Seven SAEG Ponzi net-winners have settled with the court-appointed Receiver.

As disclosed in the Receiver’s Sixth Report, filed on January 9th;

To date, the Receiver identified 10 recipients of false profits totaling $98,713. The Receiver made a demand upon those investors to return the false profits, and to date settled his claim against 7 of the recipients, with a recovery of $35,793.

The Receiver states he intends to file a clawback lawsuit against the remaining three defendants if they do not settle.

In total the SAEG Receiver has recovered $2.6 million. $497,610 has been transferred to the Traders Domain Receiver in parallel proceedings.

Another $560,879 was transferred to PT Adventures, a company owned by defendant Francisco Story as part of a reached settlement.

On the victim distribution side of things there are four disputed claims still to be resolved by the court.

As of January 2025, the SAEG Receivership has approved two hundred and eleven claims totalling $31.1 million.
