CloudZow Review: $5 a month cloud backup service
CloudZow operate in the technology MLM niche, specialising in computer backup solutions.
The company was launched in early 2012, operates out of Texas in the US and is headed up by co-founder and company President, Bob Wood. The other founder(s) of CloudZow are not disclosed by the company.
Wood appears to have an extensive history in online e-commerce with his company bio listing the many tech ventures Wood has been part of, along with
twenty-five years experience with over fifty corporations as an Information Technology Consultant, Systems Analyst, Systems Programmer, Application Developer, System Tools Developer and Systems Architect in the corporate and commercial software development environments.
MLM wise Wood (photo right) seems to have been more involved in the consulting side of things rather than management, with CloudZow appearing to be the first MLM company Wood has been involved with in an executive role.

Seacret Direct Review: Dead Sea salts & autoship
Update 23rd August 2020 – BehindMLM published an updated (third) review of Seacret Direct on August 23rd, 2020.
The review below will be left up for reference but is outdated. /end update
Marketing skincare products containing minerals from the Dead Sea, Seacret Direct was launched in mid 2011 and operate out of Arizona in the US.
Heading up Seacret Direct is CEO Izhak Ben Shabat (right).
In a Seacret Direct marketing call on YouTube, Shabat claims to have been in the Israeli military for seven years before coming to the US.
Shabat claims he works with his older brother Moty Ben Shabat, credited as a “managing partner” of Seacret Direct.
After trying to build an ice-cream truck empire and selling helicopter toys, the Shabats started to sell skin care products via kiosks.
This kiosk business eventually spawned the launch of Seacret in 2005, with the company going MLM in mid 2011.

BlockBuzz Review: Pixel ads & matrix positions
There is no information on the BlockBuzz website indicating who owns or runs the business.
The company domain (‘blockbuzz.com’) was registered on the 21st August 2012 and lists ‘Block Buzz Inc.’ as the domain owner, operating out of Nevada in the US.
As always, if a MLM company is not openly upfront about who is running or owns it, think long and hard about joining and/or handing over any money. [Continue reading…]
MoneyBee 1up Review: $15 a month memberships
There is no information on the MoneyBee 1up website indicating who owns or runs the company.
The company domain (‘moneybee1up.com’) however was registered on the 12th September 2012 and names a “Brittany Johnson” (photo bottom right) from “That Cash Train” as the owner. Johnson appears to be operating out of the US state of Tennessee.
That Cash Train is an MLM income opportunity launched around June 2012 and appears to be recruitment based. Here’s how That Cash Train describes itself:
You will be generating an income using our system through our referral based program, bringing in others to complete the exact same training you are doing.
Just a few short months later after the launch of That Cash Train, for reasons not disclosed (although most likely recruitment dried up), Johnson has launched MoneyBee 1up.

FacePayBook Review: Advert based Facebook clone
A few years back now MLM social network started to pop up looking to cash in on the evident success of Twitter, Facebook and before them, Myspace.
Typically with these networks revenue would be generated either via monthly membership fees (meaning they usually just wound up being pyramid schemes) or advertisement based, which meant they wound up paying peanuts.
Needless to say over the years not one MLM social network has really taken off and in 2012 I can probably count how many were launched on one hand.
That said, there are those out there still willing to give the social network and MLM combination a shot and today we take a look at recently launched FacePayBook.

Preservation of Wealth Review: Sale of memberships
Launched in July 2009, Preservation of Wealth revolves around the idea of members being able to purchase ‘precious metals for 5-50% less than everyone else‘, and then reselling them at a profit.
Operating out of the US state of Texas, Preservation of Wealth was founded by company President Justin Davis and IT Director, Randy Garcia (respective photos bottom right).
Justin Davis doesn’t appear to have any recorded history in MLM prior to the launch of Preservation of Wealth in 2009. On his company bio Davis is simply credited as being a “metals investor”.
Likewise for Randy Garcia, nothing turned up indicating a history in MLM prior to 2009. Garcia does however appear to have some experience with MLM backends with his company bio crediting him as being ‘a developer of high level financial accounting software as well as MLM specific software‘. No specific examples are provided.

Passive Rev Share Review: $2 Ponzi scheme
There is no information on the Passive Rev Share website indicating who owns or runs the business.
The company domain (‘passiverevshare.com’) was registered on the 10th September 2012, however the domain registration information is set to private.
Looking at the images directory of the website, there’s numerous marketing images promoting the website ‘revshareprofits.biz’:
This website doesn’t exist anymore however the domain was registered back in 2009, indicating the scheme was initially launched back then.
A look through the ‘Wayback Machine’ reveals Rev Share Profits was an income opportunity that had something to do with advertising and pretending to be Google:
Claiming that ‘online advertising is about to change forever‘ and promising to ‘become the talk of the Internet for years to come‘ Rev Share Profits failed as an income opportunity and the website is long gone.
Putting two and two together, it appears after two years the Rev Share Profits admin is back and trying their luck with Passive Rev Share.
As always, if a MLM company is not openly upfront about who is running or owns it, think long and hard about joining and/or handing over any money. [Continue reading…]
Mutual Aid Cash Review: 5×7 matrix scheme
There is no information on the Mutual Aid Cash website indicating who owns or runs the business.
The company domain (‘mutualaidcash.com’) was registered on the 24th August 2012 and lists a ‘Gary S. Webber’ from Houston, Texas as the owner.
The provided company address however points to what appears to be virtual office space with Google listing multiple businesses at the address.
The private server Mutual Aid Cash is hosted on has one other website on it, a shopping mall called Belttal (‘belttal.com’) – who seem to have no qualms about ripping off Google’s logo.
The domain WHOIS information for Belttal lists a ‘Luo Yong’ who appears to be based in Shenzhen, China.
Putting two and two together, if I had to guess I’d say Mutual Aid Cash’s Gary S. Webber doesn’t exist and Luo in China would be the admin behind the scheme. [Continue reading…]
