is unclear. [Continue reading…]

Smart Matrix System: Prepaid phone recharges

smart-matrix-system-logoFounded in late 2010, Smart Matrix System pairs the concept of prepaid cell phone airtime with a matrix MLM compensation backend.

There is little background information on the company provided except that their corporate office is supposedly based in Houston, Texas in the United States (no specific address is provided). The domain ‘smartmatrixsystem.com’ is registered anonymously in Panama.

Smart Matrix System lists its CEO as ‘Cynthia Solomon’ and CFO as ‘Jarina Mohammed’, however I was unable to find any further information on these two people (specifically any background in MLM opportunities).

TrueStar Health Review: Boutique multivitamins?

truestar-health-logoOperating out of Ontario in Canada, TrueStar Health was founded in 2001 and originally functioned as a pay-to-use health information website.

Headed up by CEO Tim Mulcahy, throughout the years TrueStar claims to have supported

many weight loss clinics, health clubs, doctors, chiropractors, nutritionists, personal trainers and various other health providers in offering health care services to hundreds of thousands of people all over the world.

Mulcahy (photo right) credits himself with ‘25 years experience in direct marketing and motivation‘ and prior to TrueStar,

co-founded Ontario Energy Savings Corporation, play(ing) a significant role in organizing and growing the company from a start-up in 1997 to a TSX publicly listed company.

In 2011 TrueStar abandoned the pay-to-use model and instead shifted to a free information model. During this time the company also introduced a vitamin range and launched a MLM opportunity (TrueStar Wealth) using the established TrueStar Health brand.

Today we take a look at the home business side of TrueStar Health with a complete review of the TrueStar Wealth MLM opportunity. [Continue reading…]

Wealth4AllTeam Review: 10 day ROI scheme

wealth4allteam-logoAt the core of any MLM business should be the marketing and sale of products or services. If you can sell those products and services due to your efforts and genuine demand, then all the more power to you.

Keeping that in mind, when a company describes its products or services simply as ‘a non commissionable requirement for compliance‘, things don’t look too good.

NOCA Now Review: Cola and the Text Cash Network?

noca-now-logoIt’s generally accepted that if you want to enjoy soft drinks, you’re going to have to consume a whole bunch of who-knows-what that generally speaking, isn’t going to be good for you.

With most soft drinks on the market containing ingredients that read like the components of a chemistry set, the prospect of healthy soft drinks certainly got my attention.

Hoping to capitalize on that idea comes MLM startup NOCA Now. Read on for a full review. [Continue reading…]
