German Public Prosecutors investigating OneCoin reps for fraud
In the aftermath of BaFin’s regulatory ban of OneCoin on April 28th, promotion of OneCoin in Germany has come to a screeching halt.
Yesterday, top German affiliate Udo Deppisch was forced to cancel two OneCoin events in Germany that had been organized prior to the ban:
Not content with having thwarted the scheme locally, now the Bielefeld Public Prosecutors Office has confirmed an ongoing fraud investigation.
According to the Public Prosecutors Office, the investigation concerns “OneCoin representatives” tied to IMS International Marketing Services.
IMS is a shell company OneCoin set up to accept payments from OneCoin investors in Germany. BaFin estimate that OneCoin laundered over $424 million through IMS bank accounts.
When BaFin moved to seize the accounts, only $31 million was recovered.
IMS International Marketing Services was acquired by OneCoin when they purchased the OPN pyramid scheme off Frank Ricketts.
Ricketts is believed to be the architect of much of OneCoin’s money laundering network.
According to the Bielefeld Public Prosecutors Office, ‘seven representatives from the Onecoin environment‘ are being investigated for fraud and violations of laws governing Germany’s payment services regulations.
The investigation began “months ago”, following a money laundering report filed by a bank in Bielefeld.
Bielefeld is a city in the north-east of the German state, North-Rhine Westphalia.
A representative from the Office confirmed to Suddeutsche Zeitung that while the investigation is currently focused on IMS payments, it ‘could expand in the future‘.
At the time of publication the Public Prosecutors Office investigation into OneCoin is ongoing. As of yet no suspects have been named.

Klaus Pollmann, Bielefeld’s chief prosecutor told he could not say much about this, but then:
OneCoin tries to bluff with White Paper, not describing the current system or blockchain
DXMarkets seems to have removed their team page.. too much fuss caused by their new client? dxmarkets.com/our-team
Anyway, you’ll find a cached version @googlecache..
IMS International Marketing Services has been collecting money from OPN members as well. By the great merger with Onecoin, everyone has lost money.
new ceo onecoin: businessforhome.org/2017/05/onecoin-appoints-corporate-banker-pierre-arens-as-ceo/
Plz everybody goodle this “Pierre Arens”. How much hits do you get? If this was a top man, you’d get hits!
Very strange that Banker P, Arens walked in to a PONZISCHEME, based on Criminals…
One Dream Teams collection of Lies!
Fundamentally, having a CEO for currency is by itself very strange. Anything beyond that is just more nonsense.
I lost a lot of money. This motherfucker Igor Alberts is a maffia guy.
@janJanssen – can you substantiate or provide links/ quotes/ evidence, whether figurative or literal?
Pierre Arens is from Luxembourg, this is why nobody has ever heard of him (and why he said yes to OneCoin money).
Luxembourg is a tax haven. Arens likely has connections and this is why he’s CEO.
Ruja attended high school in Germany, so I wonder if both of her parents, Plamen and Veska have German citizenship? I doubt Bulgaria would extradite though.
Any word on Ruja’s immaculately birthed child? Or did it suit its purposes, or perhaps grow up to be 3 already?
I’m really eager to see if this “blockchain 3.0” is going to be in some manner publicly viewable through some sort of blockchain explorer?
If so, will it also show past transactions from 2015 and 2016? If OneCoin now launches a blockchain with 0 days of history info, the previous blockchains (existing or not) have 0 meaning and 0 value.
how can I contact you?
@Asphyx – PM my FB under this name or on Twitter @ezCoinAccess
Thanks. Also I heard that Ruja left her main high school for about a year and a half during this time period as her father had some other business deal behind this move.
Allegedly “something serious” happened during that 1.5yrs. I’ve been told that if that can be uncovered it will open up “a whole new chapter” on her background.
Not sure what or even “if” there’s something there, but if anyone has access to those years, there’s ALLEGEDLY a major sensational event/ scandal involving Plamen Ignatov, particularly.
The tip was “anonymous,” but clarified some other very detailed info few know outside of that.
Nice broadcast on German TV exposing the scam and showing the building where IMS the money laundering company of One Coin was situated
Just a note with the above URL, you have to scroll down to “Betrug mit virtueller Währung? | video” and click.
I will say that in the “mafia brother” video, I thought she looked pregnant in the black dress. (6 months or so) Just my female perspective.
It could also be post baby belly as I’m not sure the timing of video. Or she could just be fat.
she is just fat before – she paid a Mexican lady to have her baby – she was never pregnant herself.
Kevin Foster was a major ponzi schemer with OneCoin. Now, he is pumping the next illegal ponzi scheme to the very same friends, family and social media contacts who lost everything on their OneCoin investment.
Kevin likes to post quotes from various leaders. The thing is, ole Kevin is NOT a leader at all. Leaders let their people know about the good, the bad and the ugly. AND, they take responsibility for their actions.
Many of Kevin Foster’s social media contacts have started calling him out by posting on his social media page.
Here is just one example:
So Bobby W. is surprised that Kevin has moved on and no longer posting anything about his last illegal money-grab known as OneCoin.
IMO, when people like Bobby W. finally wake up to the reality that ALL of their investment is gone, this will not end well for Kevin Foster.
When will the regulators here in the USA take action against people like Kevin Foster and help their victims get at least some of their money back?
