GoldAdMatrix Review: $2 – $567 recruitment driven scheme
There is no information on the GoldAdMatrix website indicating who owns or runs the business.
The GoldAdMatrix website domain (“goldadmatrix.com”) was registered on the 22nd of January 2014, and lists a “Michel Lavoie” as the domain owner. An address in Ontario, Canada is also provided, and is presumably where Lavoie runs GoldAdMatrix out of.
The marketing videos on the GoldAdMatrix website are hosted by GVO, which Lavoie appears to be an affiliate of under the account “frenchy36”. As an affiliate, Lavoie has used the same username for Pure Leverage (under the name “Mike Lavoie”).
More recently, Lavoie has been promoting “Sky Coin Lab”:
Sky Coin Lab accepts investments from affiliates on the promise of ROIs paid out via BitCoin.
Lavoie also appears to offer “video intro” services on Fiverr, with several uploads made to his YouTube account (“mlmcashbiz”) advertising his services.
Lavoie (right) also has promotional videos for Trideci (UltraXProject Ponzi scheme relaunch) and GlobalAdShare (a $10 Ponzi scheme) on his account.
On the executive side of things, early last year Lavoie launched ProMatrixPlus. A similar-looking opportunity to GoldAdMatrix, ProMatrixPlus charged participants $27.50 to participate, and paid them on the recruitment of new affiliates via a series of matrices.
A visit to the ProMatrixPlus website indicates the scheme has stalled some time ago, and is likely the reason Lavoie has launched GoldAdMatrix a year or so later.
Read on for a full review of the GoldAdMatrix MLM business opportunity.
The GoldAdMatrix Product Line
GoldAdMatrix has no retailable products or services, with affiliates only able to market affiliate membership to GoldAdMatrix itself.
When an affiliate purchases positions in the GoldAdMatrix compensation plan, they are given access to various third-party marketing ebooks. Advertising credits are also provided, which GoldAdMatrix affiliates can then use to display advertising on the GoldAdMatrix website.
The GoldAdMatrix Compensation Plan
The GoldAdMatrix compensation plan revolves around affiliates purchasing positions in one of four matrix levels:
- Silver – $2
- Gold – $15
- Platinum – $50
- Tesseract – $500
Silver Boards
The Silver matrix level consists of five 2×2 matrices.
A 2×2 matrix places an affiliate at the top of the matrix, with two positions directly under them (level 1):
These two positions have another two positions each under them, which make up level 2 of the matrix. Each filled positions represents a position purchase by recruited affiliates, and when all positions in the matrix are filled, the position at the top “cycles” out and receives a commission.
How much of a commission is paid out depends on which matrix number is being cycled out of:
- Silver Board 1 – $4 and entry into Silver Board 2
- Silver Board 2 – $8, entry into Silver Board 3 and two new entries into Silver Board 1
- Silver Board 3 – $10, entry into Silver Board 4 and two new entries into Silver Board 1
- Silver Board 4 – $20, entry into Silver Board 5 and three new entries into Silver Board 1
- Silver Board 5 – $58 and three new entries into Silver Board 1
Gold Boards
The Gold level consists of four 2×2 matrices:
- Gold Board 1 – $20 and, entry into Gold Board 2 and three new entries into Silver Board 1
- Gold Board 2 – $60, entry into Gold Board 3, three new entries into Silver Board 1 and one new entry into Gold Board 1
- Gold Board 3 – $120, entry into Gold Board 4, three new entries into Silver Board 1 and one new entry into Gold Board 1
- Gold Board 4 – $300, three new entries into Silver Board 1 and one new entry into Gold Board 1
Platinum Boards
The Platinum level consists of three 2×2 matrices:
- Platinum Board 1 – $100, entry into Platinum Board 2, three new entries into Silver Board 1 and one new entry into Gold Board 1
- Platinum Board 2 – $400, entry into Platinum Board 3, three new entries into Silver Board 1, one new entry into Gold Board 1 and one new entry into Platinum Board 1
- Platinum Board 3 – $500, three new entries into Silver Board 1, one new entry into Gold Board 1 and one new entry into Platinum Board 1
Tesseract Boards
The Tesseract level consists of two matrices. Their size is not provided in the GoldAdMatrix compensation plan material:
- Tesseract Board 1 – $500 and entry into Tesseract Board 2
- Tesseract Board 2 – $4500, two new entries into Silver Board 1, one new entry into Gold Board 1, one new entry into Platinum Board 1 and one new entry into Tessract Board 1
Joining GoldAdMatrix
Affiliate membership is tied into the cost of the matrix levels a GoldAdMatrix affiliate buys into.
