The FTC appears to have prematurely revealed it has launched a consumer protection enforcement action against IM Mastery Academy.
Nvisionu fails to provide ownership and executive information on its website. Nvisionu’s website domain (“nvisionu.com”), was first registered in 2003. IM Mastery Academy has received a pyramid fraud warning from Poland’s Office of Competition and Consumer Protection (UOKiK).
Back in late March we learned several IM Mastery affiliates had been arrested in Spain. At the time names of suspects were not released. At the time “Awaken Dreamers” was the top Spanish IM Mastery Academy downline. A follow up report from El Pais confirms Awaken Dreamers leaders were among those arrested.
Following the arrest of its Spanish leaders, IM Mastery Academy has attempted to distance itself. The reason appears to be money, with IM Mastery Academy boasting a sold out event in Barcelona this weekend.
Despite the arrest of top Spanish promoters, IM Mastery Academy has doubled down on its upcoming Barcelona event.
Eight IM Mastery Academy affiliates have been arrested in Spain. Spanish authorities have charged the affiliates for promoting a pyramid scheme.
IM Mastery Academy has received a securities fraud warning from the Financial Superintendence of Colombia. The SFC cites IM Mastery Academy as “Delta-Mastery IM Academy”.
