Intelligence Prime Capital securities fraud warning from Canada
Intelligence Prime Capital has received a securities fraud warning from the British Columbia Securities Commission.
As per the BCSC’s January 31st warning;
Intelligence Prime Capital Ltd. claims to be based in Toronto, Ontario and it claims to offer trading services in forex, CFD and cryptocurrencies.
We are aware that Intelligence Prime Capital Ltd. accepts British Columbia (BC) residents as clients.
Intelligence Prime Capital Ltd. is not registered to trade in, or advise on, securities or derivatives in BC.
We urge BC residents to exercise caution when dealing with firms that are not registered to trade or advise in BC.
This is the equivalent of a securities fraud warning in other jurisdictions.
Intelligence Prime Capital sees investors pay up to $99.90 a month for access to a passive returns trading bot.
BehindMLM reviewed Intelligence Prime Capital on December 27th, 2021. We concluded IPCapital was a Boris CEO Ponzi scheme, likely being run from south-east Asia.
In an attempt to portray legitimacy, Intelligence Prime Capital cites numerous bogus regulatory registrations.
Canada is the second jurisdiction to take regulatory action against Intelligence Prime Capital.
The Bank of Russia issued an Intelligence Prime Capital fraud warning on December 24th.
I have been a member for about two months. I have only been charged once for the service. I could pick the service I wanted and pay a fee based on that.
During the time I purchased the service, they were having a half off special which was around Black Friday or during the Christmas season.
I paid 49 for their 99 dollar bot. From what I could tell, I was purchasing software to automatically trade for me.
Week after week it shows me my profit and I can either reinvest or withdraw.
Try withdrawing and then tell us how well it went.
Been with IPCapital since December and have been withdrawing and reinvesting every weekend since then, no issues.
Withdrawing and reinvesting != withdrawing
Sorry for your loss.
I’ve actually been withdrawing the earnings and havent had a single problem, Im already close to withdrawing my capital, started in October
That’d make you one of Intelligence Prime Capital’s early investors then (before victims from all the pre-Chrsitmas collapses were onboarded).
You’re not a dumbass, you know it’s mathematically impossible for all but a small percentage of investors to withdraw more than they invested.
Representing there are no withdrawal problems when math will guarantee otherwise is the root of Ponzi promotion.
It’s not mathematically impossible because the bot is real (Ozedit: snip, see below)
Surely there would be tons of people who would come out saying they can’t withdraw their money.
there’s no monthly subscription only a one time fee so simple math will tell you the only thing that would make sense is if the bot they claim to have does in fact exist and they are really winning and paying people out because of it.
If you want to make representations about Intelligence Prime Capital’s bot, provide legally required audited financial reports.
Otherwise not your bot, not your trades.
By the time that inevitably happens it’s too late.
