iGenius, owned by SEC-registered Investview, has filed suit against an undisclosed credit card processor. As disclosed in Investview’s 2024 10-K Annual Report, filed with the SEC on March 28th, 2025;
Following an investigation that began in 2023, iGenius has received a securities fraud warning from Poland’s Office of Competition and Consumer Protection (UOKiK).

The SEC has filed securities fraud charges against two Apex promoters. Anthony Lotito and Joseph Hagan stand accused of defrauding consumers through Apex, a collapsed passive returns investment scheme. In addition to Lotito and Hagan, both New Jersey residents, the SEC also names their respective companies; Revolution Leasing and Scryptmob II LLC.
iGenius has received a securities fraud warning from Quebec, Canada. As per theĀ Autorite des Marches Financiersā April 2022 warning;
