Former top Iyovia promoter Alex Morton has consented to a preliminary injunction. Morton, one of nine defendants sued by the FTC and State of Nevada in May, stands accused of misappropriating over $76 million through Iyovia (formerly iMarketsLive and IM Mastery Academy).
Collapsed billion dollar MLM pyramid scheme Iyovia is failing to meet its financial obligations. Iyovia customer data is also being deleted and Iyovia co-founders Chris and Isis Terry have gone underground.
On May 15th Iyovia emailed promoters to advise it was abandoning its MLM opportunity on May 23rd. BehindMLM covered this development on May 22nd. Within hours of our article going live, Iyovia advised promoters it is “officially suspending operations”.
The Iyovia pyramid scheme has collapsed. No public announcement has been made but on May 15th, Iyovia quietly emailed promoters to advise MLM operations would be terminated on May 23rd.
Iyovia has received a pyramid fraud warning from Bolivia’s Autoridad de Supervision del Sistema Financiero (ASFI).

In what appears to be another attempt to distance itself from global regulatory fraud warnings, IM Mastery Academy has rebranded as Iyovia.
IM Mastery Academy has received a securities fraud warning from Quebec’s Autorite des Marches Financiers (AMF). As per AMF’s October 18th IM Mastery Academy fraud warning;
