BizNet College operates in the cryptocurrency MLM niche.

Bob Wood (aka Robert Wood) is cited as CEO on BizNet College’s website.

Wood (right) first appeared on BehindMLM’s radar as the President of CloudZow in 2012. In 2013 Wood reappeared as Chief Technical Officer of Zazzed.

In 2015 Wood transitioned to cryptocurrency as CEO of Global Currency Reserve.

Global Currency Reserve, or GCR, was an MLM crypto mining scheme built around its GCR shitcoin.

GCR was going by GCR Marketing when it collapsed in January 2016. Nexxus University was announced as a stand-alone MLM opportunity shortly thereafter.

Nexxus University was an MLM pyramid scheme tied to the sale of unaccredited cryptocurrency courses. Nexxus University affiliate membership also provided access to Nexxus Coin, another shitcoin that went nowhere.

While Nexxus University’s website is still up, the MLM opportunity collapsed years ago. This brings us to BizNet College.

BizNet College marketing documents suggest it’s a reboot of Nexxus University.

BizNet College’s website domain (“biznet.college”), was registered on May 30th, 2023. The private registration was last updated on May 26th, 2024.

BizNet College doesn’t provide a corporate address on its website, however from its Policies and Procedures;

The laws of Texas shall govern all other matters relating to or arising from the Agreement.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, and the arbitration provision in this Agreement, residents of the State of Louisiana shall be entitled to bring an action against BIZNET in their home forum and pursuant to Louisiana law.

  • $100 Enrollment Package and then $20 a month
  • $130 Premium Enrollment Package and then $40 a month
  • $180 Premium Enrollment Package and then $80 a month

BizNet’s compensation plan pays out on recruitment of affiliates who do the same.

Recruitment Commissions

BizNet College pays recruitment commissions via a 3×5 matrix.

A 3×5 matrix places an affiliate at the top of a matrix with three positions directly under them:

These three positions make up up the first level of the matrix. The second level of the matrix is generated by splitting these positions into another three positions each (nine positions).

Levels three to five of the matrix are generated in the same manner, with each new level housing three times as many positions as the previous level.

Positions in the matrix are filled via direct and indirect recruitment of BizNet College affiliates.

Recruitment commissions are paid per position filled as follows:

  • level 1 (3 positions to fill) – $25 per affiliate recruited
  • level 2 (9 positions to fill) – $10 per affiliate recruited
  • level 3 (27 positions to fill) – $5 per affiliate recruited
  • level 4 (81 positions to fill) – $5 per affiliate recruited
  • level 5 (243 positions to fill) – $5 per affiliate recruited

Residual Recruitment Commissions

BizNet College pays residual recruitment commissions via a 3×7 matrix.

A 3×7 matrix expands on a 3×5 matrix by adding two additional levels (see “Recruitment Commissions” above for matrix structure explanation).

Each BizNet College affiliate membership tier corresponds with its own matrix tier. These tiers are unlocked based on how much a BizNet College affiliate pays in fees each month.

  • $50 Enrollment Package and then $10 a month = 10% on level 1, 20% on level 2, 5% on levels 3 to 6 and 10% on level 7
  • $100 Enrollment Package and then $20 a month = 5% on levels 1 to 6 and 10% on level 7
  • $130 Premium Enrollment Package and then $40 a month = 5% on levels 1 to 6 and 10% on level 7
  • $180 Premium Enrollment Package and then $80 a month = 5% on levels 1 to 6 and 10% on level 7

Matching Bonus

BizNet College pays a Matching Bonus on recruitment commissions paid to downline affiliates via what appears to be an odd 15×5 matrix structure (new levels multiplied by three instead of fifteen).

This matrix is filled only by personally recruited affiliates paying $20 a month or higher:

  • level 1 – recruit three affiliates to unlock and receive a 10% match
  • level 2 – recruit six affiliates to unlock and receive a 15% match
  • level 3 – recruit nine affiliates to unlock and receive a 20% match
  • level 4 – recruit twelve affiliates to unlock and receive a 25% match
  • level 5 – recruit fifteen affiliates to unlock and receive a 30% match

Partner Program

BizNet College affiliates who generate a downline of five thousand fee-paying affiliates (max 1700 from any one recruitment leg), qualify as a “Field Advisory Board Member”.

Field Advisory Board Members receive a share in 10% of BizNet College’s monthly company-wide revenue.

BizNet College Conclusion

On its website BizNet College markets itself as a “member-driven co-operative group dedicated to improving the way money and the world works!”

“Member-driven” is key here, as BizNet College is yet another retail absent pyramid scheme from Bob Wood.

While BizNet College affiliates can sell the company’s crypto education courses to retail customers, no commissions are generated as per BizNet College’s compensation plan.

BizNet College’s compensation plan only pays out on recruitment, making it a clear-cut MLM pyramid scheme.

On BizNet’s College’s crypto courses, Wood has been selling the courses or slight variations since at least 2016 through Nexxus University.

We’ve seen the model fail, primarily because paying for crypto courses written by who knows who didn’t make sense in 2016 – and doesn’t make sense in 2025.

Losing money through scams to scammers is pretty much all retail crypto is good for. And all that’s changed over the past ten years it the marketing ruse this happens through.

Crypto mining, crypto trading, NFTs, AI etc. Today retail crypto can be summed up as memecoin Ponzi factories openly committing financial fraud, under the ruse of unregistered gambling.

No need to pay hundreds of dollars or monthly fees, I’ve summed up all you need to know about retail crypto at no cost.

Also I wasn’t keen on Nexxus University using the term “university” when it wasn’t…

I’ve got nothing against people educating themselves on cryptocurrency, but an unaccredited “education course” provided by a company with the word “university” in its name is pretty misleading.

…and the same is true of BizNet College using the term “college”.

These are deliberately deceptive naming ploys. Nexxus University isn’t a university, and BizNet College isn’t a college.

As with all MLM pyramid schemes, once affiliate recruitment inevitably dries up so too will commissions.

This will see those at the bottom of the pyramid scheme stop paying monthly fees. This in turn will see those above them stop getting paid.

Unless new suckers are quickly found, eventually these affiliates also stop paying monthly fees.

When enough BizNet College affiliates stop paying monthly fees, an irreversible collapse is triggered.

BizNet College’s website traffic declined from less than a thousand monthly visits in November 2024, to traffic to low for SimilarWeb to track as of January 2025.

For any MLM company this isn’t sustainable, so there’s a good chance BizNet College has already collapsed.
