smartwealthads-logoThere is no information on the SmartWealthAds website indicating who owns or runs the business.

The SmartWealthAds website domain (“smartwealthads.com”) was registered on the 30th of March 2015, however the domain registration is set to private.

The company’s FAQ does mention that ‘SmartwealthAdsis (sic) located in Canada’, but given the otherwise lack of information provided I’d take that with a grain of salt.

A marketing video on the SmartWealtAds website was uploaded to an account bearing the name “Marc Patric” on August 13th.

The Patric account however was created on the same day, so I’d take that name too with a grain of salt.

An email address features on the SmartWealthAds support page, which matches up with LiveAdInc.

LiveAdInc was a revenue-sharing opportunity launched in 2013. Run by “Ron and Andrew”, LiveAdInc offered affiliates 125% ROIs on funds invested with the company.

Launched in October 2013, by early 2014 LiveAdInc had collapsed.

As always, if an MLM company is not openly upfront about who is running or owns it, think long and hard about joining and/or handing over any money.

The SmartWealthAds Product Line

SmartWealthAds has no retailable products or services.

The company does have a products page on its website, but featured on the page is the image-editing suite Gimp.

GIMP began in 1995 as the school project of two university students; now GIMP is a full-fledged application, available on all distributions of Linux, OS X and Microsoft Windows — XP and later versions.

It is released under GPLv3+ licenses and is freely distributed.

The SmartWealthAds Compensation Plan

The SmartWealthAds compensation plan sees affiliates purchase positions in a series of five matrix cyclers.

Most of the matrices in SmartWealthAds are 2×2 in nature, requiring six positions to be filled before a cycle commission is paid out.

The other size is a 2×1, requiring only two positions be filled.

Joining SmartWealthAds

Affiliate membership with SmartWealthAds is free, however affiliates must purchase at least one matrix position to participate in the income opportunity.

This pegs the minimum cost of SmartWealthAds at between $2 and $4500.

Conclusion

Given that LiveAdInc was a matrix-based revshare Ponzi scheme, it’s no surprise that SmartWealthAds offers up more of the same.

Although affiliates can buy in at any matrix level separately, the core idea behind SmartWealthAds cycler is that affiliates buy in for $2 on the promise of an eventual $1,000,000+ ROI.

The math behind that is a whopping 500,000 positions minimum to pay out the million, moreso because the return is over a million and referral commissions eat into the payout.

Those 500,000 positions in turn require 250 billion positions to cycle through all five cycler tiers, so needless to say there’s a lot of SmartWealthAds affiliates who are going to get ripped off.

With admins who have run schemes like this before, there’ s a good chance that SmartWealthAds is preloaded with positions, further reducing anyone’s chance of making money in it.

The admins by default will cycle the most (don’t forget all their generated cycle positions), which inturn means they’ll withdraw the majority of funds invested in positions.

The small payouts see a large amount of invested funds trapped in to the matrix till the upper tiers are cycled through, but ultimately once recruitment slows down all five matrix tiers will first stall and then collapse.

LiveAdInc lasted a few months before collapsing, with SmartWealthAds likely to have a similar lifespan.
