Faith Sloan already violating her $778K TelexFree Ponzi judgment
On June 3rd a $778,455 final judgment was entered against Faith Sloan.
Sloan’s judgment was part of the SEC’s case against TelexFree scammers, who collectively stole over $3 billion from their victims.
As part of the judgment, Sloan is “permanently restrained and enjoined” from committing securities fraud.

Healy World Review: €497 “informational field” medical devices?
Piecing together Healy World’s corporate history is difficult.
This is for two reasons:
- Healy World natively operates in German; and
- Healy World provides no company formation information on their website.
The earliest I was able to find on Healy World as it exists today is a mid 2017 YouTube video titled, “Marcus Schmieke about the new Healy system”.
On Healy World’s website, Schmieke is cited as ‘the inventor and developer of the Healy and TimeWaver products‘.
Another possibility is that although Healy World as a company has been around since mid 2017, the MLM opportunity launched earlier this year.
TimeWaver was launched in 2017. There’s various devices for sale on the TimeWaver website, however the MLM opportunity seems to only be offered through Healy World.
Both Healy World and TimeWaver appear to be operated out of Berlin, Germany.
As far as I can tell, Schmieke doesn’t have an MLM history prior to founding Healy World.

UniHelps provides no information on their website about who owns or runs the business.
The UniHelps website domain (“unihelps.com”) was registered on April 1st, 2019.
No details other than the location Paris, France are provided in the registration.
On UniHelps’ official Facebook page, the company location provided is Delhi, India.
This corresponds with Hindi language marketing videos and descriptions on UniHelps official YouTube channel:
It is highly likely that whoever is running UniHelps is based out of India itself.

Puratae Review: Superblended nutritional breakfast drink mix
Puratae operates in the nutritional supplement MLM niche and appear to be based out of Utah.
I say appear because the corporate address provided on Puratae’s website belongs to a law firm.
Puratae provides no information about who owns or runs the business on their business website.
Further research reveals Marty and Heather Holker both citing themselves as CEO of the company in their respective LinkedIn profiles.
The only acknowledgement of the Holker’s executive role within Puratae is a February 2019 blog post, which reveals they are also founders of the company.
Why this information isn’t provided on the Puratae website proper is unclear.
According to their respective LinkedIn profiles, prior to founding Puratae the Holkers were promoting NuSkin (2006-2009, Blue Diamond Executive) and Synergy Worldwide (2010-2018, Pearl Executive).
The Holkers left Synergy Worldwide in August 2018. I wasn’t able to ascertain why the Holkers left the company.
In any event there must have been some planning on their side, as Puratae was founded within a month of their departure.
