The FTC’s lawsuit against Digital Altitude continues, with the latest seeing default judgment sought against the company and related entity defendants.

On March 26th the FTC filed a request asking the court clerk to enter default against Digital Altitude Limited, Aspire Processing LLC, Aspire Processing Limited, Aspire Ventures Ltd, Disc Enterprises Inc, RISE Systems and Enterprise LLC and Soar International Limited Liability Company.

Default was entered against Aspiring Processing, LLC, Disc Enterprises Inc. and RISE Systems and Enterprise LLC.

Owing to service in the UK, the clerk didn’t enter default against Aspire Processing LLC, Aspire Processing Limited, Aspire Ventures Ltd, Digital Altitude Limited, Disc Enterprises Inc, RISE Systems and Enterprise LLC and Soar International Limited Liability Company.

A hearing for the FTC’s respective motion for default judgment and request for entry of default has been scheduled for July 2nd.

Also to be heard on the same date are Motions for Attorney’s Fees by Mary Dee, Digital Altitude LLC, Michael Force, Thermography for Life, LLC and the Receiver.

Update 31st August 2018 – On August 28th the FTC filed a Motion for Default Judgment against Digital Altitude LLC.

A hearing on the motion has been scheduled for December 10th.
