Omnia Tech Review: Overpriced Genesis Mining contracts & recruitment
Omnia Tech operate in the cryptocurrency MLM niche and provide a corporate address in Malta on their website.
This addressed is shared with a significant number of other companies (a lot of which are gambling related), suggesting Omnia Tech exists in Malta in name only.
Thomas Hintermaier (right) is the sole executive named on the Omnia Tech website and serves as Chief Technology Officer.
Hintermaier does not claim ownership of Omnia Tech on any of his social media profiles. Who runs and/or owns the company is not publicly disclosed.
The Omnia Tech website domain (“omnia-tech.eu”) was registered on July 31st, 2017. Christian Michel Scheibener is listed as the owner, through the same Maltese shell company address.
Hintermaier is based out of Austria, which is presumably where Omnia Tech is actually being operated from (or possibly elsewhere in Europe).
As per Hintermaier’s Omnia Tech corporate bio;
For more than ten years, he has dedicated his capabilities in quality management and production planning for the Oberderfer Siebtechnik and the Scapa Forming GmBH.
He has also engaged in an avocational work for the insurance industry which enabled him to master the technicalities of acquisition, consultancy, and support for customers.
In the middle of the year 2000, Ing. Hintermaier focused his skills towards the development of guidelines for projects related to Internet services.
He also took part in the integration of a network platform intended for companies in the building sector.
At present, he acts as a second CEO Selbstvorsorge Dientleistungs and Marketing GmBH.
As far as I can make out Hintermaier has no MLM experience.
On social media Christian Michel Scheibener (right) refers to himself as a “leading MLM headhunter”.
Up until about a month ago Scheibener was promoting Wor(l)d International.
As always, if an MLM company is not openly upfront about who is running or owns it, think long and hard about joining and/or handing over any money.
Omnia Tech Products
Omnia Tech has no retailable products or services, with affiliates only able to market Omnia Tech affiliate membership itself.
The Omnia Tech Compensation Plan
Omnia Tech affiliates invest money on the expectation of a passive ROI:
- Starter – $100
- Kickstarter – $500
- Light Miner – $1000
- Mid Miner – $3000
- Strong Miner – $8500
- Master Miner – $15,000
- Elite Miner – $25,000
ROIs are paid out daily based on which cryptocurrency an Omnia Tech affiliate chooses to mine.
Omnia Tech’s ROI revenue is purportedly generated through mining contracts with Genesis Mining.
Daily ROI
Omnia Tech offer affiliates a perpetual daily ROI, based on the offered cryptocurrency they choose to mine.
Omnia Tech currently offer mining in bitcoin, ethereum, ethereum classic, Z Cash and litecoin.
Recruitment Commissions
Omnia Tech affiliates are paid 10% of funds invested by personally recruited affiliates.
Residual Commissions
Omnia Tech pay residual commissions via a binary compensation structure.
A binary compensation structure places an affiliate at the top of a binary team, split into two sides (left and right):
The first level of the binary team houses two positions. The second level of the binary team is generated by splitting these first two positions into another two positions each (4 positions).
Subsequent levels of the binary team are generated as required, with each new level housing twice as many positions as the previous level.
Positions in the binary team are filled via direct and indirect recruitment of affiliates. Note that there is no limit to how deep a binary team can grow.
At the end of each day Omnia Tech tally up new investment on both sides of the binary team.
Affiliates are paid 10% of matching $1000 amounts on both sides of the binary team, with unmatched volume on the stronger side carried over.
One $1000 pairing from both sides of the binary team is referred to as a “cycle”.
Omnia Tech affiliates can earn up to 40 cycles a day (10% of $40,000 = $4000), based on how much they have invested and convinced others to invest.
Matching Bonus
Omnia Tech pay a Matching Bonus on residual commissions earned by downline affiliates.
The Matching Bonus is paid out via a unilevel compensation structure.
A unilevel compensation structure places an affiliate at the top of a unilevel team, with every personally recruited affiliate placed directly under them (level 1):
If any level 1 affiliates recruit new affiliates, they are placed on level 2 of the original affiliate’s unilevel team.
If any level 2 affiliates recruit new affiliates, they are placed on level 3 and so on and so forth down a theoretical infinite number of levels.
Omnia Tech cap payable unilevel levels at four as follows:
- level 1 (personally recruited affiliates) – 4% match on residual commissions
- level 2 – 3% match on residual commissions
- level 3 – 2% match on residual commissions
- level 4 – 1% match on residual commissions
Monthly Turnover Extra Bonus
The Monthly Turnover Extra Bonus rewards Omnia Tech affiliates who encourage those they recruit to invest.
