MLM crypto Ponzi promoter Lisa Anne Boisselle, aka Lisa Anne Homer and Lisa Anne Jager, has been ordered to pay $1,398,900 in restitution.

The Arizona Corporation Commission (ACC) also ordered Boiselle to pay a $75,000 fine.

Boiselle’s restitution and fine follows the ACC ordering Boiselle to cease securities fraud in August 2025.

Boiselle’s MLM crypto crime spree began a month after she participated in the January 6th insurrection.

Through her company Labi Investment LLC, dba Wealthwise, Boisselle recruited at least 16 investors into HyperFund and NovaTech FX. Losses were pegged at $1.39 million, mirroring Boisselle’s restitution order.
