Crowd1 securities fraud warning issued in New Zealand
A Crowd1 securities fraud warning has been issued by New Zealand’s Financial Markets Authority.
The FMA’s June 5th warning cites Crowd1’s Spanish corporate address and states
We recommend exercising caution before dealing with Crowd1 and Impact Crowd Technology S.L. as they are not registered companies or financial service providers in New Zealand.
Crowd1 offers a passive investment opportunity. The company is not registered to offer securities in any jurisdiction.
Similar regulatory action against Crowd1 has been taken in Norway, Namibia, Paraguay, the Philippines, Mauritius and Gabon.
And yet here in South Africa Crowd1 is worshipped as god and if I show them these facts they go all riotlike on me.
Bla Bla Bla 😀 it makes money and that is the main .. risk = profit
Only if you’re a shitbag human being.
Coincidentally shitbag human beings tend to cry the loudest when Ponzi go boom.
Crowd1 never claims to be an investment company not does it provide any financial services which normally come with monthly installments. It sells one off education packages in real estate and gives free Crowd1 Rewards to members that buy these education packages depending on the level of education purchased.
The media (Ozedit: derails removed)
Why is Crowd1 leadership not interviewed in all these negative write ups? Are these journalists being paid to write what they are writing?
Crowd1 is now a top network marketing company globally and that is never acknowledged, why? Because to get to the top, you develope unknown enemies that will engage in industrial espionage.
Those in Crowd1 are not forced to be there. They attend Presentations, physically or online after which the make a decision.
From the 15th May and every 15th of the month, Crowd1 now pays a long term monthly residual income. From 15 June, Crowd1 Rewards will start to pay out every quarter. Only serious game changing Network Marketing companies can be able to do this.
Only network marketing companies that offer financial services like insurance or monthly payments to the company are required to list as financial services providers.
@Austin
What Crowd1 does or doesn’t claim to be is irrelevant when its running a Ponzi scheme.
The timeline in which Crowd1 pays Ponzi returns is irrelevnant.
Crowd1’s fraudulent business model is not a secret. It’s reviewed here and nothing the scammers running it say changes that.
You’re seriously going to ask why financial fraud that will inevitably result in widespread losses is not being celebrated… on BehindMLM.
Oh dear.
Oh dear X2.
Horeshit. Any MLM company running a passive investment opportunity is making a securities offering.
Any MLM company making a securities offering has to register with financial regulators the world over. Stop making excuses for scammers.
@Austin
Where/what are these “education packages”, how much do they cost, what are the sales figures? where is the market? who creates/writes them? Whats the ROI? etc etc.
How do the sales of these packages pay off the millions of “investors”? How many education packs have you sold?
Crowd1 was previously vaguely marketed as an mlm for “passive income from “apps”, and “gambling” , now the “product” is “education packages”.
Please post a sample of the apps/packages if they even exist. What legitimate company can just alter its entire business model with seemingly no change to its it payment structure/T&C’s, drop off in revenue etc?
None of it makes any sense.
Yawn… Just like OneCoin: “We are selling these f*cking education packages – not the investment!”
But for some unknown reason… 😉 people took these education packages because education was bundled with OneCoin coins/tokens “monopoly play money”. People love that play money giving them pretended impression they are getting rich. They love it much more than any financial education. Although – paradoxically – in the end, they’ve got that financial education, very illustrative, very strong and… expensive: “don’t mess (your finance) with a devil”.
ooooh swearing is somebody losing their temper lol. Crowd1 are rip off thieves and I hope the online authorities take all their illgotten gains like they did to Kim Dotcom.
Kim Dotcom didn’t deserve to have his money taken away because he was providing a service.
These Crowd1 thieves deserve to lose every cent I also hope the authorities donate all the money fraudulently earned to world poverty or to child poverty or to help with climate change or Covid 19 intervention.
The authorities haven’t thought of it yet but guess what I’m posting here to give them the idea lol.
I wish Crowd1 a happy disoriented downward spiral from now on lol.
ha ha merry Xmas and Happy New Year.
