AI Viral Downline fails to provide ownership or executive information on its website.

AI Viral Downline’s website domain (“aiviraldownline.com”), was privately registered on November 14th, 2025.

In the footer of the “about” section of AI Viral Downline’s website we find an Indiana address:

This same address was used on M80 Advertising’s website:

M80 Advertising was a 2023 adcredit pyramid scheme run by serial fraudster Jeremy Duncan.

Sure enough, we find Jeremy Duncan promoting AI Viral Downline on social media:

Jeremy Duncan (right) is a serial fraudster. To date BehindMLM has documented seven of Duncan’s pyramid schemes:

  1. M80 Advertising (early 2023)
  2. The Rocket Recruiter (April/May 2023)
  3. My Traffic Powerline (August 2023)
  4. ShareTheWinnings (January 2024)
  5. Fast Start Profits (August 2024)
  6. Split The Winnings (December 2024)
  7. Cash Multiplier System (October 2025)

This time around there appears to be an effort to hide Duncan’s ownership of AI Viral Downline.

In addition to there being no mention of Duncan on AI Viral Downline’s website, Duncan is only a member of the official FaceBook group.

As above, admins running the official AI Viral Downline FaceBook group are Kenneth Wasiewicz, Pete Delmonico and Lillian Ilich. All three are serial promoters of MLM scams.

As always, if an MLM company is not openly upfront about who is running or owns it, think long and hard about joining and/or handing over any money.

AI Viral Downline’s Products

AI Viral Downline has no retailable products or services.

Promoters are only able to market AI Viral Downline promoter membership itself.

AI Viral Downline’s Compensation Plan

AI Viral Downline pays commissions on recruitment of paid promoters.

Recruitment Commissions

AI Viral Downline promoters earn $25 per promoter they recruit.

Residual Recruitment Commissions

Starting month two, AI Viral Downline pays residual commissions via a 3×8 matrix.

A 3×8 matrix places an AI Viral Downline promoter at the top of a matrix, with three positions directly under them:

These three positions form the first level of the matrix. The second level of the matrix is generated by splitting these first three positions into another three positions each (9 positions).

Levels three to eight of the matrix are generated in the same manner, with each new level of the matrix generating three times as many positions as the previous level.

Positions in the matrix are filled via direct and indirect recruitment of AI Viral Downline promoters.

Residual recruitment commissions are paid on ongoing monthly subscription fees paid by recruited promoters placed into the matrix.

Specific residual recruitment commission rates are determined by where a recruited promoter is placed in the matrix:

  • level 1 – $10 per position filled each month
  • levels 2 to 7 – $2 per position filled each month
  • level 8 – $3 per position filled each month (must personally recruit and maintain three paid promoters to unlock)

Note that as residual recruitment commissions are tied to monthly subscription payments, they are only paid out as long as promoters recruited into the matrix continue to pay each month.

Joining AI Viral Downline

AI Viral Downline promoter membership is $28 a month.

Note there is a free signup option, however paid membership must be purchased within 7 days or the position expires (i.e. becomes an admin position that pays Jeremy Duncan).

AI Viral Downline Conclusion

There’s not much to AI Viral Downline, it’s a matrix pyramid scheme built around an AI chatbot marketing ruse.

AI Viral Downline’s AI chatbot has been given the name “Emily”:

Beyond that the chatbot is of unknown origin. Given Duncan automatically collects $3 of every $28 paid each month (on top of his own admin position(s)), “Emily” has likely been sourced on the cheap.

Other than being used to rope new recruits into AI Viral Downline though, “Emily” isn’t really relevant to the MLM opportunity.

What is relevant is 100% of commission sin AI Viral Downline being tied to recruitment. This makes AI Viral Downline a pyramid scheme.

Being a US resident, Jeremy Duncan running a pyramid scheme violates the FTC Act. That said, US authorities have thus far failed to take action against Duncan.

As with all MLM pyramid schemes, once promoter recruitment dries up so too will commissions.

This will see those a the bottom of the AI Viral Downline pyramid scheme eventually stop paying monthly fees.

When that happens, those above them also stop getting paid. Unless new suckers are found quickly, these promoters will also stop paying monthly fees.

Once enough AI Viral Downline promoters inevitably stop paying monthly fees, an irreversible collapse is triggered.

Math guarantees that when a pyramid scheme collapses, the majority of promoters lose money.

Look no further than Jeremy Duncan’s previously launched scams to see this in action. Ditto MLM pyramid and Ponzi schemes run by others that Duncan promotes.