- generate $25,000 in weaker binary leg volume in a month and receive $1250
- generate $100,000 in weaker binary leg volume in a month and receive $4000

Joining Omnia Tech
Omnia Tech affiliate membership requires investment in one of the following packages:
- Starter – $100
- Kickstarter – $500
- Light Miner – $1000
- Mid Miner – $3000
- Strong Miner – $8500
- Master Miner – $15,000
- Elite Miner – $25,000
The primary difference between the packages is income potential through the Omnia Tech compensation plan.
Conclusion
Omnia Tech’s perpetual ROIs are purportedly sourced from Genesis Mining.
Genesis Mining are a well-known third-party merchant of cloud-based cryptocurrency mining.
Comparison of Genesis Mining’s own offered services and that of Omnia Tech raises the first red flag.
For the sake of simplicity we’ll compare Omnia Tech’s and Genesis Mining’s bitcoin mining package offerings.
Omnia Tech
- Starter – $100 for 571.43 GH/S (285.72 GH/S payout)
- Kickstarter – $500 for 2857.15 GH/S (1428.58 GH/S payout)
- Light Miner – $1000 for 5714.30 GH/S (2857.15 GH/S payout)
- Mid Miner – $3000 for 17,142.90 GH/S (8571.45 GH/S payout)
- Strong Miner – $8500 for 48,571.55 GH/S (24,285.77 GH/S payout)
- Master Miner – $15,000 for 85,714.50 GH/S (42,857.25 GH/S payout)
- Elite Miner – $25,000 for 142,857.50 GH/S (71,428.75 GH/S payout)
Genesis Mining
- Gold – $30 for 200 GH/S
- Platinum – $350 for 2500 GH/S
- Diamond – $1950 for 15,000 GH/S
- Custom Plan – up to $26,000 for 200 TH/S (200,000 GH/S)
Both company’s plans have an identical ongoing monthly maintenance fee, subtracted from daily ROI earnings.
Across all offered plans, Genesis Mining offers far better value for money. Nowhere is this more pronounced than at the $26,000 Genesis Mining package, where for $1000 more customers receive almost three times as much hashing power.
So why would anyone want to invest with Omnia Tech over Genesis Mining directly?
The answer lies in the company’s MLM opportunity, which without retail sales operates as a pyramid scheme.
Omnia Tech affiliates sign up, invest money and are then paid to recruit others who invest.
Putting aside regulatory requirements for an MLM company that offers an investment opportunity (Omnia Tech are not registered with regulators in any jurisdiction they operate in), paying affiliates to recruit new affiliates in MLM is pyramid fraud.
Charging affiliates more for less hashing power is how Omnia Tech fund their recruitment commissions.
Which means unless you’re recruiting a boat load of people, you’re getting far less for your money than if you just invested directly with Genesis Mining.
For their part Genesis Mining don’t appear concerned that a pyramid scheme is publicly using their business partnership to promote itself. Even going so far as to have Genesis Mining co-founder Jakov Dolic appear at an Omnia Tech pre-launch event in London on September 17th.
The reality of pyramid schemes like Omnia Tech is that once affiliate recruitment inevitably slows down, so too do residual commissions paid out.
Genesis Mining’s daily ROIs will continue to pay out, but the big money is in affiliate recruitment.
With that dying off as Omnia Tech begins to collapse, affiliates will have to content with either taking a loss or waiting however long to recoup their losses through Genesis Mining trickle ROI payments.
That is assuming of course Genesis Mining continue to turn a blind-eye to pyramid fraud.
Should they terminate their partnership with Omnia Tech, best of luck recovering your money from a PO Box in Malta.
Update 5th December 2018 – As of late November Omnia Tech’s mining investment opportunity has collapsed. The company is now pushing crypto trading packages.
Bonus Content! Remember these guys?
That’s Moyn and Monir Islam, formerly of ODT Go Pro (OneCoin).
They now appear to be master distributors (or pretty high up) for Omnia Tech.
I guess Wor(l)d International recruitment didn’t work out…
awwww lets not be mean to the brothers in tight suits!
its just their prickly conscience you see.
when, after earning loads and loads off onecoin and their downline began to shrink, their conscience forced them to bow out because they felt there was some hanky panky going on in onecoin.
then they left world international [helo] because nobody was buying their expensive health bands and their conscience was properly beating them up for selling overpriced shit.
now its omnia!
lets see how soon their prickly pine conscience stares them down again!!
all these bros want is tight suits and fast cars. that’s not asking for much is it? poorliddleboys 🙁
i’ve sent a mail to genesis mining with a link to this article.
just to help the islam bros prickly pine porcupine conscience make an early appearance! 🙂
genesis mining has responded saying:
lets see if they respond to my query about omnia tech at all.
