Omega Pro Review: 200% ROI in 16 months trading Ponzi scheme
Omega Pro provides no information on their website about who owns or runs the business.
The Omega Pro website domain (“omegapro.world”) was privately registered on November 9th, 2018.
A UK corporate address provided on the Omega Pro website belongs to Prime Secretarial, a virtual office merchant.
Update 20th August 2020 – France adding OmegaPro to their fraud blacklist prompted me to take another look into OmegaPro’s ownership.
My research provided two names; Dilawar Singh (right) and Andreas Szakacs.
Dilawar Singh is cited as a co-owner of OmegaPro. Singh is based out of Germany and, prior to OmegaPro, was an Ambassador of Omnia Tech.
Considering OmegaPro launched right after OmniaTech collapsed, it appears to be a continuation of the Ponzi scheme.
Andreas Szakacs (right) operates out of Dubai. I wasn’t able to confirm an MLM history.
From this we can surmise that OmegaPro is being operated out of the Middle-East and Europe.
As as the time of this update, Alexa ranks Brazil (17%), Colombia (15%) and Nigeria (12%) as top sources of traffic to OmegaPro’s website. /end update
Update 27th October 2023 – Turns out Andreas Szakacs was a “top leader” in the notorious OneCoin Ponzi scheme.
Szakacs joined OneCoin in 2015. He was recruited by the father of his then girlfriend, Petri Välilä.
Nevzat Figo Dikmen and Riitta Elisabet Granlund (aka Riitta Dikmen), were also part of the group.
Together, Szakacs, Välilä and Granlund/Dikmen promoted OneCoin across Turkey and Thailand.
Szakacs would go on to marry Petri Välilä’s daughter, Viktoria Välilä, in 2017 – the same month OneCoin founder Ruja Ignatova disappeared.
Szakacks and Viktoria are believed to have split sometime in 2022.
/end update
As always, if an MLM company is not openly upfront about who is running or owns it, think long and hard about joining and/or handing over any money.
Omega Pro Products
Omega Pro has no retailable products or services, with affiliates only able to market Omega Pro affiliate membership itself.
The Omega Pro Compensation Plan
Omega Pro affiliates invest funds on the promise of an advertised 200% ROI after 16 months.
- Start Up – $100
- Basic Trader – $500
- Light Trader – $1000
- Pro Trader – $3000
- Advance Trader – $5000
- Tycoon Trader – $8000
- Premium Trader – $10,000
- Master Trader – $15,000
Note that Omega Pro affiliates are only paid 60% of ROI payments and commissions.
30% of ROI payments and earned commissions must be reinvested on the promise of a 120% ROI over twelve months.
The remaining 10% must be used to purchase virtual lottery tickets.
Recruitment Commissions
Omega Pro affiliates are paid 5% of funds invested by personally recruited affiliates.
Residual Commissions
Omega Pro pays residual commissions via a binary compensation structure.
A binary compensation structure places an affiliate at the top of a binary team, split into two sides (left and right):
The first level of the binary team houses two positions. The second level of the binary team is generated by splitting these first two positions into another two positions each (4 positions).
Subsequent levels of the binary team are generated as required, with each new level housing twice as many positions as the previous level.
Positions in the binary team are filled via direct and indirect recruitment of affiliates. Note there is no limit to how deep a binary team can grow.
At the end of each week Omega Pro tallies up new investment volume on both sides of the binary team.
Affiliates are paid 8% of funds invested on their weaker binary side.
Note that weekly residual commission earning caps are determined by how much an Omega Pro affiliate has invested:
- Free package affiliates can earn up to $150 a week
- Start Up affiliates can earn up to $500 a week
- Basic Trader affiliates can earn up to $2500 a week
- Light Trader affiliates can earn up to $5000 a week
- Pro Trader affiliates can earn up to $5000 a week
- Advance Trader affiliates can earn up to $15,000 a week
- Tycoon Trader affiliates can earn up to $18,000 a week
- Premium Trader affiliates can earn up to $20,000 a week
- Master Trader affiliates can earn up to $25,000 a week
- Elite Trader affiliates can earn up to $35,000 a week
- VIP Trader affiliates can earn up to $50,000 a week
Leftover funds on the stronger binary team side are carried over the following week.
Leadership Pool
Omega Pro takes 3% of company-wide invested fund and places them into three 1% Leadership Pools.
