Mindset 24 Global operate in the personal development MLM niche and are headed up by co-founder and CEO, Brian McLane.

Mindset 24 Global do not disclose who the other co-founders of the company area on their website.

A mailing address in the US state of Kentucky is provided, although whether this is where Mindset 24 Global is operated from or not is unclear.

In 2010 Brian McLane co-founded Bellamora International and served as Chief Marketing Officer.

Bellamora purportedly signed up over 50,000 affiliates during prelaunch, only to spectacularly collapse in 2011 following the departure of several key executives.

McLane (right) was one of those who left the company, and went on to promote $1000 A Week For Life with Kevin Harrington.

$1000 A Week For Life was a $49.95 matrix-based recruitment opportunity. Although it was marketed on its own name, $1000 A Week For Life was part of David Rosen’s Money Tree International.

Of note is Kevin Harrington featured as a “marketing partner” on the Mindset 24 Global website.

In 2015 McLane founded Safe ID Trust, an MLM company that marketed identity restoration and recovery services.

Today the Safe ID Trust website domain is non-responsive. The company’s official Facebook profile was wiped off the internet a few months ago.

Mindset 24 Global Products

As far as I can tell Mindset 24 Global has no retailable products or services.

Affiliate membership is free and after signing up Mindset 24 Global affiliates can purchase “training packages”.

  • Series 1 – $100
  • Series 2 – $400
  • Series 3 – $1000
  • Series 4 – $2000

Higher training packages include material provided in the lower packages, with Series 4 adding “exclusive bonuses”.

The Mindset 24 Global website doesn’t clarify what’s in each training package, but does state:

Again, what is specifically bundled with which Mindset 24 Global training package is not clarified.

Ditto whether the packages can be bought without signing up as a Mindset 24 Global affiliate.

The Mindset 24 Global Compensation Plan

Mindset 24 Global affiliates are paid commissions and bonuses when they sell the company’s training packages.

MLM Commissions Qualification

Each Mindset 24 Global training package serves as an individual tier of the company’s compensation plan.

To qualify for commissions on each of the four tiers an affiliate must either purchase the Training Package on that tier or sell it to a recruited affiliate.

If a Mindset 24 Global affiliate qualifies for MLM commissions and makes $10,000 of sales within their first thirty days, the company qualifies them to earn on all four training package tiers.

Coded Bonus

Mindset 24 Global pay residual commissions via a perpetual 1-up Coded Bonus.

This sees commissions generated by an affiliate’s second, fourth, sixth and every third sale thereafter of training packages passed up.

Commissions on the remaining sales are kept but in turn each recruited affiliate must also pass up their second, forth, sixth and every third sale thereafter.

In this manner a Mindset 24 Global affiliate is able to earn down an infinite number of levels.

Be aware that each training package is an individual and requires MLM commission qualification to earn on that tier.

Note that Mindset 24 Global do not specify specific percentage commission payouts for training packages in their compensation plan.

Matching Bonus

Mindset 24 Global affiliates can qualify for a 100% match on Coded Bonuses earned by personally recruited affiliates (including those passed up).

Qualification for each training package Matching Bonus tier is as follows:

  • Series 1 – qualify for MLM commissions on Series 1 and sell at least two Series 1 memberships
  • Series 2 – qualify for MLM commissions on Series 2 and sell at least two Series 2 memberships
  • Series 3 – qualify for MLM commissions on Series 3 and sell at least two Series 3 memberships
  • Series 4 – qualify for MLM commissions on Series 4 and sell at least two Series 4 memberships

Note there’s an overlap in the Matching Bonus qualification criteria if an affiliate qualifies for MLM commissions by making a sale instead of self-purchasing.

Profit Sharing Pools

Mindset 24 Global take 20% of company wide sales revenue and spread it out across four Profit Sharing Pools, which correspond with the four training packages.

Each of the four training package pools are split into nine sub-pools, which affiliates can qualify for a share in as follows:

  • 1 Star (10% of the pool at each training package tier) – purchase or sell the Series 1 package
  • 2 Star (10% of the pool at each training package tier) – purchase or sell the Series 2 package
  • 3 Star (10% of the pool at each training package tier) – purchase or sell the Series 3 package
  • 4 Star (15% of the pool at each training package tier) – purchase or sell the Series 4 package
  • 5 Star (15% of the pool at each training package tier) – purchase or sell the Series 1 package and personally recruit at least five 4 Star ranked affiliates
  • 7 Star (20% of the pool at each training package tier) –  purchase or sell the Series 1 package and personally recruit at least twenty 4 Star ranked affiliates
  • Super Star (10% of the pool at each training package tier) – generate and maintain $10,000 of sales over a rolling thirty-day period
  • Founders Only (10% of the pool at each training package tier) – sign up as an affiliate during prelaunch, pay $2000 and recruit at least two others who do the same

Note that the share percentage in each Profit Sharing Pool stacks, topping out at 100% for each package pool.

Joining Mindset 24 Global

Mindset 24 Global affiliate membership is free.

If an affiliate self-purchases to qualify for commissions the cost is

  • $2000 if they buy in at the Series 4 package tier or
  • $3500 if they buy in incrementally at each package tier

Conclusion

There’s a question mark over whether Mindset 24 Global training packages can be sold to retail customers, but nowhere in the company’s website or in the compensation plan did I see retail sales mentioned.

Here’s the sales pitch for the $2000 Founders Package for example;

When you purchase the entire Mindset 24 Global series for $2000, you get:

Access to one of the most recognized Entrepreneurs in history, the original shark himself, Mr. Kevin Harrington.

You will also get the M24 Global 100 day challenge created by world famous, best selling author of over 25 books, Gary Ryan Blair.

So you get access to all of this incredible information, plus the standard profit sharing bonus pools as well….. BUT, when you make two 4 Series sales during this limited pre-launch period, you also qualify for the EXCLUSIVE FOUNDERS PROFIT SHARING POOL THAT WILL ONLY ALLOW THOSE THAT QUALIFY TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THIS FOUNDERS OPPORTUNITY AND SHARE IN THE GROSS REVENUE ON EVERY SINGLE SALE.

As far as I can tell everyone must sign up as a Mindset 24 Global affiliate first, and then qualifies for commissions by buying in or recruiting other affiliates who buy in.

With affiliates the primary purchasers of training package memberships, Mindset 24 Global would be operating as a pyramid scheme.

That aside, the company also is vague on specific commission payouts. We know that 70% of fees paid are paid out in commissions and 20% is put in bonus pools, but what about specific payout percentages for the Coding Bonus.

Seems awfully strange for an MLM company to leave out exact percentages for the primary source of commission generation.

As to the material bundled with the products, whilst I can’t speak to Jay Sargeant, Kevin Harrington bundling his products with personal development MLM companies is a recurring theme.

I first came across it in 2014 with Malibu Mastermind. More recently affiliates were claiming Harrington had endorsed the iPro Network Ponzi points scheme.

In researching this article I also came across a video of Brian McLane “interviewing” Kevin Harrington back in 2011.

If you ignore the references to $1000 a Day For Life, tell me it couldn’t be substituted for Mindset 24 Global today…

 

Update 3rd November 2021 – The SEC has sued Mindset 24 Global and co-founders Brian McLane and Paul Anthony Nash.

The regulator alleges Mindset 24 Global was a Ponzi scheme that bilked over a million dollars out of consumers.

 

Update 1st February 2023 – Both Brian McClane and Paul Nash have settled the SEC’s Mindset 24 Global fraud case.
