Mavie Global’s FinUp spinoff has received a securities fraud warning from Spain’s Comision Nacional del Mercado de Valores (CNMV). As per the CNMV’s January 13th FinUp warning;

BigWhale is the fifth spinoff of the Mavie Global Ponzi scheme. BigWhale sees Mavie Global come up with a “crypto launchpad” ruse.

Mavie Global has received a pyramid fraud warning from Russia. As per the Central Bank of Russia’s June 26th warning, Mavie Global exhibits “signs of a financial pyramid”.

Mavie Global’s original Ponzi scheme, built around Ultron and ULX tokens, has collapsed. As per a communication sent out to Mavie Global investors, new Ultron Ponzi scheme investment will cease from June 30th.

Mavie Global, Miracle Cash & More and promoter Shelly Cullen are the subject of a securities fraud warning from New Zealand.

Mavie Global, Ultron and several promoters have received a cease and desist order from Quebec’s Autorite des Marches Financiers (AMF). Named respondents in AMF’s May 16th order are:

FlipMe operates in the cryptocurrency MLM niche. The company website domain (“flip-me.com”), was first registered in 2016. The private registration was last updated on October 12th, 2023. 369X operates in the cryptocurrency MLM niche. 369X’s website domain (“369x.io”), was privately registered on October 30th, 2023. On January 20th Mavie Global held a marketing event in Budapest, Romania. At the event, 369X was launched.