This pegs GoldAdMatrix affiliate membership at between $2 to $567.
Conclusion
With no retailable products or services and 100% of the commission payouts in GoldAdMatrix dependent on recruitment of new affiliates, the opportunity squarely fits the definition of a pyramid scheme.
Affiliates buy into one of four matrix levels, which are multi-layered themselves. As new affiliate positions are fed into the first board of each level, those at the top of existing matrices cycle out and receive their commissions (paid out of the position feed paid for by new and existing GoldAdMatrix affiliates).
As time goes on, all the monopoly money phantom positions created each time an existing affiliate cycles out will only serve to bog the system down, as no money is paid out unless real money is being used to purchase new positions in Board 1 matrices at each matrix level.
The use of new affiliate position money to pay out existing affiliates is evident in GoldAdMatrix’s “no refunds” refund policy:
REFUND
No Refunds. You agree that if you use your credit card or any other form of payment to purchase, that it is a non-refundable purchase.
The reason GoldAdMatrix don’t offer refunds, is because once an affiliate has purchased their matrix position, that money is then used to pay out a cycle commission on an existing matrix position.
Looking at admin Michele Lavoie’s MLM history, that GoldAdMatrix is little more than your typical ebooks combined with recruitment-driven matrices should come as no surprise.
As with all schemes though, once recruitment stops or slows down at the Board 1 level, the matrices (and commissions) begin to stall. Once enough GoldAdMatrix matrices have stalled, kaboom!
When I see a man with a gold chain and a fake background in a video, I think SCAM. It’s too obvious.
Fake? Come on now… he even waves to his friends on the beach!
Friends ???
Damn, I thought he was waving to the wrinkle in the background which appears over his left shoulder in the first 10 seconds of the vid.
Who’s gonna fall for that? Not even blind people!
I can see it now, when the scam blows up, every “investor” is going to say “I didn’t know that it was a fraud…I’m a victim too….can I get to keep the money? Pleaseeeee????”
Believe me,that’s not going to be a problem with this one.
No one, and by “no one” I mean way less than 10% of members are going to come out of this with their initial deposit, much less any profit.
WOW…now that is some sad ass shit.
That was some ghetto chroma keying setup with horrible lighting, which by the way caused that effect on his shirt.
Reminds me of Anchorman 2 when Brick Tamland looses his legs on the green screen.
For those who don’t get the reference, it’s also known as green-screening, like this:
http://davelandweb.com/blog/JohnDelmont/MatterhornGreenScreen.jpg
I have seen ideas like this before = multiple matrices and multiple re-entries. They’re usually based on flawed computer simulations where free re-entries are calculated similar to paid entries.
All those free re-entries will fill positions in the matrices and generate “cycles”, but the money required for payouts will be missing. Free re-entries in lower matrices can be compared to reinvestments of back office funds in Ponzi schemes = they don’t bring any fresh money into the system.
At least the Silver, Gold and Platinum matrices promises to pay out more money than the money coming in.
Yeah, like TVI Express.
I found out about that = some of the entries into the next matrices are not free. Example:
Entry into next matrix seems to cost MONEY.
Re-entries into lower matrices seems to be FREE.
The marketing is misleading if that is the case, “Turn $50 into $1,000 over and over again”.
That money is supposed to come out of cycle commissions. From memory I subtracted where necessary.
