Vilocity Global Review: Jimmy Ezzell goes crypto & AI
Vilocity Global represents it operates in the travel, AI and crypto MLM niches.
The company operates from the domain “vilocityglobal.com”, privately registered on November 10th, 2023.
Heading up Vilocity Global we have founder and CEO Jimmy Ezzell.
Ezzell is joined by Global Master Trainer Ali Mehdaoui, who is also prominent in Vilocity Global marketing material.
Jimmy Ezzell is known to BehindMLM as founder and CEO of the Young Entrepreneurs Project (marketed as YEP Tribe).
When BehindMLM reviewed YEP Tribe in 2021 the company was selling $89 water bottles and pay to play subscriptions.
After losing over $4 million in 2020, YEP Tribe was begging the public for $1 million in investment. These losses also coincided with YEP Tribe partnering up with Cory Kromray’s Driven Trading.
BehindMLM believes YEP Tribe committed securities and commodities fraud through Driven Trading’s “AI automated” offering.
In a February 2022 SEC filing YEP Tribe disclosed its partnership with Driven Trading was “a significant source of revenue for the company”.
In that same filing YEP Tribe disclosed to the SEC it had also “separated” from Driven Trading. No reason was provided.
YEP Tribe has since collapsed. The company’s website is no longer accessible and YEP Inc. hasn’t made any SEC filings since May 2022.
Not surprisingly, Vilocity Global Master Trainer Ali Mehdaoui was also Global Master Trainer for YEP Tribe.
Read on for a full review of Vilocity Global’s MLM opportunity.
Vilocity Global’s Products
Vilocity Global has no retailable products or services.
Affiliates are only able to market Vilocity Global affiliate membership itself.
Vilocity Global’s Compensation Plan
Vilocity Global affiliates invest in $50 affiliate positions with Binance Coin (BNB).
Commissions are paid when they recruit others who do the same and passively through company-wide recruitment efforts.
Note that all commission and bonus payouts in Vilocity Global are calculated in USD but paid out in BNB.
Also note that Vilocity Global only pays out 50% of earned commissions and bonuses. The other 50% must be reinvested into new $50 affiliate positions.
Recruitment Commissions
Vilocity Global affiliates earn recruitment commissions down two levels of recruitment (unilevel):
- level 1 (personally recruited affiliates) – $7.50 per affiliate recruited
- level 2 – $2.50 per affiliate recruited
Timed Passive Returns
Each $50 Vilocity Global investment enters into a nine-tier time-delayed ROI scheme.
There are two time-delays within the scheme, completely passive and personal recruitment.
The completely passive time-delay sees a Vilocity Global affiliate invest $50 and do nothing. Under this time-delay, a passive $10,000 is paid out based on company-wide recruitment:
- Manager – begins once 1000 subsequent $50 investments have been made and pays $1.50 a day for 40 days ($60 ROI)
- Area Manager – begins once 3000 subsequent $50 investments have been made and pays $1.75 a day for 40 days ($70 ROI)
- Director – begins once 5000 subsequent $50 investments have been made and pays $1.87 a day for 50 days ($93.50 ROI)
- Senior Director – begins once 100,000 subsequent $50 investments have been made and pays $6.82 a day for 50 days ($341 ROI)
- Executive – begins once 500,000 subsequent $50 investments have been made and pays $8.25 a day for 60 days ($495 ROI)
- Global Executive – begins once 1,000,000 subsequent $50 investments have been made and pays $12 a day for 70 days ($840 ROI)
- Chairman – begins once 2,000,000 subsequent $50 investments have been made and pays $15 a day for 90 days ($1,350 ROI)
- Executive Chairman – begins once 3,000,000 subsequent $50 investments have been made and pays $25 a day for 90 days ($2250 ROI)
- Global Chairman – begins once 5,000,000 subsequent $50 investments have been made and pays $50 a day for 90 days ($4500 ROI)
Subsequent company-wide investments are tracked from the moment a $50 investment is made.
Personal recruitment begins daily ROI payments sooner as follows:
- Manager through Director tiers start when three $50 personal investments or investments by personally recruited affiliates are made
- Senior Director through Global Executive tiers start when six $50 personal investments or investments by personally recruited affiliates are made
- Chairman through Global Chairman tiers start when twelve $50 personal investments or investments by personally recruited affiliates are made
Note that recruitment commissions count towards daily ROI rates on each tier (i.e. each time you recruit someone you knock off $7.50 per the total ROI available on the current tier you are on for that investment position).
