Watts USDT Review: Stolen identity “click a button” Ponzi

Watts USDT fails to provide ownership or executive information on its website.

Watts USDT’s website domain (“watts-usdt.com”), was privately registered on April 28th, 2024.

Of note is Watts USDT’s website domain being registered through the Chinese registrar Alibaba (Singapore).

On the regulatory front, the Central Bank of Russia issued a Watts USDT pyramid fraud warning on May 17th, 2024.

As always, if an MLM company is not openly upfront about who is running or owns it, think long and hard about joining and/or handing over any money. [Continue reading…]

MetaMax Review: Task-based MLM crypto Ponzi

MetaMax fails to provide verifiable ownership or executive information on its website.

MetaMax operates from two known website domains:

  1. metamax.vip – privately registered on July 3rd, 2023
  2. metamax.top (used for support email) – privately registered on May 11th, 2023

MetaMax cites “Olivia Jenkins” as its founder and CEO:

Jenkins is represented by an AI generated avatar:

In other words, MetaMax’s Olivia Jenkins doesn’t exist.

Most if not all of the information on MetaMax’s website appears to be bogus:

MetaMax provides a corporate address in Canada on its website. The address belongs to Davinci Virtual Office.

MetaMax’s official FaceBook page is managed from Brazil:

This strongly suggests, as opposed to Canada, that MetaMax is being run out of Brazil.

As always, if an MLM company is not openly upfront about who is running or owns it, think long and hard about joining and/or handing over any money. [Continue reading…]

Top GPT Review: Quantitative trading “click a button” app Ponzi

Top GPT fails to provide ownership or executive information on its website.

Top GPT operates from two known website domains:

  1. top-gpt.vip – privately registered on April 7th, 2024
  2. top-gpt5.vip – privately registered on April 10th, 2024

In an attempt to appear legitimate, Top GPT provides an unrelated Florida company certificate for “Quantimental Investments LLC”.

The certificate is dated February 2021 and, assuming it’s not a forgery, obviously has nothing to do with Top GPT. Top GPT is barely a month old.

On the regulatory front, the Central Bank of Russia issued a Top GPT pyramid fraud warning on May 17th, 2024.

Of final note is Top GPT’s website “terms of use” being copied from Binance, localized in Chinese:

As always, if an MLM company is not openly upfront about who is running or owns it, think long and hard about joining and/or handing over any money. [Continue reading…]

Avini Health Review: Supplements + illegal medical claims

Avini Health operates in the nutritional supplement MLM niche.

Avini Health doesn’t provide a corporate address on its website or social media profiles but appears to be based out of the US.

Heading up Avini Health are “leaders” Doug Dickey (VP of sales), Rik Deitsch (CSO) and Neil Roth (CEO).

Doug Dickey’s Avini Health corporate bio cites him with “more than 20 years working as a CEO, CFO in the fertilizer and plant nutrition industry.”

Douglas has also been successful in the network marketing industry with several companies as well as recently becoming a Diamond level distributor in less than 8 months.

Neil Roth “has over 45 years of experience in the consumer products industry and corporate management of large corporations.”

Mr. Roth consistently led double-digit growth in sales and profits at all of the companies in which he served as a top executive.

For the past twenty-five years, Mr. Roth has worked as a highly sought-after marketing consultant as well as president of a medical diagnostics company and electric vehicle company.

Dickey and Roth appear to have gone to some effort to hide specifics of their MLM past. Prior to Avini Health both Dickey and Roth were involved in Navan Global.

I was only able to verify this by stumbling across third-party marketing videos for Navan Global.

Not surprisingly Rik Deitsch, aka Erik Deitsch, was also involved in Navan Global. Deitsch appeared in marketing videos as a member of Navan Global’s corporate team.

Navan Global was a CBD oil MLM opportunity run by Trey Knight. Knight was indicted for wire fraud in 2021, effectively bringing Navan Global to a close.

Prior to Navan Global Deitsch was CEO of Nutra Pharma Corp. Through MyNyloxin, Nutra Pharma Corp ran a cobra venom pain relief MLM opportunity.

In 2018 the SEC sued Nutra Pharma Corp and Deitsch. In their Complaint the SEC alleged, among other things, that Deitsch;

repeatedly engaged in manipulative trades of Nutra Pharma stock by submitting orders to buy shares at prices higher than the sellers’ ask prices in order to “walk up” the stock price.

The SEC’s investigation also revealed that Nutra Pharma Corp’s “cobra venom” MyNyloxin marketing claims were bogus.

Nutra Pharma never had a cobra farm, never had cobras, and indeed had never produced cobra venom.

Deitsch settled the SEC’s fraud charges against him in April 2024. As part of his SEC settlement, Deitsch paid $44,046 in disgorgement, $5013 in prejudgment interest and a $30,000 civil penalty.

Roughly six months after Trey Knight was indicted and Navan Global subsequently collapsed, Avini Health launched in early 2022.

Read on for a full review of Avini Health’s MLM opportunity. [Continue reading…]

ANTM Review: Crypto mining “click a button” app Ponzi

ANTM fails to provide ownership or executive information on its website.

In fact as I write this, ANTM’s website is nothing more than affiliate sign up/login form:

ANTM’s website domain (“antm.top”), was privately registered on April 17th, 2024.

On the regulatory front, the Central Bank of Russia issued an ANTM pyramid fraud warning on May 16th, 2024.

As always, if an MLM company is not openly upfront about who is running or owns it, think long and hard about joining and/or handing over any money. [Continue reading…]

SI Group Review: Crypto trading ruse MLM Ponzi

SI Group, or System Investments Group, fails to provide ownership or executive information on its website.

SI Group’s website domain (“sigroup.top”), was first registered in 2021. The private registration was last updated on May 5th, 2024.

Despite existing since 2021 at the earliest, on its website SI Group falsely claims it “was established in 2017”.

In an attempt to appear legitimate, SI Group provides a shell company certificate for System Investments Group LTD in Belize.

Belize is a tax haven. Any MLM company representing it is based out of or has ties to Belize raises an immediate red flag.

Additionally due to the ease with which scammers are able to incorporate shell companies with bogus details, for the purpose of MLM due-diligence these certificates are meaningless.

On the regulatory front, the Central Bank of Russia issued a SI Group pyramid fraud warning on May 15th, 2024.

As always, if an MLM company is not openly upfront about who is running or owns it, think long and hard about joining and/or handing over any money. [Continue reading…]
