On June 2nd Jackie Aguilar’s defendant filed a letter advising the court of her death on May 28th.

Following receipt of Aguilar’s death certificate on June 22nd, the case against her was dismissed on June 26th.

On June 12th Karina Chairez’s attorney filed a letter motion requesting a sentencing adjournment.
Ms. Chairez is out on bail conditions and this is her first sentencing adjournment request.
The adjournment is needed because (1) Ms. Chairez’s physician has informed her that she needs surgery and (2) I am still in the process of obtaining records relevant to sentencing.
Chairez (above right) was scheduled to be sentenced on June 28th. She is now scheduled to be sentenced on September 26th.
On June 23rd Scott Hughes’ attorney filed a letter motion also requesting a sentencing adjournment.
Hughes’ attorney made the request citing the need for more time and scheduling conflicts.
Hughes (above right) was scheduled to be sentenced on August 9th. He is now scheduled to be sentenced on September 6th.
On June 23rd Cecilia Milan’s attorney also filed a letter motion requesting a two-month sentencing adjournment.

In Latam Airbit “Victims” Telegram groups circulated a set of instructions and a template for a “Letter to the SEC regarding Airbit”.
After opening the docx file I noticed that it was originated from a Group of Russian Plaintiffs.
And instructions are as follow (Google Translate):
Here a screenshot of that template: ibb.co/zG2SwcR
The Russian group (@returnAirBitClub) to date has 2050 members while the Latam Group (@antiairbitclub) has 1159 members.
Hah. If only that worked in reverse.
Flooding Russian authorities with Boris CEO complaints = win.
