E1ULife Review: Dead pyramid launches MLM gifting cycler
E1ULife fails to provide ownership or executive information on its website.
E1ULife’s website domain (“e1ulife.com”), was first registered in December 2021. The private registration was last updated on November 19th, 2024.
Further research reveals E1ULife marketing videos citing David Golden as its owner and CEO:
As per his LinkedIn profile, Golden is based out of Florida in the US:
In the experience of his LinkedIn profile, Golden cites CoinLogiq and Ingreso Cybernetico.
CoinLogiq is a collapsed bitcoin ATM scheme that targeted Colombia. Ingreso Cybernetico is a collapsed MLM pyramid scheme.
Both CoinLogiq and Ingreso Cybernetico were run by serial fraudster Dwayne Golden (right).
I wasn’t able to pin down specifics but it’s not unreasonable to suggest a family connection between David and Dwayne Golden.
Dwayne Golden was indicted in 2022 on charges related to his involvement in multiple MLM crypto Ponzi schemes.
Golden pled guilty to conspiracy to commit wire fraud and money laundering in September 2024.
Golden has already consented to forfeiture of $2.46 million, with sentencing expected to be scheduled later this year.
Separately, the CFTC filed parallel civil fraud charges against Golden in 2022. The outcome of the CFTC’s case has been stayed pending Golden’s sentencing.
Even if he’s not related, David Golden was very much part of Dwayne Golden’s crime spree from at least 2013 to 2020.
Also with Dwayne Golden out on bail pending sentencing, we can’t rule out him being unofficially involved in (and/or actually running) E1ULife.
As always, if an MLM company is not openly upfront about who is running or owns it, think long and hard about joining and/or handing over any money.
E1ULife’s Products
E1ULife has no retailable products or services.
Affiliates are only able to market E1ULife affiliate membership itself.
E1ULife marketing provides access to generic online marketing tools and “AI credits”.
E1ULife’s Compensation Plan
There are two components to E1ULife’s compensation plan; a 1-up pyramid scheme and a matrix cycler gifting scheme.
1-up Pyramid Scheme
E1ULife runs a 1-up compensation plan. This sees commissions from every second recruited affiliate, across six buy-in tiers, passed up to the first qualified upline affiliate.
In turn, recruited affiliates will pass-up commissions earned on their second recruited affiliates at each buy-in tier.
E1ULife’s six buy-in tiers are:
- Elevation Basic – $5
- Elevation Elite – $10
- Vertex – $25
- Vertex Elite – $50
- Vertex Pro Connect – $100
- Vertex Live – $500
Qualification requires an affiliate to buy-in at each tier to earn pass-up commissions from it.
Matrix Cycler
E1ULife’s matrix cycler runs on 2×3 matrices.
A 2×3 matrix places an affiliate at the top of a matrix, with two positions directly under them:
The two positions form the first level of the matrix. Level two of the matrix is generated by splitting these first two positions into another two positions each (four positions).
Level three of the matrix is generated in the same manner and houses eight positions.
Positions in the matrix are filled via direct and indirect recruitment of E1ULife affiliates who buy into each cycler tier.
There are six tiers in E1ULife’s matrix cycler:
- $25
- $100
- $500
- $1000
- $4000
- $8000
Buy-ins on each tier function as gifting payments. These payments “pay out” across the third-level of each matrix.
Once all positions in a matrix are filled, a “cycle” is generated and the position at the top of a matrix “cycles” into a new matrix at the same tier.
The cost of entry for this new matrix is covered by filling the last position on level 3.
Cycle payments across E1ULife’s six matrix cycler tiers are as follows:
- $25 tier – $175 in cycler payments and generates a new $25 tier matrix position
- $100 tier – $650 in cycler payments and generates a new $100 tier matrix position
- $500 tier – $3500 in cycler payments and generates a new $500 tier matrix position
- $1000 tier – $7000 in cycler payments and generates a new $1000 tier matrix position
- $4000 tier – $28,000 in cycler payments and generates a new $4000 tier matrix position
- $8000 tier – $56,000 in cycler payments and generates a new $8000 tier matrix position
Joining E1ULife
E1ULife affiliate membership is free.
Full participation in the attached income opportunity requires a minimum:
- $5 for participation in the 1-up pyramid scheme; and/or
- $25 for participation in the cycler gifting scheme
Note that while USD is quoted on E1ULife’s website and in this review, E1ULife solicits payments and pays out in bitcoin only.
E1ULife Conclusion
E1ULife is a continuation of the fraud David Golden participated in with Ingreso Cybernetico. It’s unclear whether David Golden was involved in Dwayne Golden’s other scams, but it certainly seems likely.
As far as I can tell E1ULife originally launched as “Go E1ULife” with just the 1-up pyramid scheme. The marketing tools were originally sold as “Hero” memberships…
…but after that didn’t go anywhere Golden add the cycler gifting scheme earlier this year.
Note that the Hero memberships on E1ULife’s website have nothing to do with its 1-up pyramid scheme or gifting cycler.
As obviously confirmed by Dwayne Golden’s indictment, guilty plea and CFTC civil fraud lawsuit, both pyramid schemes and gifting schemes are illegal in the US.
Both types of fraud primarily benefit admins and early recruiters. The cycler model is particularly nefarious, as the overwhelming majority of deposited funds are hoovered up through the upper cycler tiers.
This occurs through preloaded admin positions and positions owned by early insider recruiters which, by design, reach the top tiers first by design.
Everybody else (the public) is at an immediate disadvantage, with the majority of participants taking a loss when E1ULife inevitably collapses.
Look no further than the collapses of Dwayne Golden’s numerous prior scams to see this in action:
- Blue Bird Bids (2012)
- Ingreso Cybernetico (2014)
- 1×2 Marketing Suite (2016)
- EmpowerCoin (2017)
- EcoinPlus (EmpowerCoin reboot, 2017)
- Xtreme Coin (2017)
- JetCoin (2017)
- JetCoin 2.0 (2017)
- Du It Bitcoin Network (2018)
- Sports Trading BTC (2019)
While Dwayne Golden will likely receive a lengthy prison sentence, evidently his scamming legacy lives on through his relatives.
