International Biz 4 All Review: Two-tier matrix cash gifting
International Biz 4 All provide no information on their website about who owns or runs the business.
The International Biz 4 All website domain (“internationalbiz4all.com”) was registered with bogus details on April 18th, 2017.
The International Biz 4 All website is hosted on a private server, along with a plethora of MLM underbelly scams. This is symptomatic of an admin who has purchased a “business in a box” script.
As always, if an MLM company is not openly upfront about who is running or owns it, think long and hard about joining and/or handing over any money.

The International Biz 4 All Compensation Plan
International Biz 4 All affiliates gift funds to each other via a two-tier matrix structure.
Matrix sizes used in the International Biz 4 All are 2×4 and 2×5.
A 2×4 matrix places an International Biz 4 All affiliate at the top of a matrix, with two positions directly under them:
These two positions form the first level of the matrix. The second level of the matrix is generated by splitting these first two positions into another two positions each (4 positions).
Levels three and four of the matrix are generated in the same manner, housing eight and sixteen positions respectively.
A 2×5 matrix expands a 2×4 matrix by one additional level (a fifth), which houses thirty-two positions.
An International Biz 4 All affiliate signs up and gifts $5 to the affiliate who recruited them. This payment in turn qualifies the affiliate to receive $5 from two affiliates recruited into the first level of their 2×4 matrix.
The other three levels of the 2×4 matrix operate in the same manner, with each new level unlocked increasing the amount of funds gifted (both paid and received).
Once the fourth level of the 2×4 matrix is unlocked, the first level of the 2×5 matrix is the next to be unlocked. The 2×5 matrix operates in the same manner as the 2×4 matrix.
Put together, here’s how International Business 4 All’s two-tier matrix gifting structure looks:
- 2×4 matrix level 1 – gift $5 to the affiliate who recruited you and receive $5 from two subsequently recruited affiliates
- 2×4 matrix level 2 – gift $10 and receive $10 from four affiliates
- 2×4 matrix level 3 – gift $20 and receive $20 from eight affiliates
- 2×4 matrix level 4 – gift $100 and receive $100 from sixteen affiliates
- 2×5 matrix level 1 – gift $160 and receive $160 from two affiliates
- 2×5 matrix level 2 – gift $320 and receive $320 from four affiliates
- 2×5 matrix level 3 – gift $500 and receive $500 from eight affiliates
- 2×5 matrix level 4 – gift $1000 and receive $1000 from sixteen affiliates
- 2×5 matrix level 5 – gift $1500 and receive $1500 from thirty-two affiliates

Conclusion
International Biz 4 All describe their business model as a “member to member payment system”. “Member to member” payment models in MLM equates to cash gifting.
The reason for this is nothing is marketed or sold to retail customers. 100% of commissions paid out in International Biz 4 All are derived from new affiliates signing up and gifting funds to existing affiliates.
Under the matrix model, through pass-ups at each level and preloaded matrix positions, the anonymous International Biz 4 All admin(s) will receive the majority of funds gifted in.
It is very important that you understand that there is a NO REFUND POLICY
A few early adopter affiliates will fill some levels of their matrix, but by and large when recruitment dies off the majority of International Biz 4 All affiliates will lose money.
Google searches strongly suggest that this scheme is run by the same person who was behind Global Income 4 All. The name of this older scam appears several times in “legal” documents of the newer scheme.
Hi, so I’ve been reading a lot of these articles (very good by the way) and though you give very clear descriptions I’m not entirely sure what purpose cash gifting serves, or why it is a scam.
It sounds like when a person recruits someone else, the new recruit gives the original one a sum of money. This entitles that member to be gifted money from a certain number of other members.
So if one person gives $30 to someone, three others (or however it works) gives them $30, making $60 off of gifting thirty. Presumably the three others are not obliged to do this?? Am just confused. Please explain?
Cash gifting schemes are promoted as income opportunities. Typically this involves vehemently denying the obvious (donations, member to member payments etc.).
In any scam payments are made voluntarily, so whether recruits gift or not is irrelevant. The business model is a scam because when affiliate recruitment stalls, the majority of participants lose money.
