Torexo Finance provides no information on its website about who owns or runs the company.

In fact as I write this, Torexo Finance’s website is nothing more than an expired launch timer.

An official Torexo Finance marketing presentation cites “Leonardo Santoro” as founder of the company.

Santoro doesn’t exist outside of Torexo Finance’s marketing material. He’s also depicted against a greenscreen backdrop of a virtual office, making him a prime Boris CEO candidate.

Torexo Finance’s website domain (“torexo.com”) was originally registered in 2018.

The private registration was last updated on May 7th, 2021. This is likely when Torexo Finance’s owners took possession of the domain.

This is supported by a search of the Wayback Machine, which reveals Torexo Finance’s website domain was for sale up until it was purchased this month.

Despite not existing until a few weeks ago, in their official marketing material, Torexo Finance falsely claims;

The history of the Torexo company began in 2016 when Leonardo Santoro created a team of traders and trust management pool from several dozen clients.

If we look at the source-code of Torexo Finance’s website, we can see HTML elements in Russian:

This strongly suggests Torexo Finance is being run by someone from Russia or the Ukraine.

Supporting this is Alexa traffic estimates, which peg the top sources of traffic to Torexo Finance’s website as Russia (45%), Vietnam (15%) and the Ukraine (11%).

As always, if an MLM company is not openly upfront about who is running or owns it, think long and hard about joining and/or handing over any money.

Torexo Finance affiliates invest $50 to $1000 on the promise of a daily 0.4% to 2.2% ROI.

Referral Commissions

Torexo Finance pays referral commissions via a unilevel compensation structure.

A unilevel compensation structure places an affiliate at the top of a unilevel team, with every personally recruited affiliate placed directly under them (level 1):

If any level 1 affiliates recruit new affiliates, they are placed on level 2 of the original affiliate’s unilevel team.

If any level 2 affiliates recruit new affiliates, they are placed on level 3 and so on and so forth down a theoretical infinite number of levels.

Residual Commissions

Torexo Finance pays residual commissions via a binary compensation structure.

A binary compensation structure places an affiliate at the top of a binary team, split into two sides (left and right):

The first level of the binary team houses two positions. The second level of the binary team is generated by splitting these first two positions into another two positions each (4 positions).

Subsequent levels of the binary team are generated as required, with each new level housing twice as many positions as the previous level.

Positions in the binary team are filled via direct and indirect recruitment of affiliates. Note there is no limit to how deep a binary team can grow.

It is believed these schemes are run by the same criminals, or groups of criminals working together.

Torexo Finance appears to be a relaunch by the same group of Russians.

I believe the original plan would have seen Torexo Finance launch as planned last week.

Having to collapse all their previously launched Ponzi schemes however, due to the cryptocurrency crash, has now pushed back Torexo Finance’s launch.

Torexo Finance has all of the Boris CEO ingredients; an actor founder/CEO, Russian involvement and non-existent external revenue generation.

One abnormality is the extra detail put into Torexo Finance’s compensation plan – it’s a little more fleshed out over your typical Boris CEO two or three levels of referral commissions affair.

In any event with no actual external source of revenue, Torexo Finance will collapse when recruitment dries up. Either that or another crypto collapse.

Either way, the math behind MLM Ponzi schemes guarantees that when they collapse, the majority of participants lose money.

Should enough gullible morons sign up to lose money, Torexo Finance’s marketing material reveals a shit token exit-scam strategy.

In July 2021 Torexo Finance will launch “Torexo Coin”. This launch will coincide with Torexo Dollar withdrawals being disabled.

Torexo Dollar balances will be converted to Torexo Coin and then dumped on some dodgy exchange.

From there it’s the standard race to the bottom. Torexo Coin plummets to $0, Torexo Finance’s website disappears (if it hasn’t already) and sorry for your loss.
