MTX System24 Review: $5 ten-tier cash gifting
There is no information on the MTX System24 website indicating who owns or runs the business.
The MTX System24 website domain (“mtxsystem24.com”) was registered on the 28th of September 2015, with a “Lukasz Duda” listed as the domain owner. An address in Losice, Poland is also provided.
Possibly due to language barriers, I was unable to find any further information on Duda.

The MTX System24 Product Line
MTX System24 has no retailable products or services, with affiliates only able to market MTX System24 affiliate membership itself.
The MTX System24 Compensation Plan
The MTX System24 compensation plan sees affiliates purchase $5 matrix, with commissions paid out as they recruit others who do the same.
These commissions are tracked through a ten-tier straight-line queue system.
Each queue operates independently of the others, with three subsequent positions required for a payout to the position at the top of the queue.
Once this happens, each existing position in the queue moves up one place, with another three new position purchases required for a commission payout.
Commission payouts across MTX System24’s ten-tier queues are as follows:
- Queue 1 (positions cost $5) – $15 commission
- Queue 2 (positions cost $10) – $30 commission
- Queue 3 (positions cost $20) – $60 commission
- Queue 4 (positions cost $40) – $120 commission
- Queue 5 (positions cost $80) – $240 commission
- Queue 6 (positions cost $160) – $480 commission
- Queue 7 (positions cost $320) – $960 commission
- Queue 8 (positions cost $640) – $1920 commission
- Queue 9 (positions cost $1280) – $3840 commission
- Queue 10 (positions cost $2560) – $7680 commission
Joining MTX System24
Affiliate membership with MTX System24 is tied to the purchase of at least one $5 queue position.
Any initial subsequent queue position purchases will add on to this cost.
Conclusion
Looking at the match behind MTX System24’s queues, 100% of the funds paid for positions are paid out to the top position in any given queue.
This equates MTX System24 to a cash gifting scheme, with combined recruitment elements of a pyramid scheme.
The cash gifting scheme is simple enough to comprehend, in that affiliates buy in for between $5 and $2560, which qualifies them to receive payments from subsequent participants.
Recruitment of new participants is required, without which MTX System24’s queues will stall.
What typically happens in these queue systems is most of the payments are made in the first few queues, with nothing much going on at the top-end.
The reason for that is simple maths, with upper tiers requiring a ridiculous amount of positions bought at the lower tiers to push through just one payment.
Funds initially paid out at the lower end are put towards upper tier positions, which then effectively traps them.
As such it is typically only an admin’s preloaded positions that push through, with everyone else left with stalled positions in the upper queues shortly after launch.