It’s still monopoly money as it’s coming out of fees paid by recruits who joined after (who then need to be paid with money from people who joined after them).
I thought the same, but then the Platinum matrices will pay out more money than what the participants pay in.
Here’s how it’s described:
@Oz
I have used a spreadsheet to look into the potential entry costs. I believe people will need to PAY for advancement into the next matrices.
DESIGNED TO SELL SOFTWARE?
The program is probably designed to sell software, not to pay out too many rewards. It will reward a few people, but most others will simply buy some software.
Each entry level matrix has “buy this software, and you will get a free entry”. They’re not using software as a disguise for an income opportunity, the income opportunity is used to make people willing to pay for the software.
THE MATRICES ARE MADE TO LOOK “DOABLE”
2, 3, 4 or 5 2×2 matrices will look more “doable” than the equivalent big matrices. That’s why the program use multiple matrices in each group.
Silver: 5 matrices * 2×2 equals one 2×10 matrix = 2,022 positions
Gold: 4 matrices * 2×2 equals one 2×8 matrix = 510 positions
Platinum: 3 matrices * 2×2 equals one 2×6 matrix = 126 positions
Tesseract: 2 matrices * 2×2 equals one 2×4 matrix = 30 positions
NEXT ENTRY FEE = PAYOUT = NO MONEY TO BE PAID OUT
None of the first matrices will pay out anything in reality. Some of them will bring in more money = “if people want to PLAY then they will have to PAY”. If they don’t want to pay, they have simply bought some software and can quit.
Net payouts = payouts minus next entry fee
Silver 1 pays out $0
Silver 2 pays out $2 = “money back from purchase”
Silver 3 pays out $0
Silver 4 pays out $0
Silver 5 pays out $58 = the first real payout
Gold 1 pays out -$10 “if you want to play, then PAY”
Gold 2 pays out $10 “… here’s your $10 back”
Gold 3 pays out $20 (your first $5 profit)
Gold 4 pays out $300 = the first real payout
Platinum 1 pays out -$50 “if you want to play, then PAY”
Platinum 2 pays out $150 (your first $50 profit)
Platinum 3 pays out $500 = the first real payout
(Tesseract 1 and 2 not analysed)
The model I have used here will pay out some peanuts in Silver 2, “just to give people some HOPE and show them that the system works”.
Gold and Platinum will bring more money in (people will need to pay MORE MONEY if they want to play). Some people will prefer to quit, they will feel “cheated”. But the organizer has got what he wanted = the money. People can’t complain either, they have got the software they paid for (the matrices had free entries).
ADDITIONAL BENEFITS FOR THE ORGANIZER
* He will get valuable LEADS, “low hanging fruits”.
* He will not get a good reputation among most people, but he will get the reputation he want (SOME people like ideas like that).
* There will be very few monetary payouts = very little work.
NOTE
I haven’t analysed it completely, the model I have used here is an “alternative”. All the free re-entries didn’t make much sense in the other business model, they would drain the program for money (paying more money out than the amount coming in).
I checked the MMG forum. This program has already been replaced by another one, RCCV2 (Rocket Cash Cycler v2 ???).
The entries into next matrices seemed to be FREE:
Matrix programs of this type are typically short lived. The MMG thread had most of its activity in January / February 2014, plus a few random posts in March / April.
@M_Norway
As I understand it all the boards are fed by Board 1 at all levels. Those positions are a mix of real money and phantom positions, however the phantom positions can’t be created without real money going in.
Still totally unsustainable, which was a major point – if for nothing else than the huge amount of phantom positions created from a single paid position as it works through the boards at any particular level.
Obviously the videos fake, but I mean, he’s trolling right? Like…it’s just some dope trolling right?…Right?
I mean after that video…do you call these things schemes or a way to make sure stupid people don’t have money?
I dunno… looked pretty serious to me.
I’m thinking there might be in an Oscar in it for him if he put out a few more. He puts most modern SFX studios to shame.