Affiliates qualify for a share in one of the pools via the following criteria:
- Pool 1 – generate $16,000 in monthly weaker binary team volume and $24,000 in stronger team volume
- Pool 2 – generate $60,000 in monthly weaker binary team volume and $90,000 in stronger team volume
- Pool 3 – generate $400,000 in monthly weaker binary team volume and $600,000 in stronger team volume
Rank Achievement Bonuses
There are nine affiliate ranks within the Omega Pro compensation plan.
Various bonuses are awarded to affiliates when they rank qualify as follows:
- Associate (invest in a Basic or higher package and generate $400 and $600 in weaker and stronger binary team volume respectively) – receive an Associate pin
- Builder (recruit at least one Associate on both sides of the binary team and generate $6000 and $9000 in weaker and stronger binary team volume respectively) – receive a Builder pin
- Silver (recruit and maintain at least one Builder affiliate on both sides of the binary team and generate $16,000 and $24,000 in weaker and stronger binary team volume respectively) – receive a “Silver trip”
- Gold (recruit and maintain at least one Silver affiliate on both sides of the binary team and generate $30,000 and $45,000 in weaker and stronger binary team volume respectively) – receive a “laptop”
- Platinum (recruit and maintain at least Gold affiliate on both sides of the binary team and generate $60,000 and $90,000 in weaker and stronger binary team volume respectively) – receive a “Platinum trip”
- Diamond (recruit and maintain at least two Platinum affiliates on the stronger binary team side and at least one Platinum affiliate on the weaker side, as well as generate $160,000 and $240,000 in weaker and stronger binary team volume respectively) – receive a “watch”
- Blue Diamond (recruit and maintain at least two Diamond affiliates on both sides of the binary team and generate $400,000 and $600,000 in weaker and stronger binary team volume respectively) – $100,000 bonus
- Black Diamond (recruit and maintain at least two Blue Diamond affiliates on both sides of the binary team and generate $1,000,000 and $1,500,000 in weaker and stronger binary team volume respectively) – receive a Ferrari car
- Crown Diamond (recruit and maintain at least three Black Diamond affiliates on the stronger binary team side and two Black Diamond affiliates on the weaker side, as well as generate $2,400,000 and $3,600,000 in weaker and stronger binary team volume respectively) – receive a “Crown Diamond ring and (a) Lamborghini Aventador”
Note that the above qualification requirement are for a single-month.
Virtual Lottery
10% of all ROI payments and commissions paid out in Omega Pro can only be used to purchase virtual lottery tickets.
Omega Pro fails to provide any further information about their lottery program.
Joining Omega Pro
While there is a free Omega Pro affiliate membership option, it’s gimped at just $150 in residual commission earnings.
Full participation in the Omega Pro MLM opportunity is $29 plus an initial investment of between $100 to $15,000.
The more an Omega Pro affiliate invests the higher their income potential via the Omega Pro compensation plan.
Conclusion
Omega Pro is your typical MLM cryptocurrency scam.
Omega Pro marketing claims the company generates external ROI revenue via trading of commodities, indices, stocks and cryptocurrency.
Naturally Omega Pro provides no evidence of trading revenue being used to pay affiliates.
Nor does Omega Pro provide any indication on their website that they are authorized to operate a passive investment scheme in any jurisdiction they operate in.
At best Omega Pro is committing securities fraud, does a little bit of trading but by and large simply recycles newly invested funds.
At worse Omega Pro is committing securities fraud and is a full-blown Ponzi scheme.
And on top of that you have gaming violations, by way of the in-house virtual lottery Omega Pro runs.
To give you an idea of how Omega Pro is being promoted, here’s a Facebook pitch from a Russian promoter who goes by “Дмитрий Савельев”.
awesome opportunity, that guarantees 100% of your investment back.
– #Fully licensed institution
– #First Hybrid solution company. OMP trades forex and crypto as well depending what market offers the best setups for maximizing the profits.
– #Crypto debitcard from Mastercard. 40 different languages app for the debitcard.
– #Multiwallet account
– #Professional and experienced traders with more than 10 years of experience in forex and 3 years in crypto trading.
– #Transparent and realistic longterm expectations of return of investments.
– #Investments backed up by German Bank in Frankfurt. ( Your Principal money is 100% backed by this bank.
This makes the company unique in this industry).– #withdraws from the first month every month.
Needless to say every single one of Савельев’s claims are complete and utter bullshit.
To put it simply, a legitimate investment opportunity generating external ROI revenue wouldn’t need to faff about with mandatory reinvestment and virtual lottery nonsense.
