Third distribution returns at least 75% of Zeek victim losses
Following the expiry of a December 31st deadline for Zeek Rewards claimants to file OFAC certification, the Receiver has announced a third distribution payment.
Funds had been reserved for OFAC deficient claims, but with the deadline now passed those funds will be distributed to Zeek victims with valid claims.
The third distribution will bring Zeek Rewards victim claim payments to at least 75% of funds lost in the scheme.
I am pleased to announce that we will be making a third partial interim distribution to all Affiliates who hold Allowed Claims on March 15, 2017.
When made, combined with the first and second partial interim distributions and the amounts paid by ZeekRewards to such Affiliates before it was shut down, the third partial interim distribution will have returned to victims with Allowed Claims a total of at least 75% of their losses using the rising tide method.
If you previously have received payment from the Receivership, or receive a payment for the first time during the January 31 distribution, you will be issued another payment on March 15, 2017.
If you had recovered more than 60% from ZeekRewards prior to its shutdown, but less than 75%, you will receive a distribution as part of the third partial interim distribution.
With final judgement recently granted against Zeek’s top scammers, an additional distribution is expected to be made in the future.
I am confident that we will make a further distribution in the future. I ask you for your patience, and thank you for your continuing support.
So much for the fictional narrative of Ponzi Receiverships not returning funds to victims.
75% back is hardly a ponzi were investors got hurt. I think this is very acceptable outcome considering it was a lotto ticket.
I think all net losers should be asked if they want to impose harsh default judgements against net winners, who were ordinary citizens looking for a home business. And in percentage and dollars, how much are the legal fees from start to finish by the receiver and his legal teams
The hurt you’re referring to happens when a Ponzi scheme collapses. Zeek Rewards was shut down before that happened.
Zeek Rewards wasn’t licensed to conduct lottery activities anywhere. It was a Ponzi scheme. But you already knew that.
Nice of you to take it upon yourself to speak for the thousand of net-winner scammers out there. Let’s leave the punishments up to the appropriate authorities hey.
Are you one of the net winners?
