Quantex has received a securities fraud warning from the UK’s Financial Conduct Authority (FCA).

As per the FCA’s March 5th Quantex fraud warning;

[Quantex] may be providing or promoting financial services or products without our permission. You should avoid dealing with this firm and beware of scams.

Almost all firms and individuals must be authorised or registered by us to carry out or promote financial services in the UK.

[Quantex] is not authorised by us and may be targeting people in the UK.

The FCA cites Quantex as “Quantex Inc”, operating from the domains “quantexlimited.com”, “quantexltd.io” and “quantexltd.co”. Note that all three of these domains have since been disabled.

Quantex was an MLM crypto Ponzi launched on the domain “quantex.shop” in mid 2024.

Quantex’s multiple domain names represent individual collapses, culminating in total collapse towards the end of 2025 and/or early 2026.

In addition to the UK, the Central Bank of Russia and Canada also issued Quantex fraud warnings.