Omega Pro’s owners are trying to keep as much money in the system for as long as possible, which is more in line with how a Ponzi scheme operates.
As with any Ponzi scheme, once affiliate recruitment dies so too will the rate of new investment.
This will starve Omega Pro of ROI revenue, eventually prompting a collapse.
Omega Pro’s 30% mandatory reinvestment and 10% virtual lottery nonsense might prolong the collapse, but inevitably withdrawals will exceed new investment.
Mathematically Ponzi schemes are a zero-sum game. Those running them and early investors steal most of the money invested, everybody else loses out.
MIKE KIEFER: Former scammer from USI TECH is behind this scam, stay clear of this fraudster!
I added this to BFH listing for this company:
Further within their own T & Cs
Fails to acknowledge their own website is breaking the law.
No phone number listed – required for all limited companies in the UK.
That is just one issue, but many more.
Robert Velghe out of Omegapro?
Is is trusting for investment in omega Pro.
How can I joint. It’s all money back guarantee. Can I get customer phone number please?
Scammers will tell you anything to convince you to invest.
Have you seen audited accounting proving trading revenue is being used to pay affiliates? Is Omega Pro registered with the securities regulator in your jurisdiction?
You mean Robert Velghe of the depunk Omnia?
Hi everyone,
Just to let you know that I’ve been using omega pro for more than a year and I’ve made up to 45000$ using affiliation system.
I highly recommend to all of you to start doing it now. It changed my family life.
Wow, bragging about stealing 45 grand from people who probably can’t afford it.
Stay classy scammers.
Oz: all the people using this affiliation system are more than happy to Help other people to make money with this beautiful opportunity. Sorry if you are not an open minded person.
People like you are great to work in a « normal job » with a fix salary. Enjoy your life.
Stealing 45 grand from people isn’t helping them. At least be honest and own your thievery.
Whatever you have to tell yourself to sleep at night. If I was in your family I’d be deeply ashamed.
“You just have to open your mind [and not be so negative].”
“Enjoy your dead-end job [you jealous hater].”
Is that all you’ve got? Because we’ve heard it about 100,000 times before. Ad hominem attacks are a poor substitute for third-party audits and securities registration.
This company blocked my account last December 2019 with my investment inside when I started asking for real offices, real brokers, real legal papers,
And so I said it was a scam and they took my money, blocking the possibility to withdraw what I had invested.
Clearly it’s a scam.
Yes, it is scam
Found info that company is dissolved on 27 October 2020 🙂
Information from web page: find-and-update.company-information.service.gov.uk/company/11692829
*shell company.
Worth noting for academic purposes but otherwise MLM + UK incorporation = meaningless.
Hi Tatiana,
Is it possible to send me some communication between you and this company as evidence.
bullshit all you gotta do its invest your money and in 16 months you get 3x. if you invest 100 you get 300 than you can withdraw or keep investing.
if you want to make extra money than you tell your friends and make up the network tree. no monthly subscriptions and no obligation like other companies do.
its regulated by the FCA. it has its own website too.
you just have to use a VPN to access why? because when they wanted to do business in USA they were asked to use USA brokers and pay more in taxes. of course their business was already establish and running and had its own brokers so no need to loose more money on more brokers so USA blocks their website unless VPN.
anyone can make money its no a pyramid.
if you want to refer people you can if not it doesn’t matter your money is still generating profit when you reached the 16 months or when you reach 300%.
they even show you what FOREX your money was put into and when.
(Ozedit: derail removed)
1. Nobody is disputing you can steal funds of those who invest after you over sixteen months, assuming there’s still money left to steal.
2. OmegaPro is not registered with the FCA, or any other financial regulator.
3. The reason you have to use a VPN if you’re from the US is because the SEC is the most active securities fraud regulator on the planet. There is no other reason.
This is not a substitute for legally required audited financial reports.
In summary, nothing you posted addresses Omega Pro committing securities fraud because it’s a Ponzi scheme.
What are those rewards they received in Dubaï? awards for “The Best Financial Services Platform 2021” and “The Best Fintech Start-Up 2021”?
Seems like it’s from a newspaper. Do you have more infos ?
What are the conditions to receive those “rewards” ?
Legitimacy via association isn’t a thing.
Notwithstanding anything coming out of Dubai is fraudulent at this stage.
A lot of mistakes in this review and a Quick conclusion : “it’s a ponzi” without any evidence of it.
