M80 Advertising fails to provide ownership or executive information on its website.

M80 Advertising’s website domain (“m80advertising.com”), was privately registered on December 4th, 2022.

Marketing videos on M80 Advertising’s website are hosted on a YouTube channel named “Curtis Webb”.

Webb has an M80 Advertising admin account under the referral name “fishmerman”:

Last year Webb was promoting VIP Global Stars, a LaCore Enterprises MLM company headed up by Eric Caprarese.

VIP Global Stars appears to have collapsed sometime in the second half of 2022. That brings us to the launch of M80 Advertising on or around December 2022.

Update 6th January 2024 – Sometime after this review was published M80 Advertising’s website was updated to reflect Jeremy Duncan as its owner.

According to his FaceBook profile, Duncan is a US national residing in Indiana. /end update

As always, if an MLM company is not openly upfront about who is running or owns it, think long and hard about joining and/or handing over any money.

M80 Advertising’s Products

M80 Advertising has no retailable products or services.

Affiliates are only able to market M80 Advertising affiliate membership itself.

Bundled with M80 Advertising affiliate membership are advertising credits and various marketing tools.

M80 Advertising’s Compensation Plan

M80 Advertising affiliates pay $75 a month. Commissions are paid when they recruit others who do the same.

Note that all commissions paid out by M80 Advertising are contingent on recruited affiliates continuing to pay $75 a month.

Recruitment Commissions

M80 Advertising affiliates receive $25 a month per affiliate they recruit.

Residual Commissions

M80 Advertising pays residual commissions via a 2×10 matrix.

A 2×10 matrix places an affiliate at the top of a matrix, with two positions directly under them:

These two positions form the first level of the matrix. The second level of the matrix is generated by splitting these first two positions into another two positions each (4 positions).

Levels three to ten of the matrix are generated in the same manner, with each new level housing twice as many positions as the previous level.

Positions in the matrix are filled via direct and indirect recruitment of M80 Advertising affiliates.

For each position filled in an M80 Advertising affiliate’s matrix, they are paid $2 a month.

Matching Bonus

When an M80 Advertising affiliate recruits four affiliates, they unlock the Matching Bonus.

The Matching Bonus is a 100% match on residual commissions earned by subsequently personally recruited affiliates.

No Matching Bonus is paid on the four recruited qualifying affiliates.

Joining M80 Advertising

M80 Advertising affiliate membership is $75 a month.

M80 Advertising Conclusion

M80 Advertising is a simple $75 a month pyramid scheme.

New affiliates are recruited, pay their monthly fees, and those fees are used to pay recruitment commissions.

By way of nothing being marketed or sold to retail customers, M80 Advertising’s bundled ad credits and marketing tools are meaningless with respect to compliance.

Much in the same way you can’t legalize a Ponzi scheme with adcredits, you can’t legalize a pyramid scheme either.

As with all MLM pyramid schemes, once affiliate recruitment dries up so too will commissions.

This will see affiliates at the bottom of the pyramid stop paying their monthly affiliate fee, resulting in those above them not earning.

Unless new recruits are found, they too will also eventually stop paying their monthly affiliate fee.

Once enough M80 Advertising affiliates have stopped paying $75 a month, an irreversible collapse is triggered.

The math behind pyramid schemes guarantees that when they inevitably collapse, the majority of participants lose money.
