On July 20th the Commissione Nazionale per le Società e la Borsa (CONSOB), Italy’s top financial regulator, issued a warning against Questra World and Atlantic Global Asset Management.
Although appearing to be based out of Spain, Questra World has ties to Russia and Africa through Atlantic Global Asset Management. Questra World claim to be an “advertising broker” with “exclusive rights” to promote Atlantic Global Asset Management. On October 27th Austria’s Financial Market Authority issued an investor warning against Questra World. BehindMLM reviewed Questra World earlier this month and determined it to be a Ponzi scheme.
A video on the Questra World website identifies Jose Manuel Gilabert as CEO of the company. Other than that, no information about Questra World’s management is provided.
