Intelligence Prime Capital securities fraud warning from Russia

Intelligence Prime Capital has received a securities fraud warning from the Central Bank of Russia.
As per the CBR’s December 24th warning, Intelligence Prime Capital exhibits “signs of an illegal professional participant in the securities market”.
This is the equivalent of a securities fraud warning in other jurisdictions.
Intelligence Prime Capital also operates as IPC Trade and IPCapital.
BehindMLM reviewed Intelligence Prime Capital earlier today. Based on Intelligence Prime Capital’s business model, we concluded it was your typical MLM trading bot Ponzi scheme.
Although not conclusive, Intelligence Prime Capital is believed to be have ties to south-east Asia.
I don’t think iprime capital is a scam.
What you think about Ponzi schemes doesn’t matter. All Ponzi schemes are scams.
Load of rubbish ASIC Australia have deemed IPC to above board.
Regulatory registration != approval.
And it’s ASIC. There’s no checking of anything.
It is a scam. You try to withdraw the money and it always says the authentication code is wrong. The support team never answers.

my friends have withdrawn from their account with IPCapital severally withput any issue. withdrawal is every saturday.

Last night I literally withdrew my funds from IPC and it took 2 minutes @angel.
