Bellator rolls out “Cha-ching by Iterato” Ponzi app
Bellator’s latest attempt to hide its investment fraud is an app it’s calling “Cha-ching by Iterato“.
Bellator refers to its app as a “profit virus”. From the July 6th video description;

Both “Cha-ching” and “Iterato” are new marketing brands associated with Bellator. It’s assumed they were created following trouble acquiring financial partnerships through Miracle Cash & More, dba Miracle Technologies Group, Miracle Trade, Miracle Pay, Miracle Cash Token and Miracle Wallet.
The last known attempt was “Miracle Neo“, which we’re assuming fell through in light of Cha-ching by Iterato’s launch.
Of course nothing screams legitimacy like having to hide your fraudulent investment scheme behind an unassumingly named app and proxy developer.
As to the specifics of Cha-ching by Iterato, BehindMLM has previously covered the phoenic token fraudulent investment scheme.
The AI side of Cha-Ching by Iterato is a generic marketing platform. Bellator claims the platform “creates massive FOMO” and “follows up endlessly”.
At time of publication Cha-ching by Iterato isn’t available on Google’s Play Store. It doesn’t appear to be on the Apple App Store either.
I can’t say for sure, but this suggests “Cha-ching by Iterato” as an app doesn’t exist outside of Bellator.
Bellator’s node investment scheme is a continuation of crypto investment fraud Theard, a former OneCoin Ponzi promoter, and business partner Hakan Torehan started with CashFlow NFT in 2022.
As of February 2025 Torehan, who has multiple arrests and a gaming fraud conviction under his belt, is “facing charges of laundering the proceeds of crime and operating illegal gambling websites“.
[Torehan] stood in the dock alongside two others, with Tuesday’s court date the latest in a series of events in recent weeks which have seen his football and cryptocurrency empire begin to unravel in parts.
After CashFlow NFT’s initial real-estate NFT Ponzi flopped, Theard continued on with a Boogie Gopher NFT spinoff.
After Boogie Gopher NFTs there was the MetaTerra, a shell company CashFlow NFT was supposed to legalize and base itself out of the US with.
MetaTerra has since been abandoned. The SEC-registered company is now delinquent in financial filings by over a year.
After MetaTerra we had BG Lifestyle Club, an excuse to steal more money under the ruse of a baloney $100 billion valuation. BG Lifestyle Club also introduced Phoenic tokens.
Every member starts with daily earnings of at least $1 in Phoenic tokens. Over time, this income can grow as the network expands and the token value increases.
After BG Lifestyle Club flopped a few months after launch, Bellator launched in or around February 2025.
As of June 2025, SimilarWeb was tracking ~115,000 monthly visits to Bellator’s website. The majority of Bellator’s website traffic originates from the US (97%).
An earlier marketing ruse saw Bellator, as CashFlow NFT, pretend it had registered with the SEC through MetaTerra Corp. MetaTerra Corp was represented to be run out of the Dominican Republic and be in the business of selling auto parts.
That ruse has since been abandoned. MetaTerra Corp hasn’t made any filings with the SEC since December 2023.
To date neither Hakan Torehan, Micah Theard, CashFlow NFT, Bellator, Miracle Cash & More and any associated companies have registered with the SEC.
This is significant as, per tracked SimilarWeb website stats, Bellator appears to be overwhelmingly promoted to US residents.
Offering unregistered securities to US residents is a violation of the Securities and Exchange Act (securities fraud, wire fraud and conspiracy to commit both).
Money laundering is also a strong possibility given the numerous shell companies set up to process Bellator investor funds through.
