29,000 TelexFree victims have still not filed payment info
A motion filed by the Trustee reveals around 29,000 TelexFree victims have still failed to provide payment information.
The Trustee puts down the failure to provide information to ‘geographical location, language barriers and relative lack of business sophistication’.
Here at BehindMLM we’ve had a steady stream of comments from TelexFree victims seeking help with the claims process (if you’re clicking the link, scroll down to the most recent comments).
To their credit, patient victims with claims are providing information to fellow victims seeking answers.
I don’t have access to the victim claim portal so I’m limited in what input I can provide.
A common theme seems to be non-response to enquiries from the Trustee.
To that end the Trustee states in his motion;
The liquidating Trustee and his agents have been responding to Participant inquiries on a continual basis, and the updated website provides an opportunity to submit a “ticket” for further assistance.
No idea when the claim portal website was updated, but hopefully that helps some of you out.
Looking forward, the Trustee’s March 9th motion seeks an extension for victims to provide payment information.
The requested extension is until July 12th, 2021.
The Trustee’s motion has yet to be granted but I don’t see any reason it won’t be.
Note this is the second extension motion, with $107 million waiting to be paid out.
I don’t know if there will be a third extension but at some point the cutoff date will be final.
If you’re a TelexFree victim with a valid claim having trouble providing payment information, this isn’t something you want to leave to the last minute.
Update 26th March 2021 – The Trustee’s requested extension was granted on March 25th.
TelexFree victims with a valid claim have until July 12th to submit payment information.
Can anyone confirm to have receiving funds through Bank Direct Deposit/Wire Transfer/SWIFT Outside USA?
why are there guys taking long to processing them? we have supplied information since December 2020 three months now?
Yet they are saying that they have not paid since the victims have not supplied Payment information.. something is fishy here, the court has allowed us to get paid why are they not disbursing the funds?
Think you’re going to be waiting till July.

Im waiting my payment from January too. They process payments on monthly basis or what? Why do we need to wait until that July deadline?
Because distribution payments go out in batches. More efficient and saves money.

I suggest you all look up what “under review” means in a dictionary if it’s not clear.
Instead of giving solution some jokers, jerking,, aaah good job,, why u people porter effected people will get solution or suggestions, but look at u r attitude,, nonsense people.

I have not received my claim number, how do I get it?
There’s a claims portal is there not?
If you don’t have a claim number at this stage I’d say you probably don’t have a valid claim. I’m also not the Trustee though so best to check with them.
I have not got my 2 payment and that account that first payment went to was closed .wat happens (Ozedit: snip, see below)
