30 Day Success Formula scammers convicted of fraud
Joseph E. Johnson Jr. and Candice V. Cunningham have been convicted by a federal jury.
The scammers were behind 30 Day Success Formula and a number of other scams. BehindMLM reviewed 30 Day Success Formula in 2019, concluding it to be an illegal gifting scheme.
This is reflected in Johnson’s and Cunningham’s 2023 indictment, charging them with conspiracy to commit mail fraud and mail fraud.
From Johnson’s and Cunningham’s Wisconsin indictment;
From at least in or around September 2015 and continuing until at least in or around February 2023, Cunningham, Johnson, and others, known and unknown to the Grand Jury, operated a series of pyramid schemes advertised to victim-participants under various names including, but not limited to, Wealth Partners Publishing, Wealth Wise, Zero to Profit, 30 Days Success Formula, Lav Label, Beckett Group, and DTR Group.
BehindMLM readers cited 30 Day Success Formula promoters as Justin Verrengia, Alex Zubarev, Aaron Rashkin, Alfredo Delgado, Mack Mills (aka Mack Zidan) and Tom Yatar.

Johnson’s and Cunningham’s various scams defrauded consumers out of around $5 million. To the best of my knowledge none of the 30 Day Success Formula promoters were charged.

Following their indictment, Johnson and Cunningham were arrested on March 22nd, 2023. At a March 29th arraignment, Johnson and Cunningham both pled not guilty.

Following a four-day jury trial beginning February 23rd, 2026, a jury found Johnson and Cunningham guilty on all eight counts of mail fraud and conspiracy to commit mail fraud.
Johnson and Cunningham now face up to 20 years on each count (seven counts each). Sentencing is scheduled for June 23.

What about all of the other scam artists who fleeced the unknowing?? It took 7 years to get to a prosecution. The United States justice system is a joke.
Scammers make out like bandits and 99% of the time get away with it. All we can do is post the names of the crooks and hope people remember.
Honestly, I had forgotten how bad this program was until I linked back to the 2019 report. That’s what the scammers want. Us all to forget. (Sigh) So frustrating.
There definitely should have been more arrests during the covid-19 MLM gifting craze.
