Young NRG operates in the supplements and personal care MLM niches.

The company is headed up by founder and CEO Chris Simonian.

Back in 2021 Simonian was appointed President of Auvoria Prime:

Auvoria Prime launched in 2020 as “the third attempt to sell use of a non-profitable trading bot to gullible victims.”

In August 2023, SimilarWeb tracked around 12,000 visits to Auvoria Prime’s website. Over the past few months there has been a steady decline.

Seeing as Simonian doesn’t have a Young NRG corporate bio, we’ll quote from his still available Auvoria Prime bio;

Chris began his direct selling career at the age of 18. By age 22, he helmed a successful full-time organization, which spanned three continents.

In the early nineties, Chris worked with the late Mark Hughes at Herbalife, to help expand their product line and enhance their compensation plan resulting in a growth of over $100 million.

Chris later teamed up with Beachbody, to establish Team Beachbody, where he implemented one of the most successful customer acquisition programs in the industry, designed the compensation plan, created the recognition and incentive programs, and guided Team Beachbody to approximately $400 million in sales in just six years.

Chris was most recently with SeneGence International, where he led their International growth strategies building out a corporate Sales team in four countries, grew the Customer Service department to over 80 reps, supervised and grew Recognition and Events, opened three new countries and implemented training, tech, and social media programs resulting in high triple digit growth.

Although he’s credited as founder and CEO of Young NRG, Simonian doesn’t actually own the company.

Corporate records reveal Young NRG Inc. was incorporated in Texas in March 2023. Terry LaCore of LaCore Enterprises is the owner.

LaCore Enterprises owns and operates multiple MLM companies, most of which are in the nutritional supplement niche.

GV stands for “Group Volume”. GV is the sum total of sales volume generated by the sale/purchase of products by an distributor, their retail customers and that of their entire downline.

Referred retail customers must have placed at least one order in the past month to count towards rank qualification.

Required recruited distributors (both personal and team), must be split evenly across the binary team.

For details on the binary team refer to “Residual Commissions (binary)” below.

Retail Commissions

Young NRG pays an “up to” 50% commission on products ordered by retail customers.

Recruitment Commissions

Young NRG distributors earn commissions when they recruit Fast Start Pack distributors.

  • a 30% recruitment commission is paid to the recruiting distributor
  • a 10% recruitment commission is paid to the first upline (the distributor who recruited the recruiting distributor)

Young NRG offers a cheaper $9.95 “affiliate” membership option. Young NRG affiliates earn retail commissions but otherwise don’t participate in Young NRG’s MLM opportunity.

Young NRG distributors who recruit affiliates earn a 30% commission on their product orders.

Residual Commissions (binary)

A binary compensation structure places an distributor at the top of a binary team, split into two sides (left and right):

The first level of the binary team houses two positions. The second level of the binary team is generated by splitting these first two positions into another two positions each (4 positions).

Subsequent levels of the binary team are generated as required, with each new level housing twice as many positions as the previous level.

Positions in the binary team are filled via direct and indirect recruitment of distributors. Note there is no limit to how deep a binary team can grow.

Activity across the binary team corresponds to Young NRG distributor ranks, which are used to calculate weekly residual commissions:

  • Managers earn $1 a week in residual commissions
  • Two Star Managers earn $3 a week in residual commissions
  • Three Star Managers earn $5 a week in residual commissions
  • Four Star Managers earn $10 a week in residual commissions
  • Five Star Managers earn $20 a week in residual commissions
  • Directors earn $30 a week in residual commissions
  • Two Star Directors earn $40 a week in residual commissions
  • Three Star Directors earn $50 a week in residual commissions
  • Four Star Directors earn $100 a week in residual commissions
  • Five Star Directors earn $200 a week in residual commissions
  • Vice Presidents earn $300 a week in residual commissions
  • Two Star VPs earn $500 a week in residual commissions
  • Three Star VPs earn $750 a week in residual commissions
  • Four Star VPs earn $1000 a week in residual commissions
  • Five Star VPs earn $1500 a week in residual commissions
  • Presidents earn $2000 a week in residual commissions
  • Two Star Presidents earn $2500 a week in residual commissions
  • Three Star Presidents earn $3000 a week in residual commissions
  • Four Star Presidents earn $3500 a week in residual commissions
  • Five Star Presidents earn $4000 a week in residual commissions

Residual Commissions (unilevel)

A unilevel compensation structure places an distributor at the top of a unilevel team, with every personally recruited distributor placed directly under them (level 1):

If any level 1 distributors recruit new distributors, they are placed on level 2 of the original distributor’s unilevel team.

If any level 2 distributors recruit new distributors, they are placed on level 3 and so on and so forth down a theoretical infinite number of levels.

Young NRG caps residual unilevel commissions at three unilevel team levels.

Residual commissions are paid out as a percentage of GV generated across these three levels as follows:

  • Managers through Five Star Managers earn a 5% unilevel residual commission rate
  • Directors through Five Star Directors earn a 6% unilevel residual commission rate
  • Vice Presidents through Five Star VPs earn a 7% unilevel residual commission rate
  • Presidents through Five Star Presidents earn an 8% unilevel residual commission rate

Rank Bonus Pools

Each month Young NRG sets aside an undisclosed percentage of company-wide sales volume.

This volume is split into four smaller rank-based pools, awarded equally to distributors who qualify at that rank at the end of each month.

  • 2 Star Managers through 5 Star Managers receive a share in a 10% Rank Bonus Pool
  • Directors through Five Star Directors receive a share in a 20% Rank Bonus Pool
  • Vice Presidents through Five Star VPs receive a share in a 30% Rank Bonus Pool
  • Presidents through Five Star Presidents receive a share in a 40% Rank Bonus Pool

Again Young NRG don’t specify the company-wide volume percentage they set aside, but they do guarantee a minimum $20 payout to each distributor who qualifies.

Joining Young NRG

Young NRG distributor membership is $20 a month or $120 a year.

Young NRG distributors can optionally sign up with a $300 Fast Start Pack.

Fast Start Pack detailsĀ are not provided on Young NRG’s website.

Young NRG Conclusion

It’s a little odd that Young NRG have full compensation details up on their website but nothing about their products yet.

While we do have an idea of the type of products Young NRG will market, consumers are left unable to make an informed choice.

This also applies to the MLM opportunity. Anyone looking to sign up as a Young NRG distributor should be careful about doing so until they know exactly what they’ll be selling and for how much.

As with most recent LaCore Enterprises launches, Young NRG has retail volume requirements.

This prevents distributors from focusing only on recruitment, as they have to refer retail customers if they want to progress through the compensation plan.

It’s a very strong pyramid scheme deterrent and one that every credible MLM company should be using in some capacity.

Focusing on retail customers in Young NRG is important, as Young NRG’s primary residual commissions are based on rank.

Personal and team volume does tie into rank qualification but it’s different than being paid a percentage of you and your team’s raw sales volume numbers.

This sets a great foundation for a retail driven MLM company – but only if Young NRG’s products are retail viable.

This brings us back to the problem of not knowing exactly what Young NRG’s products are or how they’re priced.

I’m also not sure on Chris Simonian’s involvement in Auvoria Prime. Was getting involved in securities fraud a one-off lapse in judgment, or a sign Simonian doesn’t take compliance seriously?

Pending Young NRG releasing full product information for consumers to evaluate, approach with caution.