There doesn’t appear to be any limit to how many open $50 investment positions a Vilocity Global affiliate can have.
ROI Matching Bonus
Vilocity Global pays a Matching Bonus on the full ROI amount paid on each tier.
The Matching Bonus is paid out down two levels of recruitment, subject to the following recruitment criteria:
- level 1 (personally recruited affiliates) – 5% match if an affiliate has recruited one or two affiliates, 15% if they have recruited three or more
- level 2 – 10% match
Joining Vilocity Global
Vilocity Global affiliate membership is free.
Full participation in the attached income opportunity requires a minimum $50 investment.
Vilocity Global solicits investment in Binance Coin (BNB).
Vilocity Global Conclusion
Vilocity Global is a simple $50 in, $10,000 out Ponzi scheme.
Key indicators of recycling of invested funds to pay withdrawals include:
- no verifiable source of external revenue and
- passive ROI payments contingent on new $50 investments
For his part, Jimmy Ezzell appears to be well aware Vilocity Global is committing securities fraud. This is based on Vilocity Global’s near comical attempts at pseudo-compliance.
In one example, taken from an official January 2024 Vilocity Global marketing video, Ali Mehdaoui completely trips up over his own pseudo-compliance disclaimer;
[24:28] $50 and can turn into $10,000 but you choose:
Do you wanna get that $10,000 in three years from now on one membership because you did nothing, or do you actually wanna set yourself up with ten, twenty, thirty, forty or a lot more memberships … and then watch multiple memberships that can create long-term multiple ROI of $10,000?
Now remember, we’re not an investment opportunity.
Under US law a securities offering exists upon identification of an investment contract.
The existence of an investment contract is determined by applying the Howey Test.
An investment contract exists if there is an “investment of money in a common enterprise with a reasonable expectation of profits to be derived from the efforts of others.”
In Vilocity Global affiliates invest $50 (an investment of money) into Vilocity Global (a common enterprise), with a reasonable expectation of profits (an advertised $10,000 ROI).
By admission in its own marketing (again see previously referenced Vilocity Global marketing video), it’s possible for an affiliate to sign up, invest $50, do nothing and receive a $10,000 ROI. In other words, the ROI is “derived from the efforts of others”.
With all prongs of the Howey Test satisfied, Vilocity Global’s $50 investment scheme thus constitutes a securities offering.
Despite being a US company, neither Vilocity Global or its US resident executives are registered with the SEC.
The SEC warns consumers that securities fraud and Ponzi schemes go hand in hand.
Ponzi schemes typically involve investments that have not been registered with the SEC or with state securities regulators.
One final note I’ll make is on Vilocity Global bundling various waffle with affiliate investments.
The ruse is that a $50 investment provides Vilocity Global access to a marketing app, ChatGPT AI tool, travel certificates and an “escape trip”.
These bundles have nothing to do with Vilocity Global’s MLM opportunity so we haven’t covered them in this review.
Furthermore, the pseudo-compliance ruse falls apart on consideration Vilocity Global affiliates are encouraged to invest in multiple $50 positions.
In a January 2024 Vilocity Global marketing video, Ali Mehdaoui discloses he has nine Vilocity Global affiliate positions.
Without the attached fraudulent investment opportunity, it makes no sense for Mehdaoui to have purchased access to the same Vilocity Global app, ChatGPT AI tool and travel services nine times.
Thus it is obvious that Vilocity Global is selling investment positions, with whatever is attached to the positions being irrelevant with respect to securities fraud.
As with all MLM Ponzi schemes, once affiliate recruitment dries up so too will new investment.
This will starve Vilocity Global of ROI revenue, eventually prompting a collapse.
The math behind Ponzi schemes guarantees that when they collapse, the majority of participants lose money.
Update 20th April 2024 – Vilocity Global has collapsed.
I was wondering what happened to Jimmy Swizzle.
Every time he does this I get spammed multiple times by multiple people I barely remember on facebook offering me the opportunity to get in early
Faith Sloan is ( again ) scamming people with Vilocity.
Thanks for the info !!
Remember when it was all good when Cory Kromray was dealing with this scumbag? LOL…… Like I said I keep warning but nobody every listens.
This Kromray should be booted out of his fake “Loaned” house in Minocqua but it’s probably just coasting the payment off of scammed money upfront #scamscamscam the guy as nothing left and was pulled over recently in some leased Dodge, what does that tell you? LOL
