ASC sends cease and desists to BG Wealth Sharing promoters
The Alberta Securities Commission (ASC) has sent cease and desist notices to BG Wealth Sharing Ponzi promoters.
As announced by ASC on May 25th;
The Alberta Securities Commission (ASC) has issued several cease-and-desist letters to promoters linked to BG Wealth Sharing, an online cryptocurrency and multi-level marketing (MLM) scam, and its associated fraudulent trading platform, DSJ Exchange (also known as DSJ EX) in an attempt to prevent further investor harm.
Unfortunately, and this seems like a major oversight, ASC has not named who the offending promoters are. This leaves consumers unable to proactively avoid the recruiter’s promotional efforts.
Following a BG Wealth Sharing securities fraud warning issued by ASC back in January, cease and desist notices is the second enforcement action taken.
If the cease and desist respondents fail to stop committing fraud, the ASC might escalate with formal proceedings. This could result in fines and related civil penalties.
BG Wealth Sharing is an MLM “click a button” app Ponzi run by Chinese scammers. BehindMLM has documented hundreds of the scams since they first emerged back in 2021.
DSJ Exchange, or DSJEX, is a fake crypto trading platform attached to BG Wealth Sharing. BG Wealth Sharing’s specific Ponzi ruse was bogus trading signals provided by DSJEX.
The original iteration of BG Wealth Sharing collapsed in late April 2026. Pending further action from authorities, BG Wealth Sharing investors, most of whom are victims who lost money, are now trapped between a “fake taxes” exit-scam and attempted reboot.
The BG Wealth Sharing “fake taxes” exit-scam has seen scammers running the Ponzi demand a 12% recovery fee. Outside of a few suspect withdrawal claims on social media, investors who the pay add to existing losses.
After the 12% recovery fee BG Wealth Sharing demanded an additional $1000 from each investor. The fee was announced and then dropped within 48 hours.
Currently three known BG Wealth Sharing reboots are being coordinated over Telegram and BonChat.

These are all Ponzi schemes run by Chinese scammers.
