iComTech promoter Juan Arellano has received a time served sentence and three years of supervised release. $1.74 million already seized by the US government is forfeited. And Arellano is jointly liable for $789,218 in restitution.
Convicted iComTech Ponzi scammer David Brend has been sentenced to $195,305 in forfeiture.
Following negotiation with the DOJ, iComTech founder David Carmona has been ordered to pay $789,218 in restitution. A separate order has also set iComTech forfeiture at $3.7 million.
iComTech Ponzi promoter David Brend has been sentenced to ten years in prison. Brend’s sentence was handed down on December 2nd, following a guilty verdict in March 2024.