A better question is what sort of backroom deals are these feeder schemes getting by feeding money into Genesis Mining, even if it is legit?
Actually, i was in that meeting, and I have been the customer of Genesis Mining for while and so far i am in profit.
The omnia, on the other hand, provides solution for open ended life time mining contract, for example with all the cloud mining companies lifetime contract you are tied down to bitcoin and soon it becomes unprofitable for the company they will end your contract without furthe explanation. ANd people of course lose money on such contracts sometimes.
so omnia removed the open ended contract and they are saying they will provide life time mining for all the available coins not just bitcoins, using the strategy of 50/50 mining.
now this method may not be profitable for shortime but becuase of the flexibility they provide like you can change your hashing power at any times between different coins, and they will always mine the most profitable coin for you.
Based on the calculations using the online calculator this company is not solely relied on MLM side of things.
if you read further in their comp plan their payout is in cryptocurrency rather than in fiat cash. The company can run long as the cryptocurrency mining exist, as they will only invest 50% every x amount of days (do not the exact duration) and they continue to do that for long period of time until mining becomes unprofitable).
genesis mining also have referal programs.
Anyways lets see what happens but i will say this company does not look that terrible from investors perspective. And also moyn and monir far as i’m aware they are not the master distributor. well at least they spoke against onecoin, it is easy to judge people over the inernet without knowing them.
Anyways lets see how this company works out considering their mining infrastrcutre and technical support is provided by Genesis.
When did that happen?
And in all that you failed to address Omnia Tech being a pyramid scheme.
I would also like to point out here is that it is an investment business. so no matter how much you and I dislike this kind of business it will always be there, like there is so many non mlm investment opportunity.
main thing is people need to acknowledge what they are getting into. and you do not have to join omnia or genesis. just go to bitterex exchnage and buy some coins, your profit is not guranteed.
I am not trying to be biased here but just looking at the both angle of the coin.
I don’t have a problem with registered investment based MLM companies.
I have a problem with unregistered pyramid schemes though.
You can also sit on your bum and do nothing but seeing as this is a Omnia Tech review, let’s cut the crap shall we?
So basically you’re trusting Omnia to do “what’s right” with your “portfolio”, so to speak, and let them allocate your hashes “where it’ll be most profitable”, despite nobody had ever heard of these yahoos before, no cryptocurrency expertise, no management expertise, no reason to trust them at all, except they are ALLEGEDLY backed by Genesis Mining (which may be trust-worthy).
Does that just about cover it?
The company has not even launched yet, all the registration info will be released very soon. In terms of expertise, you clearly do not know that, they are creating the biggest mining firm, the video will be out soon.
No they’re not, they’re using Genesis Mining.
And who is “they”?
Dear Oz,
For your understanding. Omnia is buying not Hashpowerfrom Genesis, they buy hardware and Genesis is building the Rigs and maintain them. All the best Robert
Which is why Omnia Tech has plans on their website advertising hashpower for cash. Oh wait…
Ok Oz where is the contradiction. If Omnia has hardware Hashpower can be sold.
You just said they don’t have hardware, Genesis Mining does.
Can we cut the crap? Omnia Tech are reselling Genesis Mining’s service. The company itself has no hardware.
Oz what i said is Omnia is buying hatdware and Genesis is boulding the rigs and maintain them for a fee. Thats it. So if you wanna do further investigations ask Omnia for invoices and i am pretty sure they will send it to you.
Mate feel free to provide evidence to back up your claims. You’re the one making the claims, you’re the one who provides the proof.
And some BS marketing email your upline sent you isn’t proof.
What does it matter anyway? End result is affiliates buy hashpower from Omnia Tech and massively inflated prices compared to Genesis Mining’s own offering.
Again Oz. Genesis mining has nothing to do with Omnia. Yes they are partners in terms of the things mentioned above, and i have no upline it was myself who negotiated the contracts with Genesis mining. So have a great day and make everything bad what comes to your life!!!
Thankyou for confirming your full of crap.
Gotta love scammer logic.
i just went through an omnia prelaunch video hosted by the islam brothers on aug 5th, 2017. they are as pleased as punch about joining omnia after leaving their downlines high and dry in onecoin and helo.
if you listen from the 13:50 mark they clearly say genesis does the mining for omnia.
later they show videos of genesis mining farms.
so, either robert is being fed crap or he’s a scammy bum.
uh oh robert?
so you’re the owner of omnia?