You can’t claim you make genuine review and accomplish this mission so badly.
Yet you couldn’t point out one. Instead you had to deflect.
No verifiable source of external revenue = Ponzi scheme.
MLM + securities fraud = Ponzi scheme.
Omega Pro website traffic has gone into decline. Sorry for your loss.
OMEGA Pro “bank” called OMP Money closed due to insolvency of its Shell company “ViolaMoney”.
It is time for Omega pro clients to try to claim their money back before it is too late.
During the last Omega pro Dubai Global convention last week, it was claimed that OMP money is regulated by FCA. But this is a totally lie.
OMP money is not regulated, and it is clear on FCA site:
register.fca.org.uk/s/firm?id=0014G00002WwfY8QAJ
It’s shell company “viola money” is in special administration. It has stopped taking on new business …
This firm has requirements or restrictions placed on the financial services activities that it can operate. Requirements or restrictions can include suspensions.

More details about Omega Pro bank Shell company:
finextra.com/pressarticle/90865/viola-money-enters-administration
I’m hesitant to report on the FCA cancelling OMP Money’s registration. Last time they did it they reinstated a while later with no reason.
Let me get through the rest of the news today and I’ll take a closer look. Thanks for the heads up.
Facts are facts.
OMP Money got its registration by affiliation with Viola money. (FCA source)
This time, more than cancelling OMP Money registration, FCA cancelled the registration of OMP Money shell company (Viola money) and they put Viola money in special administration due to insolvency and practices. (FCA sources).
In addition, all the companies linked to Viola money got their registration cancelled.
This includes GlobalBlock Limited “globalblock.co.uk” (crypto money trading)
Omegapro still claims “their bank OMP money” is regulated. which is a lie.
Since today, the wen site of OMP Money (the bank of Omega pro) is not responding.
ompmoney.com
Did they fail to pay the bill for hosting the web site ?
Infinity redirect error = someone messed up the server.
Why they’d all of a sudden play with that less than 24 hours after we reported the OMP Money license suspension? Hmmm…
They can always claim they have been hacked 🙂
it is always a good excuse.
Latest news from Omega pro funders (related by Omegapro upline/downline):
However, we can clearly hear the funders of OMP Money claiming how proud they are with their relation to Omegapro on this great video on Youtube channel of Omegapro.
youtube.com/watch?v=7SZaE4wOLl0&t=97s
WTF is this business ?
Someone fixed the OMP Money redirect. As I suspected it was a minor issue.
Yeah this is someone just flat out lying…
Saint Vincent and Grenadines issue a warning against FOREX trading companies based in Saint Vincent and Grenadines: Forex Trading is not authorised.
svgfsa.com/unlicensed-forex-binary-options/
Bit of a pointless warning tbh. Doesn’t address the issue of shell companies in Saint Vincent and Grenadines being used to commit fraud.
instagram.com/p/CUSsuJIPJxj/
Anyone knows what kind of award OMEGAPRO received in September 2021 in Dubai? It looks like they gave an award to themselves.
If this is the case, what is the objective from the Founders to act this way? Why do they feel that bad the need to show legitimacy?
Not withstanding anything coming out of Dubai is a scam, these awards from organizations you’ve never heard of are just sponsored events.
You pay a fee, get an award, use the photos in your marketing.
Same reason Steven Seagal makes an appearance at an OmegaPro event.
Spend money on legitimacy via association misdirection so people don’t focus on you committing securities fraud because you’re running a Ponzi scheme.
OMEGAPRO Bollywood Award:
The award of ” The Best Financial Services Platform 2021” given to Omegapro in sept 2021:
instagram.com/p/CUSsuJIPJxj/
was self given during an award event in Dubai for Bollywood actors performances.
khaleejtimes.com/photos/dubai-mid-day-international-showbiz-icons-2021
Omegapro funders had same trophy for a Bollywood star, and called it ” The Best Financial Services Platform 2021”.
Can we conclude it is the best Bollywood financial service platform ? ? ? `
Yerp. That’s definitely a fintech award given out at a Bollywood film awards event.
Fintech is obviously what comes to mind when I think Bollywood. Good to see OmegaPro getting recognition in that area.
Omegapro has no licence to operate from Dubai since December 14th 2021
A company with a licence expired more than 3 month, can be terminated immediately by the government, and all the staff deported.
Why Omegapro (OMP group) did not renew their licence?
Is it a deliberate exit plan?
