MTFE Global, aka Metaverse Foreign Exchange Global, has received a securities fraud warning from the UK.

As per the Financial Conduct Authorities’ June 11th warning, MTFE Global

may be providing or promoting financial services or products without our permission. You should avoid dealing with this firm and beware of scams.

MTFE Global soliciting investment in the UK without registering with the FCA constitutes securities fraud.

Metaverse Foreign Exchange was a Dubai trading bot Ponzi scheme that launched in 2022. The scam was fronted by AI avatars but run by Bangladesh national Masud Al Islam.

Following a regulatory fraud warning from Ontario Securities Commission in July 2023, MTFE Global collapsed in August 2023.
