BTZ Powerline provides no information on their website about who owns or runs the business.

BTZ Powerline’s website domain (“btzpowerline.com”) was registered on June 27th, 2019, through a suite address in the US state of Florida.

The same suite address is used by multiple businesses, suggesting it might be virtual in nature.

The email address used to register BTZ Powerline’s website domain corresponds with Judy LaMont (right).

Lamont also resides in Florida.

A Facebook post dated September 3rd appears to confirm Lamont as the owner of BTZ Powerline:

BTZ Powerline’s compensation plan references BTZ Super Hero, which appears to be another name for the same scheme. As above, it also looks like it might have been called Botz Tokenz at some point.

Prior to BTZ Powerline Lamont was promoting the ORU Marketplace Ponzi scheme.

Going back further, over the years Lamont has promoted Wor(l)d International, CommHubb, EMSquared, Empower Network and Zeek Rewards.

BTZ Powerline’s Products

BTZ Powerline has no retailable products or services, with affiliates only able to market BTZ Powerline affiliate membership itself.

BTZ Powerline affiliates are provided with adcredits, which can be used to display advertising to other BTZ Powerline affiliates.

BTZ Powerline’s Compensation Plan

BTZ Powerline operates a two-tier matrix cycler.

Matrix sizes used in the cycler are 2×2 for the Hero tier and 2×10 for the Super Hero tier.

A 2×2 matrix places an affiliate at the top of a matrix, with two positions directly under them:

These two positions form the first level of the matrix. The second level of the matrix is generated by splitting these first two positions into another two positions each (4 positions).

A 2×10 matrix expands the levels of the 2×2 matrix down to ten.

BTZ Powerline affiliates purchase $15 positions into the Hero tier matrix.

Commissions are paid on filling the second level of the matrix (4 positions), via direct and indirect recruitment of new BTZ Powerline affiliates.

Filling all positions in the 2×2 matrix triggers a “cycle”. When a cycle is triggered $5 is paid out and a Super Hero matrix tier position is created.

$15 is set aside to pay the ongoing monthly Hero matrix tier position requirement.

The Super Hero matrix tier pays per position filled:

  • filled positions on level 1 pay $1 each
  • filled positions on level 2 pay $1.50 each
  • filled positions on level 3 pay $4 each
  • filled positions on level 4 pay $2.50 each
  • filled positions on level 5 pay $1 each
  • filled positions on level 6 pay $4.50 each
  • filled positions on levels 7 to 10 pay $5 each

Finally, a 10% referral commission is paid on personally recruited affiliate Super Hero matrix tier commissions.

Joining BTZ Powerline

BTZ Powerline affiliate membership is $15 a month.

Conclusion

BTZ Powerline combines a Ponzi cycler with pyramid recruitment.

The Hero matrix tier is a standard matrix Ponzi cycler. Affiliates pay $15 a month and based on direct and indirect recruitment efforts, receive funds paid in by other affiliates.

The Super Hero matrix tier is a straight pyramid model. You get your $40 position (paid through by the Hero cycler tier), and earn money as other BTZ Powerline affiliates cycle into the Super Hero tier.

Both of BTZ Powerline’s matrix tiers rely on constant recruitment, without which they collapse.

Owing the matrix model used, BTZ Powerline’s collapse will start slowly with a few stalled matrices.

Over time the number of stalled matrices increases, eventually triggering an irreversible collapse.

Through one or more preloaded admin positions, Judy LaMont is guaranteed to walk away with the majority of funds deposited into BTZ Powerline.

She also keeps any funds trapped in stalled matrix positions.

In order for that to happen, the majority of BTZ Powerline affiliates have to take a loss.