If OMP group is closed by the government, Omegapro will have a good excuse to close the business and the owners to keep all the members money.
If it is not deliberate, it means that OMP group could not fulfil the UAE regulation for a license extension of 5 year.
In both case OMP group / Omegapro is dead in UAE in short term.
In both cases, the owners will keep the cash of the members.
ibb.co/S3jGKnS
Don’t put too much faith in UAE regulations. Any regulations there are on paper, they aren’t enforced.
OMP can operate there without a license the same as the other 999 Dubai based MLM Ponzi schemes do.
@Oz: True, UAE regulations are not reliable, but they are champions for collecting the fines for any delay.
Omegapro license not renewed or cancelled is not a big deal anyway. Even if they have to leave UAE, they can go anywhere else.
The question is why UAE did not authorised them to renew the license for the next 5 years. There is certainly a reason.
Renewing a license in free zone takes a few minutes (if you have the proper documents).
But Omegapro community is now asking questions about the Missing Licence in Dubai, fake Forbes, Fake Award, fake brokers, OMP Money and viola issue,…..
Some of the leaders were kicked out from Omegapro discussion groups due to their questions, and some other had their account cancelled.
Finally the CNV of Argentina has taken action and issued a warning regarding Omega Pro’s activities

Thanks for the heads up!
Since 24th august 19h00 Europe time, Omegapro back office site is non reachable “ERROR 522”
Members are starting panicking .
Omega Pro recruitment is still active in South America. I’m going with server error for now.
If it’s still down by the weekend something’s probably up though.
This one might finally be over… Fabrice in the Now What group writes…
Why is my comment “awaiting moderation”??..
Not sure on the moderation. The filter holds back comments based on a number of factors.
Monitoring OmegaPro’s problems. Still a little early to call collapse (problems started earlier this week), but as we know there’s only one reason a Ponzi scheme starts with the “hacking” excuses and withdrawal delays.
– Changes of payment terms (300% in 26 months instead of 16 months) with retro activity effect.
– Launch of the “Shitcoin”Pulse
– Back office out of reach and payment of last week cancelled,
– Eric Worre who deny any close relation with Omegapro in his last vidéo….
– all comments on Omegapro FB groups questioning the problems are deleted by the admins.
It smell very bad.
Maybe Omegapro had all the money invested in FTX? LoL.
Do we have a copy of this Eric Worre video? I want to document every stage of his Ponzi scamming so there’s absolutely no plausible deniability.
I’ll give it till the weekend otherwise I’ll call OmegaPro’s collapse.
Eric worre denying to be associated with Omegapro :

facebook.com/story.php?story_fbid=747125523056104&id=865685327
Thanks chief.
Then we have a lot of recording from the Zoom conferences made by the top leaders of Omegapro (French), representing Omegapro, and saying that Eric Worre is taking the decisions with the founders concerning Omegapro.
They also say that they are witness of Eric Worre taking key decisions at omegapro.
Eric Worre is part of OmegaPro corporate. That he’s involved in corporate decisions isn’t a surprise.
And now, he fell the need to say very loud that he has no involvement in the company decisions.
I’m sure Worre has input in the OmegaPro marketing and promotion events he runs as a corporate executive.
More people heading for Dubai 😀
More than 100 complaints against OmegaPro in Colombia
infobae.com/colombia/2023/02/22/fiscalia-investiga-presunta-estafa-en-omegapro-el-modelo-piramidal-promocionado-por-varios-influencers/
Too little, too late.
Maybe Eric Worre can fly down to Colombia and politely explain how nobody got scammed?
Dunno if Colombian authorities can afford his fees though…
Believe it or not, but the main speech given by “influencers” after the inevitable collapse of such “enterprises” goes something like this:
“we did not force anyone to invest. No one has put a gun on your head and said ‘Join us’ we only provide eDukaTion. You should only invest what you’re willing to lose”.
This is “this is not financial advice” tier pseudo-compliance.
It’s not a defense against against securities and wire fraud. Any competent lawyer will verify.
Colombian authorities have a slum-dunk case and they know exactly who promoted OmegaPro locally.
I’ll cover if they actually make any arrests.
I had some new information come in regarding OmegaPro co-founder Andreas Szakacs being a “Top Leader” in OneCoin.
OmegaPro has obviously collapsed and Andreas has gone into hiding (in Dubai or elsewhere). That said, I felt it was important information to add to the review for the sake of completeness.
And now ?
Are your clients still happy ?
Where are you going to hide ?
