Senexa provides no information on its website about who owns or runs the company.

Senexa’s website domain (“senexa.biz”) was registered on July 6th, 2020.

Donald Mao Wong is listed as the owner, through a Gmail address and public housing street address in Hong Kong.

Further research reveals a Senexa marketing video doing the rounds, featuring CEO Donald Mao Wong:

In the “China News” video, Wong is interviewed by “Leila” through a Mandarin interpreter.

Leila has an eastern European accent. Wong answers Leila’s questions in Mandarin (note the interpreter is cut out after the first translation).

This is your standard Boris CEO video shot in a rented office somewhere. Wong (right), Leila and the interpreter are all actors.

You can verify this yourself by looking up Donald Mao Wong’s digital footprint. All you’ll find is “China News” press-release spam dated early 2021.

Alexa currently ranks top sources of traffic to Senexa’s website as the US (55%), Madagascar (16%) and Australia (7%).

As always, if an MLM company is not openly upfront about who is running or owns it, think long and hard about joining and/or handing over any money.

Referral Commissions

Senexa pays referral commissions via a unilevel compensation structure.

A unilevel compensation structure places an affiliate at the top of a unilevel team, with every personally recruited affiliate placed directly under them (level 1):

If any level 1 affiliates recruit new affiliates, they are placed on level 2 of the original affiliate’s unilevel team.

If any level 2 affiliates recruit new affiliates, they are placed on level 3 and so on and so forth down a theoretical infinite number of levels.

Senexa caps payable unilevel team levels at ten.

Referral commissions are paid as a percentage of funds invested across these ten levels, based on rank:

  • A1 ranked affiliates earn 6% on level 1 (personally recruited affiliates), 4% on level 2 and 3% on level 3
  • A2 ranked affiliates earn 6% on level 1, 4% on level 2, 3% on level 3 and 2% on level 4
  • A3 ranked affiliates earn 6% on level 1, 4% on level 2, 3% on level 3, 2% on level 4 and 1% on level 5

Senexa Conclusion

Senexa represents it generates external revenue via loan commissions.

The source of the income of the company is the commission we receive from lending companies when they finance their loans through SENEXA.

More than 17,000 lending organizations around the world place loans on the SENEXA platform.

This ruse fails the Ponzi logic test. If Senexa already has a loan business set up, what do they need your money for?

Naturally Senexa fails to provide any evidence of its purported loans business.

The company is also not registered to offer securities in any jurisdiction, despite clearly marketing a passive investment opportunity.

As it stands, the only verifiable source of revenue entering Senexa is new investment.

Using new investment to pay affiliates a daily return makes Senexa a Ponzi scheme.

As with all MLM Ponzi schemes, once affiliate recruitment dries up so too will new investment.

This will starve Senexa of ROI revenue, eventually prompting a collapse.

The math behind Ponzi schemes guarantees that when they collapse, the majority of participants lose money.

Following on from AntUSDT, it appears we have our second documented Russian/Chinese crossover Boris CEO Ponzi scheme.

Things aren’t looking good, but hopefully this isn’t the start of a disturbing trend.
