Official Crowd1 fraud warning from South Africa’s FSCA
Following confirmation on Twitter that Crowd1 operates illegally in South Africa, the FSCA has now issued a formal statement.
According to the FSCA, South Africa’s top financial regulator, Crowd1
is neither an authorised Financial Service Provider (FSP), nor is it a representative of an authorised FSP.
There is also no record of this entity having applied for a license with the FSCA.
Being a passive investment opportunity, Crowd1’s MLM offering constitutes a security.
As above, Crowd1 is not registered to offer securities in South Africa and therefore operates illegally.
Indeed Crowd1 isn’t registered to offer securities in any jurisdiction. The company operates illegally the world over.
The FSCA advises
while it is true that all investments hold risk, one with an unauthorised FSP should be considered extremely high-risk.
It is also often fraudulent in nature, and likely to lead to losses for customers, for which there is little or no recourse.
Therefore, the FSCA urges the public to always be mindful of this whenever approached by an individual or entity offering an investment opportunity.
It is also important to remember that if it sounds too good to be true – it probably is.
Crowd1 is operates through Spanish shell companies. The Ponzi scheme is run by Swedish scammers Jonas Erik Werner and Johan Stael Von Holstein.
To date neither Swedish or Spanish authorities have taken any public action against Crowd1.
@OZ
Crowd1 is not only run by Jonas Werner and Johan Stael. Don’t forget Toranders Petteroe, the big Boss.
Crowd1 is like a pirate ship. Most of the biggest Mlm pirates are also on board. Guys such as: Sverker Caron, Renze Deelstra, Bjorn Thomas, Jarle Thorsen, Kenny Nordlund, Thomas Nyiko, Attila Koros, etc… doing their dirty work around the third world with the help of their local agents.
This time Africa will pay the high price. It is pitiful when you listen to all these greedy people who defend this scam which will further impoverish their families.
@17:50 there will be legal action vs the haters.
Much more in there but be warned…its hard to listen to these rascals.
The world gets a little dumber by each word they speak.

Ohnoes. Crowd1 has entered the “haterz” phase.
Looking forward to Crowd1 scammers suing the South African govt.
Just send a report to their Special Legal Team email: bit_bucket(at)crowd1scam.lol, and they’ll “take action.”
Oooooh, look out, Oz, they’re gonna take action!
Quick everyone, run!
And did you hear, Crowd1’s investment opportunity is totes not an investment opportunity. Edumuhcation packages lulz!
That ruse worked so well for OneCoin.
Articles like this one take enough of a % off of incoming $ to get the excuse train out of the station for non/slow payment.
It won’t be long now. (it may have already started)

This comment sums it up nicely:
Is the butchery or the liquor store or Spar required to be registered with the FSCA? NO! Why not? Because the do not deliver financial services or investments.
Now why can’t people accept the fact that Crowd1 is not providing Financial Services nor do they offer any investments?
Does that make them fraudulent or a Pyramid scheme? Well, think again!
Because that’s exactly what they are doing. Herp a derp derp.
Crowd1 uses the well-known trick of education package as Onecoin (Crypto scam) to try to cover up its securities fraud.
Crowd1’s real products are C1 owners rights (Financial product)
It is not what they claim to be that matters. it is what they really are that matters.
these fraudsters are trying to deceive states and persons
Ronnie Matthee:
Yes, we know. An investment stops being an investment when someone sticks a label saying “this is not an investment” on it.
In a tribute to the often surreal nature of MLM, I have illustrated this concept in a highly artistic manner:

The level of ridiculous in the latest blog is hard to get your mind around.
Including:

Then explain why your business is not committing securities fraud?
Jonas Wener: I like unicorns.
Where can i find more info on Jonas Eric Werner, Sverker Caron and Toranders Petteroe?
To be honest, all I know is Jonas Werner was running the spinglo scam and just learned a bit now about Torander Patteroe.
I’ve been trying to find out who is really behind Crowd1, however I know all these guys that are involved are garbage anyway. Can’t really find much about Sverker Caron.
Another hidden character of Crowd1 is Dan Andersson. He was working with Toranders Petteroe in Unaico.
These scumbags have no remorse robbing people of their hard earned money. These ugly faces are one of the reasons direct selling industry gets the bad connotation.
Proof please.
@Oz do you know anything about a company called Millio Investor AB?

Never heard of it.
In the ex-LEO (now LBL) inner circle many leaders are recruiting other members to join Crowd1 telling them that Rachael David from Philippines and Amir Barlas from the UK are building Crowd1 under the direction of Dan Andersson.
Sweden is becoming a home ground of European scams and Dan Andersson being a Swedish is well connected to all the Swedish scammers. Trying to get more in-depth info about Dan’s involvement.
Hi,
Id like to know if anyone can guide me. Theres a lady who is still promoting Crowd1 knowing that its a scam, she is taking from really poor needy people. Where can i report her?
Sounds like a consumer affairs matter.
