MMM Global is a Ponzi scheme that needs no introduction.

MMM DAPP is an MMM Global clone, run through a smart-contract.

MMM Global founder Sergey Mavrodi died in early 2018, since then Russian scammers have been launching one MMM Global reboot after another.

Supporting Russians being behind MMM DAPP is the official MMM DAPP YouTube channel, which is full of videos titled in Russian:

The last MMM Global clone we tracked here on BehindMLM was MMM Global 2019.

Since our January 2019 review, MMM Global 2019 has collapsed and its website domain is no longer registered.

MMM DAPP is run from two website domain, “” and “”.

Both domains were privately registered within ten minutes of each other on April 25th, 2020.

As always, if an MLM company is not openly upfront about who is running or owns it, think long and hard about joining and/or handing over any money.

MMM DAPP’s Products

MMM DAPP has no retailable products or services, with affiliates only able to market MMM DAPP affiliate membership itself.

MMM DAPP’s Compensation Plan

MMM DAPP affiliates invest tether (USDT) on the promise of monthly returns of up to 30%.

MMM DAPP pays referral commissions on invested funds via a unilevel compensation structure.

A unilevel compensation structure places an affiliate at the top of a unilevel team, with every personally recruited affiliate placed directly under them (level 1):

If any level 1 affiliates recruit new affiliates, they are placed on level 2 of the original affiliate’s unilevel team.

If any level 2 affiliates recruit new affiliates, they are placed on level 3 and so on and so forth down a theoretical infinite number of levels.

MMM DAPP caps payable unilevel team levels at four.

Referral commissions are paid out as a percentage of USDT invested across these four levels as follows:

  • level 1 (personally recruited affiliates) – 5%
  • level 2 – 1%
  • level 3 – 2%
  • level 4 – 3%

Note that to unlock levels 2 to 4, MMM DAPP affiliates must recruit ten affiliates and have a total downline of thirty affiliates.

Joining MMM DAPP

MMM DAPP affiliate membership is free.

Full participation in the attached income opportunity however requires an investment in USDT.

MMM DAPP’s website does not provide a minimum UDST investment amount.

As with every incarnation of MMM Global before it, MMM DAPP attempts to mask a Ponzi scheme under the guise of “providing and receiving help”.

Providing help = investing.

Getting help = receiving previously invested funds.

As with every Ponzi scheme, this collapses when withdrawals (“getting help”) exceeds new investment (providing help).

This is literally how every MMM Global Ponzi collapses. MMM DAPP won’t be any different.

One aspect that might differentiate MMM DAPP from its predecessors is its Mavro Commemorative Token.

Mr Mavrodi, who spent his life promoting financial revelation, died at the age of 63. The team issued 630 million tokens called Mavro Commemorative Token in memory of Mr. Mavrodi.

When the account provides PH orders in the system, it shall purchase Mavro Commemorative Tokens of 2% order amount at the same time.

All Mavro Commemorative Tokens purchased will be automatically entered into the total contract pool for system operation. Mr. Mavrodi’s mind and soul will be with the system forever.

The initial price of Mavro Commemorative Token is 0.01USDT/piece. After the complete destruction of each layer, the exchange will move to the next layer.

At the same time, the exchange price will increase by 0.01USDT. The last layer of Macro Commemorate Tokens will never be destroyed.

The price of each token will increase by 10% when they move into the next round of circulation.

This isn’t the first time MMM Global scammers have launched a token. For now though Mavro Commemorative Tokens appear pointless enough.

Be wary of any attempt to switch payments over to the token or solicit investment through it. It’s possible a possible exit-scam route, although traditionally MMM Global Ponzis just collapse and disappear.
