Profit Connect victims will soon be able to file claims with the court-appointed Receivership.

On June 13th, the Profit Connect Receiver’s proposed claims submission process received court approval.

As per the proposed claims submission process;

The Profit Connect Receiver will mail a postcard with claim submission details “to the last known mailing address on file for the investors”. An email ” to the last known email address that he has for each investor” will also be sent out.

Profit Connect victims have 90 days to submit a claim, through a website set up by Kurtzman Carson Consultants (KCC) or via mail.

The 90 day deadline starts from June 13th, the day the proposed claims submission process was approved. This is September 11th.

Looking forward, the Receivership will sort through submitted claims and approve and deny as appropriate.

At some point a proposed distribution plan will be filed, bringing Profit Connect victims with a valid claim one step closer to restitution.

Note there is no timeline for any of this other than the 90-day claim submission bar date.

General reminder: BehindMLM is not tech support for Receiverships. Any questions about the claims submission process should be directed at the Profit Connect Receiver or your own legal counsel.
