Xtream Lifestyle pyramid scheme sold off to iGenius
The Xtream Lifestyle pyramid scheme has been sold off to iGenius.
As reported by BusinessForHome on April 16th;
Xtream Lifestyle, an international leadership team, recently joined iGenius Global …
Jacob and Adrian made the decision to join the iGenius leadership team because of the positive alignments in core values.
Xtream Lifestyle began as XtreamFX Global Academy back in 2022. BehindMLM reviewed XtreamFX Global Academy in October 2022, noting it was a spinoff of the then recently collapsed Tradera pyramid scheme.
It appears sometime after our review XtreamFX Global Academy changed its name to Xtream Lifestyle.
Heading up XtreamFX Global Academy and Xtream Lifesyle are former Tradera promoters Jacob Mickle and Adrian Sloan.
XtreamFX Global academy combined trading signals, pyramid recruit and potential securities fraud through “common-unity tokens”.
This is a perfect fit for iGenius and parent company Investview, who together have a long history of financial fraud.
- in 2018 Investview was fined $150,000 by the CFTC pertaining to Kuvera Global commodities fraud (iGenius is Kuvera Global rebranded);
- in 2019 France’s AMF issued a Kuvera Global fraud warning;
- in 2021 Investview’s CEO was arrested on recovery scam fraud charges;
- in 2023 Polish authorities announced a criminal investigation into iGenius;
- in January 2024 Investview’s former accountants were fined $400,000 over filing of bogus audits with the SEC;
- in September 2024 Quebec issued an iGenius fraud warning;
- in September 2024 the SEC sued two promoters of Investview’s Apex fraudulent investment scheme;
- in January 2025 Investview settled Apex fraud charges with the SEC for $375,000
As of February 2025 SimilarWeb was tracking just ~20,000 monthly visits to iGenius’ website. Xstream Lifestyle’s monthly website traffic was too low to track over the same period.
How much iGenius paid for access to what’s left of Xtream Lifestyle hasn’t been disclosed.
