Daisy Global has received a second securities fraud warning from Canada.

The Alberta Securities Commission added Daisy Global to its Investment Caution List on December 12th.

Associated Daisy Global website domains noted by the ASC include:

  • daisycrowd.com
  • daisy.global and
  • daisydapp.com

ASC warns that companies added to its Investment Caution List

are not registered with the ASC and that appear to be engaging in activities that either require registration under Alberta securities laws or may be investment scams.

Daisy Global is an MLM Ponzi scheme run Jeremy Roma.

Roma is a US national but primarily operates Daisy Global from Dubai.

The last iteration of Daisy Global was an AI crypto trading grift, launched in or around July 2023.

A week ago Roma announced Daisy Global’s AI crypto trading grift had collapsed. A fourth Daisy Global reboot has been announced for February 2024.

In addition to Alberta, the British Columbia Securities Commission issued a Daisy Global securities fraud warning on November 20th.

Daisy Global fraud warnings coinciding with the AI trading ruse collapse probably aren’t coincidental.