You’re right, and I know a surefire way to get this the millions of views it deserves..to the cringe subreddit!
BY THE WAY MY SILVER CHAIN WAS GIVEN TO ME BY MY WIFE WHEN I WAS IN THE HOSPITAL AND WAS NEARLY DEAD. SO I WEAR IT TO REMEMBER MY LIFE AND MY FAMILY AND WIFE THAT GAVE THAT TO ME.
BY the way skycoinlab this comment is 100% wrong
“Sky Coin Lab accepts investments from affiliates on the promise of ROIs paid out via BitCoin.”
that is false please do your research before you post stuff you look so stupid
We operate Bitcoin mining ASIC hardware. When you buy a contract with us, you will begin earning Bitcoins as soon as your contract is activated. At SkyCoinLab Mining, we cover the electricity costs and all pool fees. Your contract is 100% insured because we want you to succeed.
WE ARE A MINING COMPANY WE MINE BITCOIN FOR PEOPLE HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH ANY TYPE OF HYPE OR ROI .
DO THE RESEARCH NEXT TIME YOU PUT OUT A REVIEW AND GIOVE THE CHACE FOR SOMEONE TO GIVE THERE SIDE INSTEAD OF DELETING IT.
@mike
Right. And that’s not an investment because…?
Why’d you delete your clownish YT vid? It was good for a laugh cmon.
it was good for a laugh lol it was a test done with a phone i would like to see what you can ,develop the app like i did for a phone and make this video all on your phone..no computer at all make it then show me
Skycoinlab NO its not an investment lol you are buying mining power you are buying a machine that mines bit coin you can either have the machine shipped to you or for a small fee we will mine for you from our center.
Please investigate before thawing things out there.
I don’t mean to be rude but you are just speculating on the negative all the time.
(Ozedit: Offtopic derail attempts removed)
Lol… And people will be happy to lose their money that they win in this boring work with your company. All the rules in the world will change because YOUR company!
No one will need to work again and all people will be rich IF AND ONLY IF, they “buy” your product? Is am correct?
Nope not even close your 100% wrong again lol but i think your use to that lol
Again you fail to see the point of working online or what i have done i sold software and advertising and as a bonus people can make money referring people to the product to most that is simple for you its hard to understand but its not your fault i guesss>>>>
You forgot to mention the good things
GAM has paid out Total Paid Out : $131460.69 in a few month and no there is no huge profit for the company “I knew you would ask lol”

I have also raised and donated over 100 thousand dollars to the united states for different storm disaster that has happened in the past 2 years.

Anyhow take care and thanks for giving me the chance to explain so everyone knows the truth
on how i help people around the world.
I paid $50.00 in Platinum 1 to advertise my business and got a customer..so far so good.
@mike
No I’m not. I pay you cash, and you pay me a fixed ROI (with new affiliate investor money) in cash.
Nobody’s buying anything other than what easily qualifies as an unregistered security. Are you registered to offer those?
@mike
Given that the product is the opportunity, that qualifies as a pyramid scheme.
You have positions in your pyramid that pay you a fixed ROI (the company) once enough new affiliates have been recruited. Don’t try to be cute here, it won’t work.
Pyramid schemes collapse once recruitment slows down. That people haven’t stopped purchasing matrix positions is neither here nor there.
You’re helping recruitment scammers rip off those below them. That doesn’t help anybody but the pyramid scheme pimps who sign up to your scheme. And let’s not forget your own positions of course… face it, you’re helping you.
“Doing good” is not a license to run blatant recruitment driven pyramid schemes.
@Miguel
Did the ad go something like this?
Any advertising in GoldAdMatrix is incidental to the recruitment-driven pyramid scheme. No legitimate “retail” advertisers are going near the scheme.
You didn’t buy a position in Platinum 1 to advertise, you bought it to earn money once enough new positions have been bought by subsequent affiliate-investors.
Clearly someone who never bother to read SEC vs. Howey, or he’s never have bought into this bull****.