So sad that a company like Genesis to lose theyr’s reputation beeing involved in this SCAM!
I sow the first Presentation of OMNIA, they toldme that they and GENESIS are the same company!
When they told me this i ask why the price from Genesis website for mining at different from the packs they promote…. the answer was: HERE YOU CAN MAKE MONEY BY RECRUITE NEW PEOPLE ! YOU HAVE A BUSINESS…..
Again SAD , or maby GENESIS mining is not prpfitable anymore and they start to SCAM people.
Why does Robert use different email addresses? (Gravatar’s different).
Omnia sells 16% of the hashpower Genesis provides with 500$. Very profitable for the company. Lets wait for Steinkellers to join.
@Trader where did you get this info from? I need to share it to a friend who wants to join them.
Thanks
Not sure if I did the calculations correctly, but you see the hashpower provided with each project, and I compared it to Genesis Minings hashpower/price ratio, and calculated it on a hash calculator
They are back to steal people money!!
Genesis are not paying its own members, according to twitter members, they need new members to pay off old ones.
Hence the introduction to the ISLAM brothers who are capable of raising millions, as we all seen with their success in ONE COIN.
It looks like the GM owners will be at thier london even on 17th Sept… BIG LAUNCH.
YES! Islam’s brother are 001! It’s confirmed.
Genesis about partnerships….
blog.genesis-mining.com/partnerships
I can’t see any partnerships listed on the Genesis Mining website…?
Omnia verified as scam by Genesis Mining!
(Ozedit: Link removed, already published #31)
Ryan Conley and Adrian Hibbert are teaming up in this one.
well, genesis mining seems to be knee deep in quick money shit.
they’ve apparently convinced themselves, and are trying to convince me too, that omnia is not a scam!
There’s something about the ‘tone’ of the reply that’s like – haha FO!
lets just hope that after the omnia pyramid crashes, genesis won’t be spilling tears all over going – but but but, we didn’t know!
career scammers flocking to omnia but genesis says tis not a scam!!
o bwahahaha.
Gives me flashbacks to iPayout defending their decision to process stolen TelexFree funds.
At the very least Omnia Tech is a pyramid scheme, which by definition makes it a scam.
Omnia official launch: (Ozedit: Link removed, see below)
^^ Getting video unavailable on that link.
Ted Nuyten gave it a glowing write up – must have been an advertising piece sent over by them. Confirmed as a Press Release.
Also notice there are two names mentioned.
‘Top leaders Monir Islam and Moyn Islam are ambassadors of the company’.
How many other schemes have they been involved in down the years, I do wonder?
They’ve had my $900 for nearly 4 months now and still my account shows ZERO. AND to make it worse, they still have me listed for the starter package when I put enough money in to be KickStarter.
Not that it matters, I’ve sent over 65 emails of which I got about 5 responses from a different agent that they are fixing my account.
It’s still the same.. nothing different and now Support won’t even respond! Nice scam. They have my money and now it appears I’m out.
Sorry to see no additional comments here.
UPDATE: Now I’ve sent over 70 emails to their support and my account is still wrong and I’m not earning as they advertise.
They have had my money since AUG and my account still reflects ZERO payout. They also have my account listed as starter package but I paid for both starter and Kickstarter.
As if that mattered. I have emailed 90+ times to support. They reply with fluff and never fix it.
I’m out and this looks good on the web but BUYER BEWARE. 4 months and they can’t get my account up and running? They asked me to supply my ID and proof of payments with screenshots.
I thought that meant they were going to do something. I sent that email in over 20 times. SCAMMERS.
Since AUG 2017 they have had my money…. they have yet to fix my account. SCAMMERS.
Christian Scheibener founded a new mining company, called Nexus Global. Please can you check it?

hi gus!! i was searching about monir islam because i want to join Melius, and in found that he was a member of omnia.
Did he and his brother discovered it was a scam and then decided to create a company that’s real and not virtual money? please can someone verify that for Melis?
The Islam brothers have been trying to reignite the Ponzi fire after OneCoin collapsed.
After a string of failed attempts they got Melius off the ground.
The Islam brothers very much know what a scam looks like. Pretending they are victims of anything is a farce.
This is too much not to share. I met Konstantin in Sofia once and he had obviously been laughing hysterically.
He told me that the Islam brothers had pleaded to come back on board within OL. I had no idea who they even are.
Anyway, they were made to read a humiliating speech about “making the greatest mistake of our lives”. They had to paste it on fb and K still said no.
Give that man time-served, a new identity and a pat on the back!
