Be Club securities fraud warning from Canada (OT)
Be Club has received a securities fraud warning from the Ontario Securities Commission (OSC).
The OSC issued its Be Club warning on August 27th, noting company names Be Royal Family Trading and Be Trading Group.
As per the OSC’s warning;
Be Royal Family Trading (formerly Be Trading Group) … is not registered in Ontario to engage in the business of trading in securities.
OSC cites two Be Club LinkTree URLs, one for Be Club itself and one for Sagemaster.
The Be Club LinkTree URL has been scrubbed. Be’s SageMaster LinkTree URL boasts membership with the DSA UAE.
OSC’s Be fraud warning follows a Be Club marketing event held in Ontario in July:
Be, or Be Club, is an MLM pyramid scheme committing securities fraud through its SageMaster offering.
Be is operated out of Dubai by co-founders Monir, Moynul (Moyn) and Ehsaan Islam.
Monir and Moynul are former OneCoin Ponzi promoters.
In addition to Ontario, Be Club fraud warnings have been issued by Colombia (2022), Norway (2023), Uruguay (2023), the Philippines (2023) and New Zealand (2024).
In January 2025 Moynul Islam attempted to downplay Be regulatory fraud warnings. Moynul claimed it was “very common for most companies to get some level of warning and fines.”
As of July 2025, SimilarWeb was tracking ~5900 monthly visits to Be Club’s website. Top sources of Be Club website traffic are Italy (61%), Colombia (21%) and the US (18%).
SimilarWeb tracked ~42,900 monthly SageMaster website visits over the same period. Top sources of SageMaster website traffic are New Zealand (36%), Italy (27%) and the UAE (13%).
Canada regulators are having a very good year indeed.
Fabulous job Oz!! I wish Ontario did better warnings (I reside in Ottawa, Ontario myself). So thank you for outlining everything here.
I will be sure to pass this along to anyone I know in Ontario! I am sure I have people in my actual life that have been either a victim of this or almost been one! It’s pretty popular around here.
