Kristijan Krstic pleads guilty to securities & wire fraud

Kristijan Krstic has pled guilty to conspiracy to commit wire fraud and securities fraud. Krstic’s plea agreement was filed in Texas on April 1st. As per the filing, Krstic is facing up to twenty years on both counts and fines of up to $5.25 million.

Sybbex Ponzi scheme collapses, website gone

The Sybbex Ponzi scheme has collapsed. Sometime in the last 24 hours Sybbex’s website has been disabled. Most of Sybbex’s social media accounts have also been deleted. Sybbex’s official FaceBook page hasn’t been deleted yet but was abandoned on April 4th.
